Holiday Inn Resort Puerto Vallarta Review

Beautiful and clean hotel. I liked that the TV actually had channels in English. Our room also had a great view of the mountains. The free breakfast is great and all of the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast included. Pool gym and very close to the airport.

Very large breakfast room near squares, with just two years of construction, very close to the airport, bus that takes you to the boardwalk or north of Vallarta, good option with excellent relation with its price

I love your lobby, the event rooms are very good, the service quality, if I do not like the exterior design, once you enter is another thing I like more inside.

I loved it, everything is very clean, they give very good attention and the best thing is that it is less than 20 min. from the airport walking.

The only bad thing is the distance to the beach, walking 40 minutes

The best in hotels. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Pillows, mattresses, all of the best quality. A plus is the coffee maker in each room. The breakfast is very versatile and very tasty. Very close to the airport. Highly recommended.

Good facilities, breakfast buffet terrible, tasteless, cold, little variety and worse on Mondays there is no restaurant in the hotel because "it is the rest day of the staff" and customers? Nice place for the price. Nice location to walk downtown from. Stayed 2 weeks here in December 2014. Great service and good was better than usual. Not a 5 star place but paying a cheaper price you wouldn't expect top of the line food.
Watching the dolphins swim by every morning was fun too.
I'd recommend going here just to get away and would easily come back to as well.

Great hotel to stay at if your visiting. has a great pool and hot tub, if you're planning on going in the pool or hot tub bring your towels down because there are none done there but little tiny ones. Pedro the concierge is great he helped us book an tour with the pirates of the Bay does many more services would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good friendly Miss who is on duty but the client if it takes longer than I received

There is no complaint so far, I have not tried the food but with the service until now it is more than a fact that it will be very good

Love the hotel, it was very clean staff was awesome and so helpful. Rafael was the absolute the greatest in answering questions. Rooms very clean. Food was excellent at the rooftop resturant, only bad part is you have to watch them with the money exchange. They overcharged us for some meals and almost did not bring our change back until we asked where our change was.
