Comfortable, tidy and clean room. Unfortunately not much of a view from the window.
The breakfast buffet was very good with many different options.
The staff were not that great. For example, when it got busy at the breakfast buffet, the staff were not handling it very well, there were queues and there was a constant lack of plates/cutlery.
Also at the check-in and -out, the receptionists were very slow and apathetic.
The location is very good. It's not in the historic centre, but there's a metro station 5 mins away (the metro network is excellent) and a train station 10 mins away. There's also a lot of nice restaurants nearby and the area is quiet.
