The hotel is 3 mins from a metro station, although it's a little dated but it's clean. The problem is their customer service. Check in, check out, or requesting help, they don't smile nor make you feel welcome. I've interacted with 4 people in the front desk, all men, except one is a little nicer, everyone else seems they hated the job.
