One of my worst hotel experiences to date. The thermostat in the room was broken and because of this it was between 20 and 25 degrees in the room. An employee looked at it and only indicated he should have done it while he did not.
In the evening my son became ill, which the hotel could do nothing about. Because of this we decided to go home early in the evening. After a long wait at the reception, the bill for the food turned out to be much higher than expected because I should have made a reservation at the reception and not in the restaurant. I was not told this when I asked at check-in how dinner and breakfast was arranged. A lukewarm sorry just came out but that was it. I have rarely experienced such bad service and customer friendliness I would have expected otherwise from a 4 star hotel.

In the evening my son went sick, which the hotel could do nothing about. Because of this situation we have to decided to leave early in the evening and go home. After a long wait at the reception it turned out that the restaurant bill was much higher than expected because I booked at the reception and not in the restaurant. This is not being told when I was at the check-in asked how the dinner and breakfast was settled in this hotel. I have rarely seen such bad service and customer service, I expected something else from a 4 star hotel.
