Holiday Inn Leiden Review

1 Night, 2 adults and 2 children in a room with 2 double beds. Total costs: 109 incl. Breakfast excl. 5 euro parking costs. Welcoming reception and explanation. Excellent price / quality ratio. In the evening we used the buffet. Enough choice. Breakfast buffet also fine. Rooms were immaculately clean.

Free use of swimming pool, sauna and fitness room where you can do some cardio and dumbell exercises. Swimming pool has the temperature of a competition pool, so quite cool.

As a tip I would like to give you the option of turning off the fountain at night.

Good hotel with delicious breakfast. Worth repeating.

To have a look at the flea market was nice fun stuff.

The negative is the family room so smaller. It s very old, dirty carpet, dirty air conditioner.

Breakfast not good quality.

But outside looks ok.

Very clean .. good food. Room service rather average.

This is a low end business hotel. Full amenities, including pool and gym.

Please take caution and caution when checking out. Invoices have been added to the restaurant and I have not visited the restaurant (scams and frauds in a beautiful way that I did not notice except for those who read the bill)

A nice quite unusual with a large open plan restaurant on single plane enriched with fountain and plants giving an almost tropical atmosphere. Very large rooms equipped with every comfort. Watch out for consuming anything because of high costs. Beautiful pool. Agreement for those who work for Heineken.

Good seminar hotel. Wonderful breakfast. A little decentralized, but shuttle bus to the city / train station.

We spent the night here. Great hotel at a reasonably good walking distance from the center of Leiden. Breakfast was fine, the pool for a little splash too. The sauna was fine, the gym too. There was plenty to do for the children. The room was fine except for one. The ventilation of the room was slightly less. If you then sit in a room with four, you will notice that if you leave the room for a while and come back later. I would also book the hotel again the next time.

Had the worst food of any hotel that I have stayed in..

OK hotel, average atmosphere. Not in city center. Bit strange that some rooms do not have windows towards outside but towards the kitchen hall. Confortable rooms.
Excellent breakfast.

Were there to celebrate a birthday and had the buffet. Sadly the quality of the food wasn't as it used to be. The tables were poorly setup and the service sometimes forgot certain drink orders. Price for the buffet and then additional charge for drinks is way too expensive for what you are getting. Only great thing was that we were able to use the pool.

We have been here 6-7 times in the last 10 years.
It's gotten worse and worse over the years.
Breakfast, everything on cheap, little choice 2019.
Mold in the room. Last renovation years ago, definitely not for 10 years.
All carpets in the entire hotel were stained.
Bed was not made, waiting on sheets and pillows smelled of after shave.
The children's bike is now a joke. A ball pit and 2 old slot machines where kinde4 also have to pay.
Billiards now for a fee of 2 euros.
Parking used to be free, but now also costs.
We were here for the last time, Erden us to look for another hotel in Leiden for the next stay, there are enough, especially better alternatives.

Had a very nice stay with great service and staff.
Also plenty to do for children with swimming pool and slot machines.
We will definitely come back.

A well-attended lecture attended. However, the room was very pleasant. And good coffee!

Superb hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Luxury hotel room, with coffee, tea and bathroom items.

Nice full breakfast.

Rooms look new. Bathroom is alright. However, beds are tight (doubters) and the room was very warm. Opened the door both in the evening and in the morning. Breakfast expensive ( 15 per adult with an adult older than 12). Not to be repeated.

Good place to organise a conference. Very well accessible by car and plenty of free parking; OK by public traffic. Spacious conference rooms, OK lunch buffet.

Nice location control in the open workspace with water feature may pay more attention eyes on stalks desired, you are providing service, have listened to hearing spaces during Hifi show nice
