It is a shame that the attentive Waiter or help in the Bar put us 2 Canteen-like coffee with a wooden stirrer, (6, - ) for 2 coffee and with the comment that Tesla is no longer there at the steel factory so therefore have no metal spoon. Unfortunately!

Great budget hotel for a budget price via the Libelle. Hotel looks okay and food is ok too!

A noisy hotel. You can hear everyone walking past on the outside gallery.

We found the rental price of the bicycles to be on the cheap side ( 9.95 per bicycle. It would be a nice service if the hotel would meet this requirement).

Not every staff member spoke Dutch, although this is the policy of the hotel.

The WiFi in the hotel is also minimal (4 mb per person per stay is no longer of this time)

I wanted to sleep a night, went to the reception and the one Pascal said if I have a credit card, I said yes, but I do not have it at hand but I can pin, I said I do have the details of my credit card. No he says. I said ok I book online now with the details of my credit card, he said no that is not possible I have to have the credit card in my hand.
I said ok, I'll go get my credit card then I'll come back. No says Pascal you are no longer welcome. I said give me the rules on paper, he didn't was his answer. I am shocked .... at the next hotel I will just get my debit card and without a problem. Never experienced: just being refused. HolidayInn NEVER AGAIN.

We were looking for a place where we could spend the night with our dog and this was perfect! They also had wonderful breakfasts

Attended Mtg pre-release in one of the halls of the Holiday Inn in Lead. Nice room, nice space, and quite easily accessible by bike. A pity that they were very strict on their own consumptions, and then charge ridiculously high bar prices for a meal or sandwich ...

20 man + have dinner all night and drink .. and then charge money for parking! Then you don't get it at all ..!

Old fashion style and expensive, breakfast not worth the money you pay for but for business purposes is enough. There is a free shuttle to/from Leiden central station.

The service was great the few little things were done very quickly and the stay was very pleasant. Only the functionality of the key cards to open the barrier to the parking lot does not work very well.

Present at the graduation ceremony. Large room with nice sound. Very hot, luckily doors were opened at one point. Furthermore, friendly staff.

A little more in the game room now just the jumping castle for the rest it is super fantastic

There is little choice of Hooft steak dishes (was good) chicken wings (dry and tasteless, and fish. And there was poor topping. Twice in line for carpaccio and was late. Third time. But it was tasty.

First Holiday Inn in Europe. The motel style of this place is very unique! Very pleasant place to stay and to organize meetings or conventions.

It is relatively clean. However, it lacks the eg spots of other visitors to be removed from the carpet. Spider webs are not removed either. The mattresses are a bit too soft and not recommended for people with back problems. The rich food, however, deserves 5 stars. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner there is something for everyone and it tastes very good. The little guests come here also at their expense. There is a swimming pool with a depth of up to 1.40 m and a small play area for children up to 4 years old. It is a quiet hotel and for a few quiet days highly recommended.

The rooms are comfortable enough. Good and varied breakfast.

A non-staff complaint is the pool etiquette from guests. There is enough indication in the area that no diving is allowed. Well guests think otherwise apparently. Again, I do not think the staff is at fault here but it irritated us when he had a toddler to supervise.

Really good. Clean, friendly and well organized even during this challenging pandemie.

Lobster was excellent, service a little less than other years. We had to hurry to get home because of a heavy stomach run, something we didn't have trouble with the other 5 times. Both partner and I have been home 3 times.

The cleanliness of the room is still acceptable. But it could be better.

I found the arrangement of the rooms a bit strange. There are outside rooms and "inside rooms", which are virtually connected to the restaurant. The interior rooms therefore have no daylight. All rooms were ventilated exclusively with an air conditioning / ventilation system, as windows cannot be opened.

Parking spaces cost 5 per day, but you only have to pay for a maximum of 5 days. Breakfast plentiful. However, the rolls are probably not fresh from the bakery, but they were refilled from a plastic bag.
If you have only booked breakfast but still want to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, you should definitely not try the themed and family buffets. At 25 per person plus drinks, it was completely overpriced for us, since we didn't eat much in the evening.

Really not recommended if you want to enjoy a bit of peace in addition to the urban atmosphere.
The large hall, slash restaurant echoes with the beat, which should go for music that will make the children happy. Well, my 11 year old daughter is reading her Donald duck with earplugs.
In the restaurant tasty cake but the mice fly past you.
Room quite small and no windows to the outside also the restaurant has no contact with the outside world.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, it certainly did not matter.

Definitely a hotel to spend a weekend on the beach Noordwijk, Katwijk The Hague all at a short distance. Very good breakfast more than enough. We will definitely be back a big 9.

Location is ok and nice and close to almost everything. Rooms are relatively small but well maintained, everything seems just new, lots to see from Ikea but well ... service could be better. We were not told that our doors to the room on the outside were to be found ... still looking for a while at the start of a weekend, still annoying and the keys do not always work.

Room was way too hot during the night! The air conditioner was not working properly and it took hours too cool down. We asked for help at the reception, but they didn't same to care. The sheets were ripped apart and there was only one bathrobe for two people.They wrote everything down, promised to call back for a compensation and when I asked about it when checking-out they said they know nothing about it. It's OK that not everything is working the way it should, but it's definitely NOT OK to ignore customer complaints. We are never coming back for sure and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room: neat, clean.
However, the ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold stains.

Atmosphere: If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are unfortunately wrong here. Until the evening shouting and noise from the indoor playground. In the morning from 8 o'clock again screaming and noise from the indoor playground.

Breakfast: rich, large selection. Service friendly and courteous.

Not your regular business hotel. Rooms were designed 15 years ago I think. Hotel is good for bus groups crisscrossing Europe.

How nice it is for the children but dinner buffet last night and breakfast this morning was fuses what we were used to from the hotel where we come every Christmas for 8 years

The hotel is located in an industrial area. The rooms are like
Container stores for immigrants with no view and balcony. The hotel as a whole works
from the outside like an outdated industrial building, you park your car in front of your room.
The whole thing is reminiscent of an outdated motel on "Route 66".
A maximum of 2 stars !! NEVER EVER !!
