Great weekend, the amenities were great, the staff was nice and professional, very welcoming. Great place to get away for a nice weekend.

Left a for hotel on the beach for this Holiday Inn Express, wow, a breath of fresh air! Extremely clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, great coffee; nothing more you can ask for in a hotel!

We arrived late and were given keys that didn t work. And the elevator safety inspection is also expired. Other than that, it is a decent hotel with clean rooms.

Wish there was a zero star review. This place has gone downhill. We have always stayed here when visiting family in Largo. We were not told that they were undergoing construction and had find out when we arrived. Scraped my foot trying to get by the large table awaiting installation next to the one computer available. The breakfast is very different and quite lacking. Management doesn't seem to care and they do not want to get out of their chairs to address concerns. We had a 12" long hair on the top of the toilet tank for two days. Fortunately the replacement housekeeper cleaned it. Dogs from other rooms barked constantly when we walked down the hallway. As an IHG member I expect better than this.

Nice clean hotel. Convenient location to the beach. Will stay again if in the area.

Great experience, but it has some details that need to be taken care of. It has great potential and look forward on improvement of the following comments.
Pros
-The breakfast had great quality and arrange of options
-The staff at the establishment where very helpful, friendly and compassionate with my needs.
-Great location, only 15 minutes from the pier 60 beach.
Cons
-The room had lots of dust, in such a way that you could see it on the lamps.
-There could ve been a deeper cleaning for the room.

Thankful for the breakfast items that were available due to the corona virus. On the downside my beds frame had sticky residue on it, the carpets looked like someone dropped candy and smeared it, the shower let out puddles of water and there were lots of ants waiting for food to be dropped. The staff was friendly but the cleaning ladies only come every 3 days hints why the room was in this shape.

Nice and clean room. King bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Wifi and wired hi speed Internet available for free. Continental breakfast included. Overall, a nice place. We booked just for one night and at the desk, but the price was still fare.

The room is very clean, the bathroom not so much. It was dirty, there were tiles that were displaced and the bottom of the shower had so much grime and dirt we used a towel to stand on while we showered. Wouldn t recommend

Very welcoming staff. Clean, spacious room. Free parking and good continental breakfast included.

Room wasn't ready when we got there, so we had to sit around in the lobby with our 2 year old who just doesn't 3 hours in a car. The room was nice as was the staff, but the management is noticably lacking.

A wonderful hotel. Staff were exceptional, breakfast was good, and room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will be back here soon.

The rooms were wonderful and check-in was. a breeze. The rooms were really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of options as well. Definitely recommend!

Hotel was very helpful in setting up our event. Great staff to work with.

Very poor customer service..I was told when we found a bed bug in our room that it was our fault and that WE had brought the bed bug with us on our 1,200 mile trip from Texas...no compensation was provided and really no apology
Apparently they really only play to the big groups bc every team or business I see post has great reviews. So they're not as family friendly unless you're paying lots of money to them

This is the 2nd time staying here,the hotel is very clean and all the employees were fantastic,we will absolutely stay here again,the price is great and the breakfast is off the chain, all the food was great.

Nicely maintained hotel. A few notes fyi..at 10 pm they call it quiet time in lobby, so cant hang out without staff telling you to quiet down. If you get a room facing the back side of the hotel...be prepared to be awoken by a bunch of chickens and roosters photos attached, no joke it is rediculous at 7 am.

Everything about this place was very clean and updated for the modern professional. The location was very handy for my needs as well.

Really nice hotel the price was absolutely great. The lady at the front desk was really nice. I didn't get her name but shes from Massachusetts. She was so helpful and friendly.

The bed sheets were dirty, maybe staff should rec'd covid training. Shower curtains dirty. The pictures tell you the whole story. I was very disappointed at the HI.

This hotel for the price was definitely worth it however I wish for the price it was more hidden away more luxurious, However it's not a 5 star hotel. Good size room, big bathroom, didn't try breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff extremely nice. Heated pool, work out room and rooms for business. My biggest complaint was the doors shut so hard, so all night sounds like people are slamming doors. A bunch of people just like I hate doors then you hear it all night. I'm a light sleeper so that was really annoying.

Nice and quiet perfect for family closer to the beach compared to the Holiday Inn on US 19 and Route 60 East Bay Drive route to the beach avoids a lot of traffic staff members at this Holiday Inn are absolutely great they cater to your every need these girls deserve a raise they work hard and the rooms are clean they go over and Beyond standard safety precautions do to covid-19 notice to the owner of this Holiday Inn your staff members are very courteous they deserve a bonus or a raise or something they truly take care of their customers a lot better then compared to the Holiday Inn on US 19 and Gulf to Bay if you're looking for a hip hop party Spring Breakers this place is more suited for family just saying my opinion

Our room was extremely dirty, Food splatters on the wall, Dirt & dust everywhere, food chunks on the couch, to name a few. They changed my room to something a little cleaner, if it wasn t so late and I didn t have 3 tired children I would have left.
I was disappointed with the hotel being a Holiday Inn but I guess it s going to be remodeled soon.

Would go back anytime in the area of st. Pete Clearwater or Largo

Usually holiday Inn express is our first choice when staying at a hotel. Not to impressed with this one.

I didn't stay there, I was just visiting someone. But the place looked really clean.

Very accommodating place, with wifi routers in every room. Heated pool, best place to stay in Clearwater, Fl.

If there were a zero rating I would rate them 0 the service staff was so rude I don't even know how I'm not filing a report they extremely bad I will no longer be going to any Holiday Inn Express just because of that experience do not go there

Clean, secure and close to the Gulf Beaches with a hot (or) cold free breakfast. Nice hotel room very, very close to the beaches if you know your way around (ask front desk). Accommodating to me (1) by letting my daughter and family come to visit me and use the pool facilities.

Our room was.never cleaned until after 3p. And that was only after calling front desk. DAILY. Giving 2.stars for continental breakfast staff

The Management here are great people. We Checked In last Thursday night about 1:30 a.m. after our house had been burnt in a serious fire. The next morning the management Reached out to us and extended us a stay for several extra days. The complimentary breakfast here is amazing. We felt overwhelming love and support from the staff. We were so appreciative and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again Holiday Inn Express in Largo. We appreciate you.

They have very friendly staff, Pets are welcome, the breakfast was great. Only thing that I didn t like is that there are fire ant hills around the pool. So if you are gonna to stay and use the pool watch it for that

First let me say, the front desk lady was great very helpful, and very friendly. But now let's get to the room... You walk in and the aroma of pet urine slaps you in the face. But in there defense they leave you new friends as in Ants on the bedside table the dust on the walls so thick has left outlines of the old wall decorations(see picture) but the do have chew toys for the pets... the chairs all the furniture. Just nasty!

Wonderful hotel!! This hotel offers everything a traveling customer wants. A very clean room, comfortable beds, great service, a heated pool that's actually warm, and each floor has a laundromat so that you don't have to travel home and do a bunch of laundry. I loved my stay here and you will too! don't pass this place up! At such a great nightly rate you get more than your monies worth! P.S. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offers everything you could get at a nice restaurant.
