Clean, easy to find, nice staff, decent breakfast. BUT my room had the noisiest HVAC I ever heard, and the in-room coffee pot was non-functioning.

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good, and they have a very nice convenience store with beverages snacks and microwavable food. The staff was all very friendly. I actually missed breakfast by 2 minutes and the staff working the breakfast was nice enough to grab me a plate of scrambled eggs and a biscuit from the back.

It was extremely clean . Pillows and blankets we're amazing.l ocation was awesome . Breakfast was really nice and a lot to choose from

It is a nice hotel, its rooms are clean and tasteful, its location is very good, only 15 minutes from the Clearwater beach. But the best thing is that it has a very good breakfast buffet, varied and with quality food. I highly recommend it!

Everyone was very professional and the hotel was clean and pleasant.

First room I was given: door knob fell off the closet, bracket holding the ironing board was broken, main door would not close tightly so the hot air from the uncooled hallway (there's an a.c. control, but on all hallway floors it was turned off) poured into the room. Had A.C. set to 72, room stayed at 76. WiFi is extremely slow, many web pages with video would not load or play. The second room they gave me was fine, but WiFi problem persisted. Keurig coffee units in both rooms appeared to never have been cleaned. Grimy film in the water reservoirs.

The hotel is currently under renovation. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options.

The Holiday Inn Express is a wonderful Hotel with amazing, kind and courteous employees, clean rooms, plenty of amenities, a fabulous full breakfast with the most amazing cinnamon rolls and is ideally located for where we need to be or where we plan to go while in town. The only reason I did not give it a perfect score is because I think the price is a bit to high for this area. We would be able to stay longer or feel less stressed money-wise, if there were better rates or coupons.

Nice hotel, clean, and friendly staff. Would stay again.

I want to give a huge shout out to the manager Chris! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helped us in this emergency trip we had to make here from Missouri because my mom is in the hospital. We have been here 5 days and our stay has been great. Hotel is clean. Staff is very nice and helpful and breakfast I'd really good. Thank you so very much.

I expected more since the name and location should be better, but to rest it is good, better than others, it is well located, I like the park that for Christmas dates is decorated. Cleaning could be better.

Cleanliness is acceptable, but not great, alot of minor tings in need of maintenance / repair. Beds were uncomfortable, A/C sounds like a freight train, and when a neighbor closes their door the whole room shakes

April 30 -May 5 2018 stat, family of 4. Let's start with the rooms: staff could pay more attention and dust where the light don't shine and vacuum under the sofas. Also, vacuum if someone is there for a longer time. Other then that - comfortable beds, nice layout., good internet service. Check/in was exemplary, quick, courteous, accommodating to find us a larger room with sofa bed, great front desk staff, really pleasant! Pool: 3 stars at the best: cold, too salty and small deck. I give them 3 stars for the kids toys that I rarely find at hotel pools. Breakfast: not great at all, lacking options for lactose intolerant guests although expressed that at checking, poor quality and variety, fruit was mostly green and not good at all, omelette was quite terrible. I'm giving it a 2 just because it's there. Location: excellent! Lots of restaurants, Largo Park just 2 minutes of a walk, not a far drive to the beaches, very convenient.

The parking lot is tiny and hard to maneuver. The front desk staff was neither welcoming nor very helpful. The room was clean, and the shower was excellent. However, we had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths every single night: even though our room registry reflected 4 guests, we never got more than two towels and wash cloths. The in room refrigerator did not keep items cold, and the mattresses were very, very uncomfortable. Both adults in my party had major back pain from attempting to sleep on the extra firm bedding. When I complained about the hard mattresses I was simply told "other guests find them comfortable". Really? So my input and distinct lack of comfort didn't matter. Ok. The free breakfast buffet was a nice touch, although powdered eggs leave a lot to be desired. All told, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

I recently stayed for 6 nights at this hotel while my daughter was hospitalized locally. I can't say enough about how well I was treated. Nick at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me as he sensed that I was a stressed out Mom. He made sure to check on me and asked about my daughter each time I went in and out of the hotel. The room was super clean and the housekeeping team certainly paid attention to detail. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It had a great selection and the dining area and service area were spotless.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking in the Largo area. In my opinion, Nick should be employee of the month! Thanks again!

We did not spend much time in the hotel but we had a nice room and the Continental breakfast was pretty nice too. It was aight.

Right next to the largo central park which has a nice Christmas light display. Hotel room is clean with a large TV.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was supremely comfortable. The atmosphere was also good. Really love this place.

Great Price, excellent bed, very comfortable.
But it was the night manager Bob G. that was the Star 5 of the show!
Helped with everything from that 5:45am coffee to emergency printing and shoe repair service.
This was for a important job interview, so saying Bob is the "man" is a serious understatement.
Location was very close to a outdoor walking mall with everything one could want, as well as Costco and Wegmans.

A wonderful stay! Our room was huge. Bigger than the hotel suites we have stayed at before. Parking was pricey, but I think it was worth it!

Great place for a short or extended stay. The amenities are great and the staff is very plesant.

Very quiet, could not hear my neighbors nor the shower running in my room. Bet was very firm as were the pillows, perfect for heavy men like me. Did not snore once. The breakfast was diet proper: they had vegetarian omelette, low-fat and skim milk, yogurt yoplait and the greek one, biscuits and gravy with turkey meat.

We love Holiday Inn Express. Their rooms are great, breakfast is great, you get a free USA Today paper, and free coffee all day.

We stayed in 3 different rooms 3 different times. Not all room are nice and clean. But not horrible for the price.

we booked 2 rooms in case we had to evacuate for hurricane Dorian. When I called the motel to tell them we wouldn't know if we needed the rooms until after the 4:00 deadline to cancel, we were informed that the hotel chain was waiving all cancellation fees due to the hurricane. Although we did not actually stay at the motel, I wanted to leave this review so others would know that this company was very pleasant to deal with, in a highly stressful situation. Our family will be this chain in our future travel plans. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

Clean and convenient. Wish they had more of an outdoor lounge area besides next to the pool, but hey, it's Holiday Inn.

Friendly staff and good location. The hotel is economical for the quality of services they provide. If you need a hotel that accommodates pets it is one of the better places.

5-Stars goes out to the hotel manager/Staff. We booked a room recently after Hurricane Irma. He said, We're waiving cancellation fees in case your electricity is restored. They didn't have to do that, it was the right thing to do. #HurricaneHeros.

Only 1 person working at night so if you need anything like towels or linens, get it before you leave for the day because they won't bring it

Hotel rooms are nice. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is the housekeeping could be better. Found hair that wasn't mine in my sink.

Overall the experience was very good. Only thing that is going on right now is parts of the front desk area and the dining area are currently being renovated.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my sons and son in-law. We are construction workers from out of town. We were given a room at the very end of the hall, the man on duty at night was very rude to us. The women on duty were nice.The room was clean, however they were skimpy on bath towels and wash clothes. the Breakfast bar was very good and the lady on staff there was very nice. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses and our treatment here, was by far, the worst experience we have had . We have to return many more times to the area, as our job requires us, we will find another hotel to stay in. I feel that if we were not construction workers, we would have been treated differently. There were other construction workers we met staying there and they treated the same way.

Most of the staff is courteous. Shannon is an awesome asset to this company. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a pleasant experience. The only complaint I have is the one of the front desk staff needs to trained in politeness.

Stopped by to talk to H Inn rep, noticed lobby had been updated. He said rooms were next, so coming soon. I've stayed up in Tallahassee area at the new remodels, and they are very comfortable.

Basic no frills hotel with clean rooms, a pretty decent free breakfast in a nice dining area, complete with a couple of computers at a counter for guest use.

Overall nice place however the close the pool at dusk. They say this is due to city order however I find that hard to believe

I read multiple good reviews before booking my stay. My experience was very disappointing, to say the least.

The location isn't exactly "in the open" but was pretty easy to find. Great amenities on-site as well as locally
