This place is really nice. It seems to have a recent redo to the current standard for Holiday inn Express. As of May 2019. Place is clean and if you have a car it is not far from everything with out paying the beach front premium. We came to see Hope and Winter then go to the beach a couple days. This place worked great since we have a rental car.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and responsive staff. Not to pleased with the breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were bad and muffins tasted stale.

Room was nice with two beds, but clean... i dont think *clean* would be the right word to describe the room that i stay in. The pillows smell like cigarette, i even have to put the tower on top of the pillow to be able to put my head on it. There is nobody come and clean my room at all. I left from morning till after noon and no one come to change pillows or fix the blanket or put more tissue on the box (the tissue box was running out of tissue from the first day that i came )

Poor breakfast, terrible water pressure. Wouldn't recommend especially for the price

Let s keep this very basic. If my card has a pending charge on it from your hotel and I still don t get a room. Something is afoot. I understand the circumstances around it and as a Spire Elite member who s spend a ridiculous amount of money every year for the last ten years in your hotel.
I am severely DISAPPOINTED.
Be better.

I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They have a wide range of rooms with different amenities. They have a small gym, outdoor pool, breakfast in the morning, and ice machines/vending. The front desk staff is helpful although the night shift seems annoyed at times. Everything in the rooms and the lobby was cleaned well and the maids did a great job during our stay. The breakfast was a bit better than could be expected. They had the usual eggs/omelettes, bread/pastries, fruit, and hot cereals.

We have a big group staying here for a funeral and Ty has gone above and beyond dealing with our family.... which is always a handful! Great guy and many thanks for bending over backwards for us!

Clean, good hot breakfast, and good customer service. Not 5 stars for me because the beds were too stiff and uncomfortable to sleep.

I'm in the process of moving to Florida and needed a place to stay for me and family as we came down for a day trip. The room was really clean and very spacious. You could easily sleep 7 people in the room, and that's without having to share the bed with someone. The curve appeal is very nice and the breakfast is great. I will stay here again and recommend all my family and friends to stay here as well.

Love this place spent weeks with our dog. We got treated great and the dog better.

Would not advise bikers to stay. Like all other Holiday Inn Express i have stayed this Holiday forbids it and won't allow bikes park in their extra wide front entrance. Your expensive bike will have to park in an unsecured place. Stay another hotel if I were you.

I used to have trips to the area, and each time I stayed at this hotel. It was amazing Every time, the staff was excellent, the rooms clean and cozy and the breakfast outstanding.

Friendly staff and pretty clean room. The carpets were dirty turned feet black. Need to be washed badly. Shower didn't look clean either. The worst is was getting my car hit and having no cameras in parking lot to find the per. It was loud at times, we complained and afterwards the people yelled even louder "call again and see what happens". The front desk did say they would kick them out though. I would come back though the price, location, and staff made up for the issue. Just be careful where you park

This is a great hotel. Breakfast is great. Nice pool and great location. They provide shuttles to the mall of America and Airport as well. I try and stay here every trip I make to Minneapolis.

Rooms are big it's nice but the bathtubs are not flat and has curtains instead of glass windows those are the best

Great place to watch fireworks in the park since my daughter is terrified of loud noises.

OmG. Just walking in you feel welcomed. All the amenities are laid out when you first check in. The room was great and cozy. The pillows felt as if I was laying on air. The room had a good layout. The pool was warm. The fitness center was small but good. You could get a decent workout in and even gave you complimentary head phones which I thought was a cute addition. The facility is well maintained. If I visit again. I will be booking here

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Always my favorite place to stay when in town. Love the complimentary breakfast (which is a real breakfast).

The management and staff were excellent. We had a business meeting there and they were more than accommodating. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what you expect from this brand.

The bedding is an issue. The standard pillows end up to be the size of a soccer ball and the bed is hard plus the sheets do not breath.

Super cute and comfortable rooms. Service was also great with everyone being friendly and surprisingly chipper no matter the hour haha Complimentary breakfast was delicious too, loved the automatic pancake maker

Nice budget hotel, kind of a trek to get to the beach but cozy. Breakfast was decent, rooms were clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Good location and nice rooms however some rooms have more space than others for the same price so you may get a better or worse room randomly. The hotel staff is very nice as well

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was Soo good. The options at the breakfast station cover everything you could want. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread bar.. it just keeps going

Ridiculously large amount for 1 night because of the no smoking policy

This hotel is ok. When I made the reservation they was painting the hotel. Most of the windows are cover up with plastic. Also I asked for pillows and blankets and they told they don't have available.

I recommend this Hotel to anyone, I don't need a 5 star one, This one is 5 Plus for my family be back again, Thanks IHG.

Very friendly staff, despite being short staffed they did their best to accommodate. Furniture in the room was old, but beds were comfortable.

Located close to a great Park there in Largo and not to far from the Beach. The perfect spot for our trip.

Good service, pool area nice. The lobby room with tables was very useful for me and my family. Computer access etc. Would recommend plus location was perfect. Easy access to the area. Beaches etc.

Great rooms breakfast has been better at other holiday inn express's I've stayed at. The drink cups at breakfast are like mouth rinse cup size. I travel ALOT and normally prefer the holiday inn express.

One of the better holiday inns i have stayed at. Clean rooms. And Anina was very accommodating, personable, and pleasure to deal with.

We live to stay at HIEX when traveling but this one was a bit of a disappointment. It is located right beside an active train track and the overall location is not appealing. Room was decent and breakfast was good. Wish HIEX would bring back the original cinnamon rolls!

EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE! Clean, quiet, nice room and bathroom. Breakfast is better then most hotels twice the price. 10 minutes from clearwater beach. ATTN MANAGEMENT: JOSH went far above and beyond to make sure I was well accommodated on an odd request! He makes this hotel worth 5 stars!

Your hotel and rooms were outstanding. I wanted to reply about the breakfast, after my review last week. This is for Tavara the GM.

I would suggest having FRESH bakery goods (bagels,croissants,breads) from a local bakery and placed in a more freshness container so they don't get hard. Maybe have a fruit medley instead of the basket of apples, bananas, and oranges. Also, maybe have some lunchmeats & cheeses for a sandwich.

Needs more vacuuming. No in-room safe. TV could be larger. Needs a soap dish in the bathroom sink/counter.

Paul told me I couldn't get a 12 pm check out I know that's a lie. He is rude and I don't like him. He made that up himself. I will find out if that true through coorperate. I get 12 pm check out all the time.

We stay frequently for medical reasons, they are always take good care of us

Hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. They have a nice small gym. They are within walking distance to the central park area. All staff were extremely professional and nice to us. We will stay here again for sure. Great place.

Perfect location its close distance to everything. The hotel staff is very friendly and always accomadate your needs even before you arrive (Thank you Dawn).Every area and my room were always clean, even with my extended stay my room was clean the same way every day. And breakfast was great, a combination of continental and bufffet style breakfast with plenty of options.
