Everything very good, just what you need for a good nights sleep and nice breakfast. Will use again definitely.

Excellent service, hotel a bit old but kept in perfect condition. 15.00 on weekdays parking and 10.00 on weekends

Poorly educated and rude, they told us that breakfast was until 10.30 am but they did not specify that it was only for the weekend. On Monday we went down at 10.15 p.m. and we did not have breakfast. Very unprofessional and arrogant staff ... nothing is recommended.

If you want to meet a business relation on the way to / from Brussels near the motorway in Ghent, then this hotel is ideally located for a meeting and a coffee. The coffee is well taken care of by the way.

You don't have to call it a top management, but it proves its purpose and the staff is also very friendly.

The parking lot is ideal for the 1st 2 hours if you have a drink. Keep an eye on the signposts and please use GPS because it is a tangle of roads.

Zweckbaum from the 2000s, conveniently located on the highway and a few meters to the tram into the city, parking per night 10 euros is not great outside the fair, especially since there is nothing around, the hotel itself is in good condition, free WiFi

Good choice if you are in Ghent and will use your room only for sleeping. Because you can hear what's happening in the next room quite clearly without straining your ears. Otherwise, the service, rooms everything is good ,neat and clean.

Clean, tidy, large establishment. Lovely breakfast but too hot and claustrophobic for my taste. If you don't like the cold, it's definitely for you.

I travel a lot and therefore stay in hotels very regularly for both private and business purposes. The past two weekends I was a guest at this hotel with six employees for a trade fair in the adjacent Flanders Expo .. This hotel certainly does not excel in facilities and hygiene, but the crowning glory is the downright customer unfriendly treatment of the staff. It seems to me that in a very average hotel where they still dare to charge between 150 and 210 euros for a room, the staff should make the difference.
Despite the fact that we as a group have paid over 3000 euros, every request or wish was ignored. Every euro was calculated gross, while other guests, for example, could park for free or received an upgrade out of favor. Our total group of over 20 guests will never come here again and none of them will recommend this hotel when visiting Ghent. Even if you come for a fair, it is better to take a cozy hotel in the center with nice staff. You can then take the tram to the fair, which stops in front of Flanders Expo!

Reasonably prices, well equipped rooms, friendly staff.

Family rooms are a bit small. Breakfast buffet very good. Very nice treatment.

Hotel is fine and staff friendly, but it s in a grim Loop of an industrial /commercial area. Ikea next door tho. Had to pay for parking which is expensive as is the food. On the plus side if you don t mind a walk over a busy road there is a nice friendly restaurant Colmar within a ten min walk.

A lot of mosquitoes. You can not open a hotel room Windows without afraid of being bite. They should Mount an anti-mosqitos net in the Windows frames.

Hotel located in an industrial area with nothing around except the tram which can take you to the center of Gent.
Attention parking is very expensive 12 50 and the breakfast also 17 .
Important point: if you want to plug your laptop near the bed it will provide an extension cord of at least 3 meters.

Very good hotel with beautiful views of Flanders Expo area of Ghent

Hotel cooperates with "V-Taks", solid taxi service. People from the Expo who book a taxi get the advice to wait in the hotel, it is freezing outside. No problems with reception staff, told them that I was waiting for a taxi. This is possible in few hotels. A small gesture from a decent hotel. Especially during activities in Expo that last for several days, this is the place to spend the night or to eat in the afternoon, please make a reservation. Hotel is definitely worth the stars. Recommended. Also is parking of Expo, where hotel is an official Park And Ride so a lot of offerings and tram, tram directly to the heart of the historic center is a 25 minute trip and is there every 7 minutes.

Very warm rooms where the air conditioning goes out as soon as you leave the room. Front is adjacent to highway, lots of noise and inside rooms look at the atrium, so no fresh air. Ticking sounds come from the ventilation at night. So a bad night. Then just take a shower to wake up, only a little lukewarm water comes out of the tap. So worthless ...

Room and buffet were all right. Definitely try the waffle machine at the morning buffet.

Good experience and inexpensive though parking in the big gravel car parking is a bit pricey. Good for the tram too. Got a big room as I am part of IHG loyalty scheme so that made it even better

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about. The drive there is a bit confusing as you basically have to drive in circles around the hotel before you get there.

Good hotel but the location is full of works for some time bad access

Great hotel. Clean room, well organized, very good bed, safe, water heater with tea sachets available. The room I stayed in had a very practical sofa bed. Breakfast is good too. Minibar, television and cable TV. Highly recommend!

Typical Holiday Inn except has a beautiful dining area and fantastic staff. Were great about changing our reservation, asked about the room the next morning, friendly with our kids, and just overall made the stay so nice for us. The breakfast is expensive but really nice and was our favorite part of our stay. Internet was fine and rooms were clean.

Been for a meeting. Building is starting to show its age. Renewing once is recommended. Certainly inside the large room.

Good hotel for your stay in Ghent. Rooms feel dated but are clean and decent. It is located outside the city center, but it is easily accessible by tram, which is way easier and cheaper than driving and parking in the city. Breakfast was expensive in my eyes 17,5 pp during our stay. I would recommend going to the store next to the hotel or getting something in the city, which is cheaper and better.
