Rooms were good. I wish there had been just plain eggs as an option for breakfast and not just premade omelets.

Nice place. Shower heads need an update. Ac didn't work but I was only there one night so I managed it

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient that they have a "do it yourself" laundry room for guests on 3rd floor. Easy to find & near many local services like gas, convenience stores, shopping, airport & dining. We especially enjoyed being less than a mile from the delicious restaurant "The Clam Bar"!!

The staff is so friendly here I almost want to go back, it was a bit rundown and my room smelled like smoke.

It's ok. Nothing was "wrong" with it but it's nothing special. Fine for a single night stay while driving through Syracuse.

I'd rate my stay there as "meh". The room was reasonably clean, but there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. I found an old burger King salt packet on the window sill. The remote didn't work. The clock was unplugged. Good location and reasonably priced though. Very good breakfast though.

My stay was great. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was relaxing. I requested a mouse for my laptop and the front desk provided it. Also the Sonic across the street is open until 11. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was very warm and the "gym" was pretty bad. 4 stars.

Kind of thin walls and ceiling. But a good stay over all.

Quick, easy, convenient, and fairly priced. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the walls are thin. Quite a bit of normal noise ( doors opening and closing & people talking) coming from the hallway - tough with young kids.

Room was fine, but the maid on our floor was walking around grumbling to all the guests. =(

Great location & very helpful staff. They shuttle you back and forth to many restaurants. Nice complimentary hot breakfast.

A/C didn't work. No food besides Taco Bell and McDonalds. Gym was a disaster, old broken treadmills no weights, paper thin walls

Very nice and quiet Hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It has a great location being very close to the airport. I enjoyed my stay and had absolutely no issues.

We stayed overnight, with a late check in. Staff was friendly. Woke up and showered, instantly the tub wouldn't drain. Good water pressure anyway. Breakfast was okay, definitely a good value for your stay, overall, it was a decent place to stay.

My experience was terrible, the rooms smelled like smoke, the a.c units were very loud. I called down to the front desk the woman was very rude, the room was a mess the beds looked like somebody had slept in them, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, I paid a good amount of money to stay in a room that looked like it wasn't even clean, I will never recommend this place for anyone to stay in ever. such a disappointment.

Really decent budget hotel. The walls are quite thin though I was lucky the neighbors decided to go to bed at the same time as me or it would have been an issue. Otherwise everything was great including the staff and bed. I needed to leave before breakfast officially started and the attendant made sure I got something to eat which I really appreciated

We stayed last weekend and wished we had time to stay longer! The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast great! Loved those pancakes! We'll definitely stay again next time!

Decent. Microwave and refrigerator. James at the desk was great. They had a list of restaurants that that you could go to via shuttle and they would pick you up when you are done free of charge.

Gross! Our family stayed here and we could not get over the smell and how dirty everything was. This place is disgusting and we will not be staying here again.

Once again I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn Express. The are declining rapidly.

Holiday Inn Express - customers like clean fresh smelling rooms and only want to stay in your hotels if the experience is good. Many times recently this has not been the case. I along with others are not looking elsewhere.

The front desk associate wasn't very welcoming, he wasn't rude either just very dry in tone. The pictures of the rooms are definitely misleading. I miss stayed in room 217. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bedsheets and comforter was very rough, it did not feel at all. The room was incredibly warm, I turned off the heat and turned on the AC and it was so warm I was awake most of the night. The shower pressure was low and the sink knob had to really be pushed forcefully to get the water on. I did not eat breakfast there , I went next door to Denny's. At checkout the associate never asked how was my stay. He just took my keys and said "you're all set." I will definitely look for another place to stay when visiting Syracuse. It was a 10-15 minute drive from the Syracuse University. The hotel wasn't the worse but it didn't have the fresh, clean feel I like. It felt very dated.

Just a one night stay. 4.5 hour drive with this stay over to see Sebastian Maniscalco. A favorite comedian.

A lovely, well maintained hotel! The staff were positive and polite. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again as needed.

Have stayed here twice. Has a shuttle to the airport, a nice little breakfast and great rooms.

DRACONIAN torture mattress,(painful sleeples nights,sores and pain when waking up) clogged drains germ tub/sink(dirty backed up water during shower and brushing teeth),mold smelling room(damp musty moldy smell in entire room). NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I enjoy staying here for work the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast has variety that other hotels don't have. I will keep coming back.

Gym is horrible, rooms and elevator smells bad, breakfast served on a small area and can be crowded. The rest is ok.

Went to a show at sharkeys bar and grill. Hotel was easy to find and close to a bunch of restaurants and stores . We got some Applebee's before we checked in. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was happy to see the TV got the MSG stations and there was a NYR game on..The only thing with this hotel is that it's a bit loud. Like you could hear people in the other rooms besides and overhead. And being the airport hotel people are up moving early in the AM. But when we come back in the fall and spring to visit the montezuma wetlands complex We will be booked at the syracuse airport holiday Inn express.

Clean, friendly, very close to airport with a frequent shuttle. Asked for 4:45 AMwake up call & got the call at 3:45 AM. Better early than late, I guess..

Clean hotel. Only one concern - thermostat kinda old model and behave pretty weird.

They aim to please! I was made to feel like I was the only guest at the hotel. They made a tough traveling day much better!

The gentleman at check-in was very pleasant. The bathroom was not properly cleaned the mirror had streaks and the sink some hair. The mini lotion had been used prior and not replaced.

Comfort and convenience with a reasonable price,what is not to love? All the staff are friendly the amenities are on part with today's tech standards and the shuttle runs frequently

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in NY I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to stay. The service was poor at best, and the rooms gave off a motel vibe.

Stayed overnight before my flight and left my car for the week. No issues with parking, decent rooms.

It was ok. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. They did have bacon and sausage. A mini frig in room would have been nice.

Quick check in on a Friday night. Desk clerk was friendly. Hotel was clean, especially at entrances. Noisy early morning from airplanes since property next to airport. Breakfast area was well stocked.

Room was fine, but there was no bath mat in the tub, as a result both myself and my mother fell down. Other then that it was alright.
