Never pay for you post placement reports in advance if you are force to do so, create a trusting escrow bank account so no one will touch till the service is done.
HAPS filing for bankruptcy in 4.6.2020. I never receive a e-mail or something to inform me. They have my deposit for my 3 last post placement reports and left me and the children with no respect.
Please have your deposit in a escrow account so you will never worry about thinks like this.
