I would give negative stars if I could. We stay with them all the time and will no longer do so. My grandma has ended up in the hospital and have to go else where to see her as she is not doing very well. I called 2 days prior to my stay to cancel and get my money back but they refused. I have had to fight with 3 people to get the response of we will see what we can do for you.

These circumstances during the holidays or at anytime are not my choice. I would have rather celebrated a late Christmas with my parents, sister and her kids.

Worst customer service and supposed policies, even when the site right out says you will not be charged if you cancel before 6 p.m. the day of the reservation.
