Really lush hotel, great facilities still close enough to town to walk in. The rooms are very stylish and clean. The breakfast has a great range of food, even has dairy free milk! The staff were friendly and the reception area has an exchange machine for quick cash if needed.

I will start with the rooms, room was nice and clean, there is a safe in the room, also there is a expandable sofa and a two persons bed. Breakfast was great so as the service personnel. Location of the hotel is very good too!

Had a wonderful time time in Belgrade in March 2018 and the Holiday Inn Express is in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend. Only the towels are a bit small.
I stayed in this hotel two nights. The hotel is in one of the best locations to visit the Museums (Tesla and National). The hotel staff definitely need more work. There was only one lady in the front desk who was so polite and extremely helpful. The rest when told that the room view was bad didn't bother to even please me, but instead excused the situation. I felt like if I was someone else they would have immediately changed the room. I was an IHG member and paying full price.
The view from the room was disgracefully ugly because of construction next door. Early morning there was construction noise (7 am). The Breakfast was plentiful but awful, rotten pears, and apples. Nothing was really good to eat. The restaurant staff were filling up coffee from the guest area while the guests waited in line for them to finish. Shocking to me.
The room was lovely, the bed was great, extremely nice towels and plentiful. No washcloth!! The showers were closed, unique in Europe but sadly it leaked badly. It had just a single soap for hair, body, conditioner that was herbal. The room had one of the best darkening curtains. Besides the mold at the base of the shower it was clean.
Stay and services were really good. Staffs were friendly.
