Huge RV Dealership, multiple repair bays, plus a decent sized parts department. The folks that work here are exceptionally helpful and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. You re moved from one segment to the next effortlessly and painlessly There is a lovely lounge area to relax in while your RV is being repaired with perks such as coffee and cookies. They also offer a variety of snacks and fast foods (for purchase) in the event that you require more than cookies. We recommend B. Young RV for all of your RV maintenance, shopping and accessory needs. Thank you Bob F, Riley, Juan, Joe, Cristina and Mike!
Terrible service. Nobody was available to help us which isn't too bad by itself but we were told we could browse the lot and that the trailers were unlocked for us to walk through. That was not the case, 90% of the trailers were locked up and only one had a price posted, complete waste of time! Certainly won't be purchasing our rig from them.
We decided to buy a travel trailer and they had one left of the exact model we wanted. Our salesman was very nice and easy going and the whole process was pretty easy. About two months later we had an issue with water leaks and they got us in immediately as an emergency took care of everything under warranty. The service department kept me updated the entire time and we got our trailer back quickly. Overall impressed with them and I would be glad to do business again.
Went there looking for certain coach. Found the unit we want now just the hacking over price ect.
Wife and I bought our first trailer at the Woodland location. We had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend. Blake was our salesman who was great to work with as well. Major selection to choose from to find the perfect trailer for you and your family!
Started out good. Salesman was enjoyable and polite. Then when we got ready to leave decided to leave and talk among ourselves, the high pressure sales started.
After deciding we were going to buy. The wife went in the next day and started the paperwork. The following week I had an appointment to pay-off the trailer and pick up the trailer. I couldn't pickup the trailer on that day, because of a tire separation, and was asked to still come in and finish the paperwork and walk through. Long wait on the paper work.
Another appointment was scheduled for 11:00 the next day to pick up the trailer. No trailer had to wait for it. They did finally bring it out of the yard. Had to find the keys and hook up with no one coming out to help. Some one when and got me a bungee cord, that was missing
, to keep the propane cover on.
I wonder if we financed if we would have got better service. Told the wife if she hadn't wanted that trailer, I would have walked in and asked for our money back. Plus side the workers I did talk to seemed very friendly.
Hope things go better on the repairs I need already. I
Talked with the service dept about some warranty work, sent a bunch of photos so they could pre order parts. Which they said they did. Made an appointment 2 months out. Dropped off my rig and they said it would be done by the end of the day. It sat there for over 2 month with them telling me it would always be the next one in! Or something came up. Blah blah...
Then they told me they had to order more parts. I had a trip set up and was hoping it would be ready to go. Didn t happen!
When the new parts showed up, they didn t even bother to call. I called them and they said the parts showed up a few weeks ago.
Now I have set up another appointment for 2x months out and they said they would have it done in the same day. Will have to see what happens in 2 months!!!
Ever since buying a new rv from them I have been given the run around. Even when I bought it they gave me a gift card to the shop, but didn t tell me I had to use it the same day, so I lost that!
After this service experience and buying experience I will never buy or visit this place again!
We have visited twice now. Each time the sales people were friendly and very informative. They could use to have a larger inventory of available models for viewing. We're very pleased with the service.
My husband and I actually ordered our Grand Design from the Milwaukee, OR location, because somehow I missed there was a location in WA. The Milwaukee location was GREAT, and extremely accommodating, because BECU was a pain...that's a different review.
Once we found the Woodland location, we moved our service, as WA residents. The Woodland location is FANTASTIC!
Jacob is leading a team of patient, knowledgeable and funny masters of the trade. I can honestly say I haven't received such wonderful service in years.
They allowed us to drop off the RV a few days ahead of the scheduled service, due to a scheduling conflict on our end; but when we showed up, Jacob and Joe helped us right there and then. Less than an hour later we were driving away with our RV, as they had diagnosed and fixed the issue, plus they took the time to explain what happened and some tips for towing better in the future. It felt like we had a team of three experts helping and guiding us to success. They are amazing, and we feel so fortunate to have them as our partners in all things RV!
