I'm so frustrated by how useless this car insurance is proving to be. I had to call you guys and convince your agent way past the 48hr waiting period to place my claim. I still had to call every two hours for the passed week to check on progress no update what so ever, you don't even read emails . Now I'm being told to wait 5 whole days plus a weekend for authorization where as this usually takes 1-2 days.

Slow, pathetic and useless people handling claims and payments at Brolink.

Very poor service. I have been waiting for service provider who have been given incorrect address in reference number 00024215. I can assure you I will concelling this insurance it underwritten by Ooba insurance

Very professional business and always get the job done especially the claims department

This is the most useless insurance I have ever been in. Instead of paying they tell me of their system changing. I will advice against these guys. We cant pay and be told of systems.

Cant call directly looking for insurance, must come through a broker.
