We have been having problems for several months. Clint R was our technician this final time. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to all of our concerns and worked diligently to make sure all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Hopefully if we ever have issues in the future he will be our tech.

Great customer service! Always talk to a local person when I call. Had a problem with a cable i accidentally cut, Patrick, the technician was there exactly when they said he would be. He was very professional and got the problem resolved quickly.
$100 a month. I've had it just over a week and it hardly worked at all. Finally a tech came out cause apparently there was a problem with the line. I feel like they should've given me $10-20 off since we couldn't hardly use. Maybe it'll start working now that the problem has been fixed. Ask me in 6 months how I feel about it then.

This would not be acceptable any where else. Speeds as low as 0.40 MB s. More than 50 drops a day. This service is only a little over $100. Their Blame game is absolutely amazing. After replacing all the wires in my house ( as NATCO said this was the problem). Nothing changed so they are convinced it must be my neighbor s, that lives a mile away, wireless home phone slowing my internet down.
