Holiday Inn down town dubai Review

Nice and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly, specially the breakfast buffet is good.

Hotel was good maintained and food is good , in heart of the city

receptionist are polite and welcoming.. facilities and rooms are the worst thing ever.. black guy in the swimming pool is disgusting all those saliva and cold he putted on the water.. yuck.. me and my friend didnt enjoy the pool we wanted to relax and spend time together but we just end up fighting inside the room because he didnt like everything.. bathroom is dirty.. and i cant blame him.. we just stayed for 4 hours and we just wasted time and money .. i regret i let my friend booked this hotel for me.. By the way that black guy is a swimming instructor i think.. tell him not to split on the pool and sneeze there.. omg

Good star rated hotel well within reach from all the Mall and Airport and restaurants

Cleanliness is quite ok but the facilities were sort of outdated. breakfast is very average only. the hotel lobby is in dire needs of a major make over as it's not very welcoming

Ugliest hotel room ever seen in UAE

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and does not deserve this international name

Would not go again to this hotel. Very old and even the re inovated Floor. Has furniture which are not safe to use as an example the Clothe capenet door handle has injured my fi ger with a big cut
Also there are multiple n8ght clubs which are very noisy. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is super as it is very close to one of Metro Station.

Stayed in this hotel several times,t' was very good.today the main issue that I would like to mention is ,the new designs in the breakfast restaurant ,I love the lights and the cozy colors,this combination giving a feeling of comfort,warmth,and relaxation.thank you for the friendly and excellent level of service .Special thanks for Ms,amina and Mr wajdy.thank you for the hospitality again.

As a devote IHG Member, I have never seen such a bad Holiday Inn. In fact I suspect that this is a fake one. The staff is excellent, polite and helpful but the rooms are old, bad smelling, dirty carpets etc. If you think you will find a standard holiday inn, you will be really really disappointed. Holiday In Express Jumeirah is far better then here.

The hotel has good co-operative staff but the room service calling is sometimes slow.

enjoyed my stay. good service and very polite staff. can't wait to be back
