It was a nice clean Hotel the staff was very friendly and very helpful

We did not stay at this location, however the building was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. We were looking for a hotel on short notice, found out they were booked up, and the manager helped us find another hotel that he would personally recommend.

One of the nicest holiday inns I've ever stayed in and I'm an IHG spire elite member. Check in team was great.

This hotel over charged me and were in no hurry to fix their mistake. The day I left they charged me the normal 138 a night (taxes, fees included). 5 days later I was charged 275.24. I've called the hotel serval times.. and no one at the hotel can help me with this because they are on lunch (all day). I've called the company specifically, and was told "I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you". They let me know the hotel would look into it and that the hotel has 48 hours to respond. Unacceptable. Why do I sign a paper allowing them to charge me a specific amount only to be charged more 5 days later?

Stayed here the last several days and couldn t have been happier. Staff overall was great but the staff in the bar/restaurant were exceptional. Recommended plenty of great local places, meals were always delicious and well prepared. If I m the area again I ll be staying here undoubtedly.

Definitely the best place I have stayed in awhile for around 100 dollars. Very clean rooms and guest areas. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back

Had a lot of trouble with air conditioner and toilet would not flush sometimes, called maintenance many times a couple of times never came

Tyler - the chef at the hotel restaurant - is a great guy. He was friendly and accommodating and made my daughter and I the best burger I think I've ever had! It's worth a try trust me it's called Burger Theory

The location was great and there are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as a restaurant on site. The internet is fast, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean and fresh feeling.

Quiet, Clean, Plenty of Parking, Free WiFi. Very comfortable new beds and pillows. Best of all beds I've slept on in any hotel in my travels....

I encountered several disappointments from my most recent stay however in December 2018. Maids didn't clean or change my room until 5pm one afternoon. Hotel manager told me they got very behind..... Understaffed. Maids didn't replace my bathroom cups. Much worse was they also ignored an issue with the toilet that I expected them to take care of. Hotel manager brought me a plunger to use myself at midnight. He said they didn't have maintenance crew that worked any weekends - so it was a DIY job . The hotel obviously has some issues I'm not sure if I'll stay there again next time I visit Colorado.

Definitely A Cut Above brand new hotel always impresses

I was here a couple nights this week and overall, the aesthetics are great, everything is nice and clean and clearly new, being a new hotel. My issues were entirely around the noise. You d think for a brand new hotel there would ve been better sound-proofing in the rooms. My first morning I woke up to the guy in the room next to me loudly ranting obscenities to whomever he was on the phone with. That night my bathroom absolutely reeked of pot, and I do NOT smoke. My last morning I woke up at 5am to the person in the room above me stomping around. I m sorry, you shouldn t be able to hear the person above you walking around in a hotel, especially in a brand new one!

Enjoyed the stay very much. Gentlemen at check in was not very friendly but the rest of the staff made up for that

Attended an event, and staff was friendly and helpful. Space was clean, temperature was great (which is impressive). Well cared for facility. Highly recommend!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the thicker curtains to darken the room could not be closer leaving the room very bright and making it hard to sleep. Towels were also scratchy.

Burger Theory was a refreshing surprise. Great food and great service. I enjoyed my custom burger very much, best I've had in a while.

Outstanding customer service and quality price. Very clean and safe place to stop. Manager was very helpful. I asked about I70 highway and he notified us that it was close due to forest fire and directed us thru a safer pathway. I appreciate the honesty and keeping my family safe.

They had my reservation under the wrong name, which took a while to sort out but we got it done. The staff was super nice and friendly. I discovered that my room is a handicap room, to which there is nothing wrong with that however, I hung my clothes up and they all are crumpled on the bottom because they are touching the floor, also when I took a shower there is no side because it's wheelchair accessible so water was EVERYWHERE. I'm all for it being handi-capable however, I think they should ask if I wouldn't mind that room before assigning me to it. The restaurant is very nice and the server was busy as hell but he was kind and very diligent.

Stayed over night for a business trip. The hotel was clean with comfortable rooms and beds.

hotel room? great. hotel? amazing. service? IMPECCABLE. overall it was a very elegant hotel. however for the extra $10 for breakfast, they only give you two meal vouchers, and in that aspect its not family friendly. but the interior of the entire hotel was beautiful.

Professional staff, clean rooms. Rates normal and not outrageous when closer to downtown Denver.

Great hotel with friendly desk staff. They answered all my questions about places to go in the area and places to eat as well. I was really taken care of there and I will be coming back here again.

The room was very comfortable. There was no information regarding check out time, pool hours, restaurant info, etc. I went down to breakfast and the restaurant manager was too busy watching a soccer game to help me. A very awkward and embarrassing moment. For lunch I ordered to bring up to my room and received hard pretzel bites and frozen apple crisp. Will not patron restaurant again.

My son and I were there 4 nights and we were moved 2 no hot water. They said the hot had to come up 4 floor and to let run. on the last day I let the water run 45 minutes.
upstairs were jumping off the bed. we called downstairs to complain, and we were told they would care care of out. Not! My son went to from front desk and was treated like he was making all noise. Front desk was no help. The lady at the front desk the morning ask me how my stay was, so I told her. she helpful as well as the maintenance who looked at our water. But that was it

Very good in general, but if you do not consume cannabis please do not go and less with children, we have a bad time with the smell of cannabis, despite being banned from smoking in the hotel

Nice new hotel with very friendly staff, only problem was there was no water pressure in the shower on any of our 4 day stay and on our last day,(Monday), there was no hot water to take a shower.

brand new hotel. reasonably priced for denver and away from all the traffic. very clean. best part was the bed. Is was so comfortable. worst part was overly priced meals from the restaurant and no continental breakfast

Really nice hotel that is fairly new within the last year. The staff was superb with a special thanks to Alyssa and Tanner!!! Will definitely be my first choice on my return trip to Denver.

This Holiday Inn is fairly new. It was a very comfortable stay. The employees knew how to Dish hospitality. My room had a refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig. The door locks we're functioning. The shower was enormous. The room was clean all around. I didn't have an opportunity to use the lounge or the food service. Maybe, the next time I visit.

Nice hotel with comfy beds. The seems like a new location. Room was clean and everything seemed new. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear people walk by in the hallway if they are talking. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower. It was horrid.

I loved this hotel, because have a modern decoration, the Rooms are confortable and clean. I liked the breakfast (eggs Benedict and very good coffee) at the restaurant in the hotel. The employees very kind and nice. Also, I liked the location close to restaurants and fast foods. Also they have a indoor pool and a fireplace outside for the cold nights.
I really recommend this hotel if you want visit Denver, Colorado.

Room was more than what you would expect from a traditional Holiday Inn. Also has a great bar/restaurant in the hotel which isn't very common for a holiday inn. Tyler was a great bartender/server. He was the only one working for the bar plus dining section and no customer suffered from it. Constantly checking on everyone to make sure they were good, refilled drinks, etc. Liz at the front desk was extremely pleasant, and even went so far as giving me the contact information for the ihg desk when she realized I had 2 accounts that needed to be merged. Definitely worth the stay
