Brandon Chin was my sales associate. Cool and informative. Tony the sales manager (closer) was cool as well. I took a beating on my trade in but overall I got the car I wanted for a good price. Customer service was exceptional and the majority of the staff was cool and friendly. I would recommend to others. P.s. I drove a few hours to the dealership and was worth the time n tolls.

Excellent service! A3 had a timing belt issue at early mileage. Even though car was recently out of warranty, Rocky (the service rep) at Hoffman Audi went above and beyond to get a full repair. He called me with updates and worked quickly to get the issue resolved. Any issues with your Audi, bring it to Audi Hoffman!

"Miscommunication" is their slogan. Came to Hoffman auto to by a van for my business in Mass, Lured by their website's "Miscommunication " bought it, had a hard time with sales management, finance management and now with whoever is responsible for registering it. Information doesn't get passed along to the next step and they can't get the vehicle's registration done! It's like their first vehicle sold...

Absolutely wonderful! That sums up the buying experience recently with Mr. Michael Warner. My wife and I shopped at Hoffman Ford and was totally blown away by the knowledge, courteousness, and commitment exhibited by Mr. Warner. He met us with a smile and although he did not pressure us he was there when we needed answers. He is truly a great representative for your company. His can do attitude and patience made the whole car buying experience worthwhile. To be honest...I wish they all could be that way. I know for sure that if it had not been for Mr. Warner's positive attitude and ability to listen to the voice of the customer we would have purchased elsewhere. Got into an accident and had the auto body fix my 4runner (that I also bought there). They were great to deal with (dealt with James) and my car looks brand new! Had no problems. I dropped my car off to get fixed, a rental was waiting for me, and they went through my insurance for the extra damage they found once they took my car apart. I am a customer for life!

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MLG Automotive Law has filed a national class action lawsuit against BMW North America, LLC for alleged defects in the BMW i3 vehicles. The case Edo Tsoar v. BMW North America, LLC (Case No. 2:16-cv-03386) was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles.

The lawsuit centers around the BMW i3 "Range Extender" feature. This option, called Rex.....

Well Hoffman Auto Group called yesterday and said they were not going to do anything to help. BMW of North America, LLC offered a little but only if I rolled into a new or CPO BMW. I tried to find a way to make that work though financially Hoffman just wanted to make another sale and even their GM said deal wasn't good for us. At this point I'm done with Hoffman Auto Group and BMW. I suggest anyone considering either find better businesses that stand behind their products to work with for their auto needs.

Good dealership with competitive pricing! Great job by Wes LaValley, who made my most recent car buying experience a surprisingly pleasant one. Wes did a great job throughout the entire sale, starting with the test drive all the way through getting the car on the road! He was truly instrumental in this "no hassle" car purchasing experience. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Hoffman, and each time it gets better and better! The value and awesome customer service is second to none! We started our day with Shanice in the Ford service department and she is incredibly helpful, such a great representation of the Hoffman company, and we ended up with our salesman, Mike Warner in Ford/Lincoln area...what a friendly and extremely knowledgeable guy! I am pleased (and a bit surprised) to be writing this glowing review about Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. I purchased a 2015 CPO Audi Q5 back in June of 2016 and it has been an adventure, to say the least. This story is long and complicated, so I will just state that Audi Corporate did eventually get involved in a situation that is atypical and not common to most consumers. Regardless: To their credit, the staff at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford, particularly Sales Manager Tony Shaskus, Sales Director Kevin Warriner, Business Managers Drew White and Jackie Smith, and Service Manager Elliot Matos, have bent over backwards to "make things right" in this case. As Tony Shaskus continued to emphasize to me over the last month, his main goal was "to make you a happy customer." He and the team at Hoffman Audi succeeded in doing that today. I cannot express enough positive remarks about Brandon Chin, the Brand Specialist that initially sold me this Q5 (several times actually). Brandon's particular sense of humor and style are greatly appreciated, as well as his professional demeanor. Do give Hoffman Audi of East Hartford a chance if you are in the market for a new or CPO Audi. Since they can consider me a satisfied customer, hell has not only frozen over, its residents are lacing up their ice skates.

I just received my car back from Hoffman BMW of Watertown. I had quite a bit done to it and there was some delays due to the availability of parts, but overall the experience was very positive. The mechanic, Christopher Stopa did a great job showing me what had to be fixed, and explaining why it should be taken care of. The service advisor, Eric DuVerger, kept me informed along the way and provided me with very nice loaner cars. Furthermore my car was immaculate in and out when I got it back. Thank you BMW of Watertown.

I'm amending my original review of Hoffman, based on what I can only describe as a frustrating and disappointing experience. The week before Thanksgiving I brought my truck in for a regular service, primarily because I didn't have the parts or the time to complete the service myself. My appointment was made 3 weeks in advance (plenty of time to prepare) and when I dropped the truck off I was assured it would be finished that day. At 4:30, I get a phone call that they can't finish the service because they dont't have all the parts, and it will be finished the next morning first thing. No offer to give me a ride, a loaner vehicle, no assistance whatsoever, just a call to tell me I can't get my only vehicle an hour before they close. The next day, I was promised it would be done by 10AM, that time comes and goes, so I call the dealer, and they tell me it still isn't done. At 12:30 I finally get a call, the courtesy shuttle picks me up, and when I get there I receive no apology, no compensation, nothing, just a signature and get your truck out of our shop. Obviously disappointed with being stranded without my vehicle the week of Thanksgiving, I call Eric Reese the sales manager, and leave a message. A full 7 days later, no response, so I write an email to the service manager and sales manager as well. 4 full business days later, zero response. I called a personal friend who works for Hoffman, who assured me that they would reach out. A day later, I got a phone call telling me they're sorry they inconvenienced me and that it wouldn't happen again. I'm not one to chase money, but there has been no rectification for this screw up at all, something the person I spoke with told me, admitting they messed up many times along the way. I followed up with an email to the sales and service managers saying I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and was still offered nothing for stranding me and then happily taking my money. After a week of absolutely no responses, from anyone, I've given up on the Hoffman Auto Group. I was told all about the commitment to customer service on the phone, but that seems to be secondary when an email to multiple parties goes completely ignored. The purchase process may be good, but I won't use Hoffman again.

Hoffman Auto group Toyota has phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. I have been servicing my car there for many years and am beyond happy with the facility and staff, especially Mike Fitzgerald. Mike goes above and beyond and it really makes a difference. Mike takes the time to understand his customers concerns and needs and you can tell he cares about his customers and that he absolutely loves his job! I would highly recommend Hoffman Auto Group - if Mike Fitzgerald is available, even if you have to wait it is worth it!

Stay away from this dealership. They will make promises that they will never follw through on just to get the sale. I have had issues with me vehicle and had to get the Better Business Bureau, Consumers Protection and CT Attorneys General office involved and they still will put money and profit over customer service. Trust me its not worth doing business with them
