I am pleased (and a bit surprised) to be writing this glowing review about Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. I purchased a 2015 CPO Audi Q5 back in June of 2016 and it has been an adventure, to say the least. This story is long and complicated, so I will just state that Audi Corporate did eventually get involved in a situation that is atypical and not common to most consumers. Regardless: To their credit, the staff at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford, particularly Sales Manager Tony Shaskus, Sales Director Kevin Warriner, Business Managers Drew White and Jackie Smith, and Service Manager Elliot Matos, have bent over backwards to "make things right" in this case. As Tony Shaskus continued to emphasize to me over the last month, his main goal was "to make you a happy customer." He and the team at Hoffman Audi succeeded in doing that today. I cannot express enough positive remarks about Brandon Chin, the Brand Specialist that initially sold me this Q5 (several times actually). Brandon's particular sense of humor and style are greatly appreciated, as well as his professional demeanor. Do give Hoffman Audi of East Hartford a chance if you are in the market for a new or CPO Audi. Since they can consider me a satisfied customer, hell has not only frozen over, its residents are lacing up their ice skates.
