Beautiful holiday park, especially with children, highly recommended

The house we were staying in was wonderfull, as well as all the people working here and the services they provide.

We wanted to go with our 5 children only because of all the limitations, we decided not to go with all adolescents. 4x 1.5 hours of swimming is really not worth 2500 euros. We just booked this park in January to make full use of it everywhere. Unfortunately, landal doesn't offer anything. No discount, no compensation NIKS !!! You just have to pay 2500 euros. Oh yes we can rebook to next year for 3000. So we have now lost our deposit No voucher nothing. Thank you Landal for this fantastic service !!!

A beautiful park.
We have been here for a day visiting he friends who had rented a house.
We have been here at the indoor pool and that was a spectacle!
From the first step I put in, I got the feeling that I had ended up in a luxury spa.
Everything very large, modern, quiet and clean.
The lockers need a 20 cent coin and then you go to the pools. It strikes me immediately that it is not "too" crowded and this greatly helps with the great slides they have! No long queues, just visit all the slides with a reasonable wait.



I can imagine that we will come back here again.

What a beautiful park, excellent friendly staff and many activities!

We stayed at Landal Greenpark Hof van Saksen from 7-14 February. We had a 4 person house, number 155. With 2 daughters among us; just 4 years and just 1 year.

Upon arrival at the park (just like all other evenings); nice mood lighting and clear signage. Our house was really clean. Really top.Interior beautiful, clean and up to date. Our house was also in the middle in terms of distance De Brink - Swimming pool; ideal!

Throughout the week we participated every morning in countless activities (toddler dance, toddler swimming, toddler music, toddler gym) and the kids enjoyed themselves in the Brink in the arcade, at bounz and the craft academy.

As parents we have used the service that the lifeguard (s) watch the children and the parents could go down the big slides; very nice and fun!

Because we had to deal with a little rain we could not cycle, but every day a range of bicycles were ready (nice for spring or summer) just like the mini golf course :)

The park is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. No waste and fun playgrounds everywhere. The girls loved walking (and the oldest cycled along) and the playgrounds.

What was a shame is that we could not go to drouwenerzand and the gnome forest in the area. These were closed in the low season. :(
We did go to the fairytale court; with beautiful attractions, petting zoo and indoor playground (3 floors). Recommended.

A compliment to the staff who do the activities with the little kids. Really very capable; both in the swimming pool and inside the play paradise.

Finally, a plus in terms of food; the food in the restaurant Al Fresco and Rapido is really tasty. Top. With play areas for the kids.

We will definitely come back!

Excellent and almost all activities such as swimming pools, bicycle rental, playgrounds and many more.
But you must book before you the activity you want with the timing, and even the restaurant can not go to it immediately only in advance booking.
The place is a little crowded.
Parking is available at no charge.
The place is close to the beautiful Assen area about 14 km to the center.
Purchase and leasing prices within the resort are unduly high. You can go to Assen Center and buy there from Albert higen.
The ambience is very nice with this place.
The reception staff were excellent and thankfully.

Very nice and well-kept area.
Lots of playgrounds, an indoor climbing park and a trampoline area - our little one had a lot of fun.
Even in bad weather there is no boredom here.

The only downsides we found were:
- No possibility to wash clothes
- The offers can only be taken at 10 a.m.

Nice houses, beautiful park, nice swimming pool and many activities for young and old. We will definitely be back!

Nice holiday park for families, almost car-free, houses not built too much on each other. Beautiful lake with beach, and many playgrounds, swimming pools and slides. Furthermore, many activities for both young and older children. Highly recommended!

Incredibly entertained during 12 days of vacation. Enough to do for a family with a child of almost 4 years old.

Wonderful luxury bungalows with super beds. Clean. Good service. Friendly staff. Fantastic pool. Lots of activities for children. Plenty to do in the area. It is a pity that the quality of the restaurants is less.

Nice holiday resort, with happy low amusement park content. Spacious. Both youth and the elderly can enjoy it here

Beautiful park, lovely house, top swimming pool with super slides.

Three different really fast, long water slides. We were in the swimming pool without staying in the area, with some expensive entrance. There are few sunbathing areas outside on the swimming pool side. The sandy beach (free) next to the swimming pool next to the swimming pool may be better than the weather is good.

Everything was arranged nicely. The cottages were neat and clean. Elegantly furnished. There is also a lot to do for children (also enough activities for the elderly).

It is said to be the most beautiful park in the Netherlands. In any case, I agree.

What a super holiday park and good service! We have booked here for a midweek in early October. It is a very nice and clean house. The park itself also looks neat and tidy and the swimming pool is very extensive with spacious baby and toddler pools and fun slides.
Unfortunately we were here with a sick girl who spit everything out, because we only go 5 days, we only had 1 spare set for the crib. Asked at the laundromat whether it was possible to have this washed quickly. We only brought it at 4.15 pm and at 6.15 pm we were able to pick up the bedding again. Really good service so we don't have to spend the night without reserve bedding. Thank you for the good service and we are going to enjoy the last two days!

A great holiday park with a variety of play options for children. The offer is great both inside and outside. The complex is very well maintained.

Great park, except for the weather, they fully met our expectations.
And fantastic how much there is really to do for the children ..!

Good holiday park. With many playgrounds for young and old. Very expensive. Minigolf bv.32 euro for 4 people. Only the pool is free.

Nice leasure park with luxurious bungalows. Some of the amenities are a tad overpriced, then again, no trainingsuits or paupers.

Prime location. Really recommended! Beautiful, neat well cared for cottages with all mod cons.

Probably the best holiday park in the Netherlands. The prices are upscale, but so is the service and food. Much to do with kids, for every weather type. There is not pool outside, but there is a lake. The new slides of the indoor pool are amazing, also fun for adults :) the Bombo gives a good adrenalin rush. Supermarket has a nice selection of articles, open intil late and not pricey at all!

Started a nice family vacation. Park is very luxurious. House is 2 houses converted into 1. Eating with 12 is no problem. Double kitchen so cooking for 12 is no problem. Sitting area with large TV. Facilities are great for a relaxing holiday.

Almost our 2nd home. We have been coming here for years.

More than worth the cost! The park is very nicely set up. Beautiful and new houses. Nice and spacious, and plenty of privacy. A lot of thought has been given to the architecture with a rural appearance and how the houses are placed. There are many activities for the children. And the beach at the park is wonderful. You don't have to leave the park at all. Or maybe to visit a riding school or a goat farm.

Wonderful place for all ages. With a top 12+ program. Also a swimming pool with very nice, fast slides. Engineering space and fashion academy also very nice to discover your creative side.

Very well maintained, especially recommended with children. Very dog friendly. 100% repetition!

We had a great time with 5 families in an accommodation for 12 people. There was enough space and the large TV was a really pleasant surprise for us! So the house was well put together, only a bathtub leak, so the hallway leaked.

The pool is very neat, but we noticed that there was no quiet slide where you can go with the whole family. You can choose between a slow, but fun, slide that you can go down with the two of you. The bombo that apparently you can't get off with the four of you? And a slide that bruises you because it is quite intense. There is nothing in between, but if all goes well there will be two more in the future. The bombo is also great to start from!

The games hall was a bit of a shame for us, 1 game cabinet broke and another racing game is about to fail.

Highly recommended.

The luxury house with jacuzzi and sauna was great. The boxspring beds with topper in the master bedroom and also for the kids made for restful nights.
The bathing area with the slides was well organized and the warm water for women and children was fantastic. Occasionally very many little exhausting children, but that was not a spa vacation. Friends had an older house, but also completely ok. and 80 cheaper for 4 nights.

Attention to detail, that is what the Court of Saxony stands for !!

Just top. Staff is always friendly and is always a few steps ahead of you, making you feel completely unburdened. I think it's solidly priced but it's worth every penny. Fun for all ages. Heavy slides for pre-teenagers and good facilities for the little ones. Wellness for the parents and good restaurants.

What delicious sandwiches they have here. The smoked salmon in particular was delicious. A bit on the price but you really get something tasty for it. Recommended and of course beautiful surroundings!

Most clean and luxurious holiday park I have ever been to.

Beautiful luxury bungalow park with beautiful comfortable and luxurious houses. Very good beds! Many facilities for children: swimming pool with slides, indoor playground, indoor bounz trampolines, game hall, bowling alley, craft corner, technical room and fashion academy, swimming lake and many playgrounds, further 4 restaurants, grand cafe with beautiful terrace.

Eventhrough a bit expensive for 5days (around 600eur inclusive all activities), it was still enjoyable for families with kids. The kitchen was a bit small (combination oven) and there was unfortunately no bbq (would be nice if they made it available/for rent on their website).

For the facilities there is a limitation of people, once full its full. There is no information when the timeslots are open to make a reservation online (only online possible). You can book up to 2days in advance. The day you arrive, all the timeslots for most fun facilities are booked so you probably will have to rest that day at home or go to some outdoor playground with no timeslots.
Each facilities also have a time limit, which means you can only stay there for a limited time, for example 15min for indoor trampoline, 1hour indoor playground (kinda like Monkeytown), 1,5hour for swimming.

The bathroom was quite dirty, don t think they clean it well after every visitors. Would not recommend you to use the bath, because all kinds of dirty things came up the sink, so digusting.
The lighting in the bathroom was very poor so you can hardly see yourself in the mirror. The worst nightmare for a woman when you want to put some creme or make up on. There is no mirror in the room so you better bring a bigger mirrow yourself. I am quite small, 1,64mtr so it was even harder for me since the bathroom is made for really tall people, everything is very high placed like the mirrow. I have to tiptoe myself to be able see my eyes and nose and half of my mouth. Again the worst nightmare for a woman you want to put your creme on properly.

Has totally cool water slides unfortunately you have to queue for a long time and there is a swimming lake with beach

Cottages are neatly and luxuriously furnished. Spacious living room and good service. Swimming pool is one of the best I have ever experienced in a holiday park.

Weekend with my work spent in a 6-person farm of type L. Lovely luxury farms with all mod cons, gas fireplace, bathroom with bath and shower incl. Rituals package, wonderful auping beds. Perfect for chilling. In addition, the car-free park is fully equipped, 3 restaurants, a great swimming paradise with fun slides and helpful and attentive staff. Would definitely come back here again.

Top park, super facilities, also for small children. Everything very neat, friendly staff and beautiful nature around. Highly recommended. And the WiFi, which also works great underss;)

Great, very clean area. Different activities are offered every day. Stand-up paddling, trampoline hall, cooking, sewing courses, wellness, white water races ...
You can borrow various bicycles, tandems and mountain catcars on site. The swimming pool has free entry, the slides are awesome. However, swimming laps is only possible for one hour each morning and evening. For the next time, we would take more groceries with us so that you don't have to buy so much there.

On the whole, we enjoyed our week there very much! We would go there again.

Very nice park, nicely laid out, aimed at families with children. There is much to do, build huts, football tournaments, crafts or games and climbing in the indoor arcade. And of course the spectacular slides in the pool.
Minor gripe I find some lean design of the cottages. Saggy sofas and a moderate kitchen. The bathroom is excellent.
And it is quite pricey, especially in the high season. All in all highly recommended.

A fantastic park especially for children older than 7 years. Really a park for grandma and grandpa with the children and grandchildren. The horica is quite a price and not in line with the sangeboden quality.
