The cottages in this park are called farms. It is clear why. They look beautiful inside and out. They are also well cared for so it is neat and tidy. The service at the park is great. You will always be greeted in a friendly manner, whether at the reception, the store or in the swimming pool.

The pool is spacious and there is something to do for all ages. There is a toddler / toddler pool, an ordinary bath, a competition pool and there are 3 beautiful slides for the older youth.

There is plenty to do for the children. There is an indoor play park where you can climb, slide, build or play in the ball pool. There is a large hall with trampolines and there are also various workshops where you can participate.

Great holiday park, but in 2020 I am surprised that I do not have decent WiFi in my holiday home that costs more than 1200 per week.

We only went to the swimming pool. Was neat and clean and suitable for large and small. All our kids have entertained all day. Friendly staff.

A top resort at a high level.

Against the background of the current price increase, the cleanliness and the condition of the accommodation was marginal this time. There were clear traces of the previous residents in the toilets in the kitchen and living room. The house is a bit shabby and could use a freshening up in some areas. Maybe it was a house for dog owners, we were disappointed. In addition, the houses are quite cold in March because the heating is turned down early in the evening.

The slides are a real highlight, unbeatable and great fun. There is a lot on offer for children. Academies, Bounzarena, indoor play area and much more

The employees in the park are super friendly and try very hard. It just doesn't get any better.

The fitness room is top notch, I appreciate the Life fitness equipment, as well as the sauna area.

Eating out in the park is really expensive by German standards. The Noordermarkt is recommendable, a little more expensive than a supermarket but with a good selection.

The point of cleanliness and the condition of the houses is important to me and is what makes the difference to Center Parcs. I hope that this area will increase in quality again in the future. The rest is unchanged at the highest level. But you also pay royally for that.

We were in the big family house. Fully equipped. Clean and luxurious! Pool was on Saturday morning, with drizzling weather, just like an ant's nest so busy.

It is a very pleasant and friendly holiday park. Beautiful bungalows and houses and cozy and good restaurants. The new swim attractions are great for young and old in short, you can enjoy yourself here

We have been there for three nights and are the first time to test on site. We liked it. We have been eating, playing, swimming, climbing, relaxing, crawling, painting, jumping ... and we still have not tried everything. That's a good thing. Because that was a test. Now we will arrive with a very large families and rent the big house. All children are happy, as well as the adults.

Excellent holiday park that leaves nothing to be desired. For children a paradise with the work or sewing school, the indoor playground, the great trampoline hall. And even for the older kids is well catered for with air hockey billiards or games with 3D glasses. The new slides in the pool are also great and fun for everyone.
A great spa and gym completes the experience for the adults. When the weather is nice there is a lot to play and experience outside.
The houses are very nice and cozy and nothing is missing. We were there for 3 weeks with 3 generations and dog, and there was no boredom or stress. We recommend!!!

Beautifully landscaped resort with fine houses. Very complete and clean. Comfortable beds with Auping mattress. New slides are great!

Harrewar is very nice with the adjacent craft academy where you can walk in and out. Very hospitable employees. There is plenty to see and visit in the area, such as Assen, hunebeds in Borger and Kamp Westerbork

Weekend away with family with 2 boys of 11 years.
Bad weather, lots of rain and yet there was plenty to do for the Kids of all ages.
Incredibly beautiful and new swimming pool with whitewater course, slides for young and old.
Enjoyed immensely and the accommodation is really to dream of.
Would withdraw there ....

Super nice park and equipped with everything, houses are very beautiful. The only small point is that our house was not cleaned properly: the tables were stuck and white dog hairs were everywhere on the couch. Furthermore, a great stay!

In a beautiful surrounding, we had a great time while we had some drinks at the bar.

It is a pity that the catering industry is performing at a low level. Many things are frozen for a long time and are tough and fish and meat are very poorly cooked. Little taste and very expensive for the bad preparation. Desserts come from the freezer and are tough. Especially in hamburger restaurant. Go improve this then it is perfect. Good chefs can be found. Academy does not work with a good supervisor, this can be solved.

A place to relax with the family.

The houses are very nicely furnished, the staff is very, very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed ... The children have many activities to let off steam and do handicrafts (woodwork, sewing, cooking, swimming, bathing, dancing, painting, etc., etc.). Although we are here in the high season, everything is getting lost and it's quiet.
Groningen is only 30 minutes away for shopping and, if necessary, visiting museums and the like.

Hof van Saksen is a pleasant park with all the facilities you could wish for. Friendly staff and very suitable for children. car-free park, restaurants, swimming pool with slides, shop and of course all children's activities and Harrewar the indoor play paradise. Wonderful to relax for a week.

The park is big. The slides are great and the houses are nice.

Really great place, loads to do if it rains also. Great play areas and other facilities. Swimming pools great for all ages! Our 3rd time here and would definitely recommended it!

Beautiful park in beautiful surroundings. Swimming pool is very modern but it lacks atmosphere. Also during our stay (midweek) there was not much to do in the evening. Despite these points of attention, we will definitely come back here. Cottages are very clean and spacious. It is also nice that we had a separate shed to store our bikes. There is also the possibility to charge electric bicycles. See you soon!

Friendly service, beautiful surroundings, very child friendly. Lots of play space for young and old, well-kept and spacious homes, well-kept and warm swimming pool with separate changing rooms, white-water river and largest indoor slide. Ample parking with possibility of electric charging at 2 locations. Multiple dining options within the park. More spacious with room for all ages.

Great with kids. Even when the weather is not cooperating. There is plenty to do to entertain them.

Had a great and relaxing midweek in a 6 person comfort farm. House neat and clean. The landscaping and images are also great. Points for improvement are the opening hours of the supermarket. It must be possible to get bread before 8 a.m. And the coffee at the pool snack bar is not drinkable!
