Arrogant man who had no concern for my position. I'm sure it would be a good service if what you wanted to do worked out fine, but for me it didn't and now I'm a student that has lost money for nothing. I am standing outside the shop right now waiting for a taxi with a big painting. No apology or help was offered.

I arrived and they laughed at me and said there is no way we can do that for you. I said oh well I called earlier and you told me you could. They had a bad attitude, were unapologetic and rude. They did not care.

I have had to get a taxi here and back to be ridiculed. What kind of service is this?

I called into Hobs Liverpool today to pick up a brochure, the quality and Service was excellent. Will definitely be using them again.

Hobs was recommended to me and I'm so glad. I have a business that covers many areas and requires a LOT of "different" type of marketing. Hobs always come through and go beyond what I was hoping for. Plus theyre so generous with their printing. Its been one excellent experience to another again and again. My regular printers for the forseeable future

My company uses Hobs Liverpool for our printing and always get a great service.
I also turned to them for a personal project and cannot fault the level of service from the whole team, esp. Steph who handled my order and in a friendly, efficient, clear and helpful manner. The product was also faultless.

IDES is a Engineering Consultancy [IDES / BA / Qantas & Aust High Commission]. Operated by my family from Merseyside. Hobs has been in the forefront of Reprographics for many years from the days in School Lane, Liverpool.
We have used their Services since 1968 if I recall correctly.

Their equipment of Colour Technology or Black & White photocopies are excellent quality. Hobs knowing me, understand our needs from them. we therefore use Hobs, Liverpool for our Photocopying in Laser Quality.

Hobs are most suitable for our businesses and are open until 6pm Monday to Friday, so it makes it more easy for us to call in.

The team at hobs are fantastic, nothing I need is ever to much trouble, they are always willing to help me decide the right thing for me , weather it be a poster or a brochure there onto it straight away. THANKS EVERYONE

I was very pleased with the quick service and high quality flyers that I was provided, which were perfect for what I needed.

Amazing customer service yesterday from Caroline. I called with an urgent print job which was processed within the timescales I needed. Caroline was so helpful and on hand to make sure everything was ready for me to collect. When my train was delayed and I was unable to pick up the documents, she arranged for them to be delivered to my office in time for an important meeting. Going that extra mile really helped and I will definitely use Hobs again!

My go to printers in Liverpool for a speedy and efficient service - would highly recommend!

Today I visited Hobs Liverpool branch to have some large format 1850s Ordnance Survey maps scanned at 600 dpi.

All of the scanned maps have vertical lines running throughout the image - these are not present on the maps and were caused by the scanning process. The maps have been scanned at 300dpi, not 600dpi, and 1 of the maps has been damaged.

Quality control non existent, poor service - I will not use again.

I would just like to say how happy I am with the finished piece Joe has been working on for us. Joe has come up with exactly what we required. Please pass on my thanks after completing the many small changes I requested. The finished article has been really well received by all throughout the business. Delivery was fast and on time as promised.

Excellent customer service, warm and welcoming atmosphere. I designed attendance posters for an educational setting. I sat with the graphic designer to talk through my ideas, he was very helpful adding to my original design to enhance the quality of the finished look. Special mention to Caroline, she was extremely helpful throughout my experience and offered great advice. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. The images were amazing, great quality and the posters are having a great impact on improving attendance for my educational setting. Jo contacted me after i posted on Linkedin, I was looking for a gold foil A3 print for my bedroom. I had been quoted ridiculously high prices elsewhere as it was a one off piece but Jo quoted me such a reasonable price. Absolutely horrible and not worth even trying, I have been trying to call this company over the course of two days now and multiple times they have hung up on me three seconds after i start to speak to them, that is so disrespectful, all i am trying to do is talk to them about printing and they have the nerve to just hang up on me after 3 seconds that is totally out of order and not even worth going to
