Great chocolate but service seemed a little indifferent towards us

The Apple pie flavored caramel apple that I had was very yummy. The chocolate covered devil cream cake my husband had was also very good.

Enjoyed the Sweet Treat of the "Baby Croc" Caramel and Peanut Apple and The To Die for Yummy "Chocolate Covered Dipped Strawberries" Great place to stop by alone or with friends or family.

OMG I could just live in here I love this place everything is always so fresh

CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE!!!! Everything there looks and tastes amazing. Prices are a bit high but it is well worth the price of indulgence!

they have rats and mold roaches crawl on the counters the apples are dropped on the floor and put back on the shelf and sold the owners are extremely rude and unprofessional and they treat their workers as slaves they yell at them i front of customers and they are racist for sure most fakiest company in louisiana they put the strawberries in the trash room to keep them cool wouldn't ever buy anything from them ever

The staff is super friendly!The fudge was dried and hard but maybe that s from it being precut?I will def try again and hope it tastes fresher!

Everyone was friendly. Chocolate Covered Strawberries were fantastic.

WE STOPPED BY ON A FIELD TRIP. THE TREATS WERE DELICIOUS AND THEY TAUGHT OUR STUDENTS ALL ABOUT CHOCOLATE.

I love this store! They have a lot of different types of truffles, caramel apples, cake pops, fudge, etc. I usually let my kids pick one or two chocolates to enjoy.

Chocolate! How can you go wrong?!? Lol! I tried a few items and loved it all! (Of course!) I wish there was one closer to home .

Absolutely amazing and a real asset to Shreveport/Bossier. I recommend anyone in this area to stop in and try this place. I've never had one thing that I didn't like and they always have good customer service that help you quickly get in and out because typically people are lined up. Their signature apples are unique and the best I've had by far! Beautifully designed also. I always feel like a kid in a candy store literally ever single time. Lastly, this also makes a great gift because they have boxes and will add a ribbon and sticker for you for a deletable gift everyone would enjoy.

Drove 45 min to this place and got there at 7:05, the online hours stated they were open until 9:00pm. When I get to the store, the doors are locked and two women in the store saw me and just laughed. For one that s rude and unprofessional and secondly, update your hours online if they ve changed!!

The chocolate covered strawberries are simply amazing! Tried the cheesecake caramel apple today and it is sooooooo yummy.

Wonderful selection, one of my favorites before going to the movies! Try their chocolate pretzels! Got some Dark Chocolate Espresso Beans very nice!! Highly recommend!

We always make a special stop at the boardwalk just to visit this store when we drive through from Texas to Alabama. It's that good, y'all! Splurge and get a monster apple...you won't regret it! We love the Snickers option but they have many flavors to choose from. They also have chocolates, fudge, chocolate covered strawberries, coffee and drinks. If you're a fan of Rocky Mountain Chocolate, this place is 10 times better!

I SO LOVE THEM!!!! And there chocolate covered strawberries are great for Valentine's but you DO have to put your order in Early they sell out so Fast!! Great staff very warm and inviting facility!

I visited here 2 weeks ago like I normally would when I am in Louisiana. I purchased 4 red velvet apples & 2 cheesecake apples. The young boy who helped us was disgusting. He rang up my order on the tablet with the same gloves he used to cut my apples. I m sure he didn t change his gloves his entire shift. I didn t say anything because I didn t want to cause a scene so I purchased my apples and left and threw them away. I made an attempt to address it with management 1 week ago to no avail. I assume customer service is not a priority. This type of behavior is unsatisfactory. During this pandemic cleanliness should be taken seriously like never before. This is a place I have been supporting for years & it is sad that my family & I had to experience this. Be cautious because they are not promoting cleanliness & good hygiene.

Went in 3 customers and 5 employees. Only 1 employees was helping a customer while all the others were playing around and talking. Just ignored customers

Love the crocodile nest from this place, but everytime I come into town none are available and staff refuses to make them. Just went home this past weekend and I called ahead of time for staff to have some made and I even called the other location. Both locations assured me that they will some made. Arrived the next day and no croc. nest were made. I was livid. Spoke to the girl at the Bossier location and I called the other location AGAIN. No one took accountability for the screw up at the Bossier location. She told me it would take 30 minutes for some to be made. I had to leave and come back because this place stays packed and its not that big on the inside. I asked for the owners email address and phone number and no one was willing to give it to me. Someone from the other location called the next day to make sure I was able to buy the nest. It will be be a long time before I visit again.

Crowded but the line moved quickly and the service is good.

There was a bug on my candied apple. Never going back.

Wife loves the chocolate coverd apples. Daughter likes the chocolate coverd twinkies and strawberries.

Can't come to this area without coming to get a monster croc. I have tried several items....everything is always fresh and good. Everytime I go they are passing out samples. Which is perfect for my family because we are picky. This allow us to try before we buy and not waste money.

If you ever get the chance stop in and get a monster croc!!! I get one for me and my mom everytime im in the area :) even my husband has joined the chocolate apple tradition getting the original chocolate and peanut covered apple.. they also have sugar free options for my mother in law and grandparents!!!! Plus if you are a fur parent and human parent like me i can get the kiddos in my life chocolate i feel good about also peabut butter dog treats for the pups :)

Excellent assortment of truffles. Good selection of sugar free candies. The candy apples as also very good. The fudge is nothing to write home about but tastes good. Staff was cordial but seemed a bit perturbed at our large family and consequently tedious order.

I love going here for treats. The always offer free samples for desserts. I always walk through there for the desserts. This is a must stop for anyone in Bossier-Shreveport.

Love The Chocolate Crocodile, its a little expensive but so worth it. Highly recommend the dipped caramel apples. Everything they have has different flavors for each type of candy and they also serve a few beverages such as coffee, water, etc. With the apples, they even cut them into slices for you upon request for no extra charge, so you dont have to worry about trying to eat a giant apple while walking around the boardwalk. But be warned, the apples are very sticky. Lol, delicious but sticky. They also have fudge too which is also definitely worth the visit.

Love this place. We live in Texas and will drive to Shreveport to get out chocolate
