Today I visited Hobs Liverpool branch to have some large format 1850s Ordnance Survey maps scanned at 600 dpi.

All of the scanned maps have vertical lines running throughout the image - these are not present on the maps and were caused by the scanning process. The maps have been scanned at 300dpi, not 600dpi, and 1 of the maps has been damaged.

Quality control non existent, poor service - I will not use again.
