I was in the store on I-240 off S. PENN. I ask Melissa for a price of a large Santa. Her reaction was very rude. She looked at me and turned around and left. I stood there waiting for help with no reaction from anyone except puzzled looks. I replaced the items I already had and left after 10 minutes waiting. I called the store an talked with Melissa and was told that they don't treat customers that way. I guess I am special because that is the way I was treated. When I suggest that I probably needed to call corporate MELISSA told me maybe I should if I want to. I called corporate and got no answer as of this complaint. I will try corporate again. This is no way to treat customers.
