Love this place! A real grass-roots feel for an authentic, gritty gig experience. Saw Funeral For A Friend here at their last ever show, and Breaking Benjamin recently. Sound always good and water given out regularly when it's hot.

Small, dated place for concerts. Overpriced at the bar and you better check your change as I somehow was given a poind less than I should. Staff not very friendly.
I did however liked the sound system.

Saw Metric here. Good sized venue with generally good views. We were standing back and still felt pretty close to the band and in the atmosphere.
Has a raised area as well to help views.

Well placed venue for this area of London, but looks like it could do with a lot of money being spent on the place to make it comfortable for all the types of events it hosts, not just live band performances. Venue is large but very out of date compared to other places run by O2. Had to stand in the long queue at night which quickly wraps around the locals streets, which seemed pointless once you realised how large the venue was from the inside after standing pointlessly in the queue for 20+ minutes in the cold and dark. Had to keep a coat on for the entire performance as actually felt colder inside the venue, than it was outside. Something also joked about by the comedian we was there to see for a show.

Great venue to get up and close to your favourite up and coming bands ! Although it's very hard to get to the bottom of the venue to get close (might have designed it to be like that on purpose) so there's not a lot of shoving, but all this More

A very nice and venue where there is both a bar, cloakroom, balcony, standing places and of course toilets. Fortunately, the sound engineers do not destroy the view for anyone, as it is just behind the first standing audience, where the stairs are also located. The sound is really clear and clear. One can, however, expect long queues outside when entering, because of security checks.

I am not talking about the concert that was outstanding why was this a terrible experience firstly I was not search as entering the venue what straight away is a no no regardless if I don't have a bag still a pat down would of been fine secondly if I wanted to go to a smoking event I would go this is why The security is rubbish how can there be Weed smoking going on in this venue that's absolutely disgusting there was a point where a man came towards me shouting to somebody saying someone over there wants to buy weed it's wrong I stood on the right hand side of the stage where this is stairs above it and security stand there don't tell me they can't see what's going on it unacceptable this is how things occur when your security is not tight there are Basically not doing there job properly

Great access, amazing acoustics, lighting and layout, probably one of the best venues in London for any musical event, I recently been there after a few years and it has improved incredibly. A lot cleaner and more organised and much better security. Definately recommended and if you are in any doubts feel free to ask, I'll be happy to help.
