Got three suits made for three people and all did not fit correctly. Continued to go for refittings continuously for 2 years after the initial measuring and the "tailor" could not get the suit to fit correctly. This is truely a sign of incompetence. If I could give a 0 star review I would.
I needed a suit I can wear most of the year so I ordered a blue wool suit from their Zegna line. It turned out really nice and that was almost 2 years ago. I can still use it even today so it's money well spent.
These people are addicted to Spam. They cannot be blocked. That should be closed down.
These people will not stop spamming me. I keep blacklisting them and they keep slipping past by using different email addresses.
I will be traveling on a business trip and needed new suits so I took the 2 shirts 2 suits offer for $1599. Delivery was rather quick just 4 weeks and commendable on that. I just needed 1 minor alteration on 1 suit but other than that great work on my orders on such short notice. I d recommend them in a heartbeat.
My friend previously purchased a suit from Hiras and referred me and mentioned that I will get a free shirt upon purchase due to their referral program. I did order a suit and tried them out with their 1 suit/1shirt package to qualify for the free shirt. I was surprised with the fit and the excellent quality of the fabrics. Its quality and affordability made them, for me, a must-try indeed.
I really liked my blazers and a couple of trousers I bought over the holidays. The finishing is just fantastic and very comfortable. I recommended them to all my friends who are looking for something affordable and very stylish.
I met them in Dallas for my first fitting. The first one I ordered was a blue suit the fit was perfect and I was very impressed with quality of the fabric and the finish. I needed it for an event and they delivered it right on time. I highly recommend them.
My former classmates and I were organizing our college class reunion and decided some of us should at least order custom made blazers for the party. One of them suggested Hiras Fashion so I called up their fitter in Boston and asked if they can replicate our old navy blazers. We had ourselves fitted and we were told of approximately 6-week delivery of our orders. When we received our orders, we were amazed how similar the blazers were with our old ones. It all turned out perfectly - the blazers and the party!
When Andy and his team came to Montreal, I was excited - I was looking forward to bespoke shirts and suits at a good price and with good materials. I met Andy and he guided me through the selection of fabrics, offering suggestions about a number of aspects of my wardrobe. I was excited! I bought several thousands of Canadian dollars worth of shirts. They were delivered a number of weeks later and upon first look, they were stunning! Great colours. But. They are all too short in the torso. So they do not stay tucked in. Further, three of them shrank more after a cold water wash. Sleeves and torso are now ridiculously short. The final slap on the cheek is that when I emailed the team, they haven't replied. Several mails have gone with silence on the other end. I would never use them again. If I could get a refund from my credit card company, I would. I recommend that you stay away from them
This is a bit overdue but I would like to add that I am really happy with my orders. I ordered a couple of shirts, navy & black suits around Thanksgiving. Absolutely loved them great workmanship and beautiful finishing on the suits and our tailor was very helpful and responsive whenever we have other inquiries. I hope to get a "gift with purchase" next time! Cheers
I have tried Hiras and they have no concept of quality or customer services. My initial order took 8 weeks. When I recieved the suit and sport coat it was 2 inches too short. I then waited for a tailor to come back to my home town so I could take the suits back. They did remeasure and send the suits back after another 8 weeks. Thinking that my initial experience was just bad luck, I decided to order another suit and sport coat. I asked the tailor (same guy Ramesh Hira) to confirm that the measurements were right and that they were updated with the correct size after the first issue. He said it was and that I would revive the suits in 6 weeks. After 7 and a half weeks I revived the suits and much to my disappointment they were short again. Same as the first time. What a nightmare!!! i called Ramesh and left texts and emails. Guess what? Never heard from him. Word to the wise. Stay away from Hiras they are a joke. For a bit of savings it's not worth the hassle. Go to Nordstroms and pay the extra. It' s not worth it.
My first inclination was to just rent a tuxedo for our office party but then a good friend forwarded an email to me about Hiras Fashion visiting New York, so I decided to email them and requested for a personal fitting. The fitting didn't take long at all and soon after my tux was delivered in great shape and form just in time for my party.

I had my brother fitted as gift for his wedding. Initially it was just him that's getting measured for a suit vest, trousers, and a couple of shirts but since I was there too and saw some really nice materials I decided to order myself a jacket as well. We had a really great time at the fitting, the tailor was nice enough to offer suggestions on what fabric to get since I'm not an expert at all when it comes to that. Anyway, the timing of the delivery was perfect and best of all, the clothes fit perfectly. I even recommended them to my colleagues.
I ordered a couple of shirts about a year now, I had fit issues with the shoulders at first but they were happy to replace it right away - at no extra cost. Great customer service and great value for the price.
Frequently bombard you with emails despite repeated calls to be taken off their email list. Have told them now multiple times yet still receive emails from their Marketing Manager Jessica Lee. Very irritating and just dam unprofessional in all honesty!!!
For a conference I will be attending, I picked a navy pinstripe with dark blue lining, a navy blazer and oxford grey suit. Considering the worth of my purchases I m very happy and glad all my tailored clothes were delivered right on time and of course fit nicely on me.
This is my 3rd order with Hiras and each time is always a pleasant experience. I always make it a point to see them personally to see the latest offerings and fabrics. My latest order is a sport coat with a modern cropped length with 2 slacks. Upon arrival I tried it on right away and very happy to say that my wife and friends approve of it. Great job as always.
This review is for someone who has never bought a custom suit because I was that person.
When I heard about these suits it sounded very unique which caught my attention. The idea of a custom suit from Hong Kong. I'm currently wearing the suit on the way to work and all though it is nice material I would say it's personally not worth the money.
I decided on the premium materials and the stitching where my pants were hemmed is clearly visible (I think my dry cleaner down the block does a better job). The jacket is heavy and the first time they altered my pants they were an inch too tight so I had to wait another 4 weeks. So I waited a total of 10 weeks to wear this suit and I wish I didn't buy it because it's very expensive and my 400 dollar suit looks a lot better. Getting a suit from MySuit or even spending the same money on a Hugo Boss suit seems to be a better idea. I wish I did more research before committing hence why I'm writing this review which is something I have never done.
In summary, I will not rule out ever getting a custom suit again, however just not from this company because it's a rip off.
They did a really nice job withmy brother's wedding tux in time for his big day and my suit too plus we get to have our initials inside the jacket. That's how cool it is, 2 thumbs up.
Hopeless. After an hour long fitting session the $600 suit didn't fit when completed. Then you get the email spam for life. They sneakily keep changing domain names so you can't block the spam. Horrible business.
When I learned that Hiras is doing bespoke for women, I immediately booked an appointment because it's more affordable yet well-made. A friend of mine referred me to his fitter and I was able to get a good deal. I bought some shirts and a couple of blazers that I have to say fit really well. My friends wasn't lying when he said they're really good tailors. I'm happy and will gladly repurchase soon.
I'm a regular client of Hiras for close to 3 years now and they never fail to impress me with the quality of materials they provide every time I order. I make it a point to see my fitter whenever he's in town but their online store works just as fine for my immediate orders. Thanks again!
Save your money...2 suits, 2 sport coats, 2 slacks, 4 shirts and nothing fits...that's the first try. Second try...just the sport coats sort of fit and nothing else does. Of course I have paid them and now they don't respond to my emails. Oh and it took 8 months to get the second set of clothes that don't fit. Pretty much a horrible experience.
The fitting was a pleasant experience for me and getting my tux in perfect condition was great because it was such a pleasant surprise. I'm happy with it, my friends even asked where I got it they liked it too.
My wife and I came in for a fitting of suits and shirts. Mr. Kavi was very nice and helpful with the styles we want and picking out the right fabrics as well as suit linings. We needed the suits in time for our European vacation so we're glad our orders made it in time and best of all - fit perfectly on us.
Wasted $800 and my own time. Should never have given them a second chance.
