Hinkle Family Fun Center is a great option for a moderately priced date night. There are two mini golf courses, a rock climbing wall, go-karts, bumper boats, Lazer tag, and a decent arcade. It's pricey, if you want to do it all, but it will also be a longer visit. A round of mini golf and some arcade time was super reasonable and took about 2 hours.
Fun games for my 2 & 4 year old girls. They had a good time. Last time I went 3 months ago, the games gave out paper tickets for winning. Since then, they now load the "tickets" on your card. This isn't a huge deal, but it took away from some of the excitement.
Has all the games and entertainment in need for a life time
They have lots of stuff to do, it really is a fun center! It gets really busy during popular times. They do have the best pizza! We like it if we want to go out and spend some money. It's not a cheap night out, we can easily spend $50 for a family of four.
Good family fun. All the arcade games were functional! The staff are all very nice and it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday! We will definitely go back again!
Me and my wife had date night here. Its was amazing it took us back when we were kids still. It was not expensive food was good

The arcade used to have actual arcade games, now its only games that you play to win tickets, if your there to play any kind of shooting or action arcade games do not go here.

Attended my grandsons birthday party there the staff was very helpful and pleasant the pizza was ok and all the soft drinks you could want so that was good , the reason for the 3 stars is there were so many kids it was very hard to walk it sure looked like it was beyond capacity so that was the only negative and I know it a kids joint but over crowded .
Had my son's 9th birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience! The party host was very attentive and friendly, and was great with the kids. I definitely recommend Hinkle!

Still the best place to take your family in Albuquerque. Inexpensive great fun not too crowded. You cant beat it. I hope they renovate the the puttputt soon but still its the best value and family fun venue in town, by a long shot!

Went there for Fathers day with 6 of my kids. Laser tag , go carts, and putt putt!! It was a great time at a reasonable price.
Their prices are ridiculous, the staff was nice, but you have to go with at least $200.00 for 2 persons to have a good time, we just left
Solid Fun Center. Only one really left in ABQ. Offer a wide variety of things to do. Definitely a kid centric place.
Went here for our Grandson's first Birthday. While he was too small and you g to enjoy the attractions, his older brother, sister, Mom and Dad had a blast on the Go-Karts and bumper boats as well as the electronic games. Overall, an excellent time was had by all!
This place is insanely cool and fun and dare I say more than affordable for families. We took 3 kids and 2 adults and probably got out of there for $200-250 with unlimited rides, a few food items and a ton of arcade play. Had a helluva time!!
We went to Nickel City for my nephew's birthday :-) he had a blast and it was a good way to get the family together :-) we will be back
Good overall but watch out. They consider 11 year kids old's Adults and charge accordingly. They know how to make extra money.

My son enjoys going to Hinkle but it is always that one time (or maybe 3 times a charm!) He finally earned over 3000 tickets and wanted a watch. He was Super excited.. the very next morning this said watch caused an injury that required stitches due to a cheaply made product. The "Manager in training" really did nothing to appease my boy or me for that matter and did say the general Manager would be contacting us in the morning to resolve the issue (this was on a Sunday, so I totally get how the manager was not in). Guess what no call. This item also has no warnings and is still being placed on the shelves for prize awards. I am sorry but for a place that caters to children, having safe products available is key not to mention the capacity in which to deal with an injury in a timely manner. This was 2 weeks ago and still no concern from this company. With putt putt closing and other places to take my child for mindless entertainment, we are now limited to selections as we will not be back to Hinkle.

My son loves this place a little pricey but so much fun and lots to do.

I took my 2 little boys to Hinkle a few months ago. The staff was amazing. They were having difficulty with their card reader. & After running 4 different cards to no avail, they ended up giving the $75.00 worth of activities we were going to purchase to us for free. We had a blast. The arcade prizes to buy with tickets are awesome. Not mention totally reasonable ticket prices for the prizes. We love it here and visit often. They have so many different things to do. Whether it be mini golf on 2 different courses bumper boats, go carts, the climbing wall, nickle city, bumper cars, arcade games, etc etc.... there is something here for EVERY ONE!
The employees are very friendly, I came here for a birthday party in less than an hour we ate food got cake and we are ready to go and play.
Don't like that nickel city is no longer single nickel but 12 or more just to play a single game
People were friendly and nice but for a family of 4 200$spent and we didn't even play all the games quite pricey.

Played mini golf, you can tell the course is a little sketchy. Be careful of the water, it's really cold.
We went there to trick or treat for the fourth year in a row .every one was very nice and the kids had a blast. The girls working the snack bar have bad attitudes and should learn better customer service skills. They were extrememy unprofessional.

Way to expensive to just stand in lines ALL DAY, paid over 100$ And didn't get to ride half the rides. Only one person working each ride. Spent the whole time watching them move one kid at a time. .. WAY to expensive! 100$ worth a sunburn...

Family and I went here on Mother's Day and had a blast. The staff is very young, but exceptionally attentive and professional. They were also constantly patrolling the area with disinfectants and cleaning, I was impressed at the cleanliness. Plan to spend around $100 for a family of five. They were handing out free flowers to the Mothers that day and her putt putt was free. We did not get to go carts since it started to rain but the games were a lot of fun too. I spent $20 on a game card and that was enough for 3 kids to each have a lot of fun on the games.
Our family had a great time. Games were new, exciting, and entertaining.
This place is so outdated and over priced.
They where severally under staffed when we went in a weekend. Had to wait for go cart attendant to leave his track position to come run bumper boats and rock wall at the same time. Gave it 2 stars just because it happens to be the only place like that in town.

There are many group activities. Go carts, mini golf, bumper boats. Too much for one building. Next door you will find their paintball course. In the building next to the theater you will find Lazer tag, bumper cars, and a HUGE battle tech (giant fighting robots) simulator.
$28.00 per person for the day. They stay open till midnight!
Always a fun place. A little out of date on certain things, but ultimately very fun.
This facility is very old looking no updates done mini golf is good but has 3 holes per green with 2 covered which made it look under maintained. Number boats were fun there were 2 items that sad bump when lit and both were Broken I believe this problem has been there several years. Games are great for little kids but not for the whole family. Go-karts and a great enjoyment at this place being that there are only 2 karting places this place is the best one for kids. I would recommend eating before you come here the snackbar is not good if you are going to eat here you should eat at the main snack bar not at the snackbar in nickel city.
This place is an old building and it really shows how old it is with no repairs or updates. If you want family entertainment for kids over 13 go to MAIN EVENT
