I used it for my friend's wedding. The staff's response was polite and positive. Access seems to have shuttle bus of Maihama Station return trip. Please note that depending on the time, you may not get to the hotel because you are stuck in traffic and can not get on the intended train.

If you go Disney is the budget option. Very good service internally and transport permanent for Disney.

I used the restaurant Forest Garden. The food was good as a viking, and the customer service was also very good, but it is the feeling that I want the seasoning to be a little harder if it is Hilton. Of course there is nothing wrong with it, but it feels like it is seasoned like a regular hotel buffet. I think it is not good as a cospa. Because the material is good, it is recommended that the material game such as Nigiri sushi is delicious. Southeast Asian cuisine is just one. The sweets are not good except soft cream. Vegetable chowder was the most delicious.

Great kids friendly hotel. Room had nice theme and kids bunk bed. Staff were exceptional and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, there really wasn't very much variety, nowhere near worth the "discounted" price offered at check in.

Clean, light rooms of a decent size with good views. The WiFi is nice and stable, and the breakfasts decent. It's also a short walk to the monorail. This might be the best Hilton property I've stayed at.

Delightful! The rooms are very whimsical, the staff is accommodating, and they treat Hilton honors members very well. We were welcomed with a delicious little assortment of treats, and we're given access to the club lounge. It's located on the Tokyo Disney property, and staying here is one of the few ways to obtain tickets to the new years event at Tokyo Disney.

Loved the size of our hotel room and the view of the park. The property was beautifully kept, and staff were so courteous and prompt, from beginning to end. Breakfast was awesome and varied, and it was great that we could buy park tickets right on site. The coffee/bakery on the main level was fantastic - a great cheap breakfast one of the mornings. Super close to the monorail (5 min walk) and easy to get around to the Disney parks. Would 100% stay here again. Exceeded all expectations.
Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and convenient, there are convenience stores in the hotel, the scenery is quite good! If you are lucky, you can see Mount Fuji by opening the window! There is a shuttle bus at the Maihama Station, which is very convenient. Just around the Disneyland, you can take a 3-5 minute walk to the Disney Loop Line, get to the Disney Sea or Disneyland, and serve in the hotel. The staff are very kind, the breakfast is also very good, self-service, divided into two blocks, the meals on the two sides are the same, no one is crowded, there are many seats, you can also put the doll car and luggage, take the child to Disney It is also very convenient to live here in the park! !

Great place for a staycation. Easily accessible by shuttle bus from Maihama station. Of course, the rooms with a view of the park are best, especially at night. The lounge has a good variety of drinks and snacks during cocktail hour - breakfast is also great - and if the weather is nice out, you can enjoy the outdoor patio space. The outdoor pool area (open only during the summer) is a bit expensive but free if you are of a high rewards status. A bit shabby but not a terrible way to spend a summer afternoon by the pool.

Is there such thing as bad service anywhere in Japan? we haven't found it yet. this is our first stop in Tokyo to spend a couple of days in Tokyo Disneyland. Hotel is very clean Staff is friendly and great attention to detail has been paid to anything that we come in contact with. Hotel has many enclaves for kids to hang out and play before you go to the real main attraction Disneyland
I stayed one night during the off season weekdays. I booked a standard room, but on the day I upgraded the room for free and made it a room with a view of Disneyland! I still want to use it.
I used it when traveling to Disneyland. Check in after playing in the park until night. I sleep at night, eat breakfast and check out immediately. I didn't feel any particular inconvenience.

The hotel service is in place. I was very lucky to be promoted by the guest room. There are many Chinese speaking service staff. There is a convenience store on the first floor. I am not afraid of eating anything at night. The counter can buy a bus to the airport, although it is suitable for the cherry blossom season. The day bus reservation is full, still very enthusiastic to help inquire about the tram route.
This is my favorite hotel among the many Hilton Hotels.

Good for a family vacation. Location is conveniently near to Disney with free shuttle bus. The room we had was comfortable for 4 adults and had a nice view of the ocean. Service was ok. Dont expect much from room service. You are better off eating out or from their restaurant outlets.
What was the dish that was made into a plate-shaped dish because the lounge was reduced due to the influence of the corona virus? I was able to enjoy the cocktail time after returning to the buffet style.

View from both the bay and park side is equally interesting. Staff is very helpful. It s spacious with a lot of stores inside the hotel. The shuttle services to and from station, airport etc makes it all the more convenient

That good scent that drifts in the hotel lobby ... You can refresh from the moment you enter in a luxurious atmosphere.
In addition, Mt. Fuji dyed red in the setting sun seen from the window of the room was the best.

The only reason you choose Hilton Tokyo Bay is because Disneyland.
And I will recommend just book the three theme hotels in Disneyland or just book a five star hotel in Tokyo and take train there. This Hilton has zero advantage than any other hotels for Disneyland visitors.

I often use the lunch buffet. Authentic Asian curry is very delicious! There are many types of desserts and I am always very happy.

After a long and tiring flight to Japan, I finally arrived. Upon reaching the two hotels I would be staying with, I once again tried to verify my membership status upgrade. I met and spoke with the managers at both hotels. I understand that they do not have the delegation to authorise my membership upgrade, however, their attitude towards their approach to my concerns demonstrate which hotel wins customer loyalty. After discussing my issue with the guest service & quality manager who was on duty at Hilton, I was ensured that I would be looked after. vs Sheraton s manager unwelcoming attitude towards my concerns. I give Hilton a thumbs up on their conflict resolution

I went there because there was a Halloween event. It was cute and it was fun just looking at it. Because fresh cream is used frequently, it is recommended for those who like fresh cream. You can also have rice.

Wonderful hotel, perfect for those travelling abroad. I'll explain why.
First a deep thank you to Deepak Chapay and his staff at the front desk. As a side note they all speak excellent english and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room accommodations, understood the bus systems, and amenities available in the hotel. He also learned I got engaged during our stay there and sent champagne to the room one evening with a lovely note to simply say congrats. Cleaning staff seemed to arrive promptly at 10am every morning but were perfectly ok in letting us run late heading out of the room. Fresh linens and vacuum commenced.
To be fair we spent 90% of our two weeks there travelling out and about and used the hotel mainly as a rally/resting point. For those using this as a lauchpad to Tokyo I have great news. They have a market in the lobby, far end by the disney store and it is jam packed with yummy local food at very affordable prices. They are also open 24/7. They have a ATM which I used almost daily to take cash out (I use wells fargo, exchange rates and penalties were not bad at all).
There is also a bakery and a sargresso (sp?). Both a great goto if they're open for breakfast or lunch type western pastries and coffees.
Now you want to know how easy it is to get to Disney? Well if you look out the front doors you see the Bayside monorail stop across the street. You could literally walk to it in a few minutes and ride the monorail or you can simply wait. Every 15-20 minutes or so a disney bus stops by to take you over and directly to parks.
We spent 2 days at disney and then... it was time to explore Tokyo. We were initially scared being so far out from the city would be a cost/time burden but it was not. Your station is Maihama. There is a bus that leaves hilton every 20 minutes or so and drops you off right outside it. It's a beautiful clean station. The maps for the lines are easy to read. Almost every stop has an english sign and EVERY machine has a language button that you can switch the screen to english. As a guy who speaks NO Japanese I was a little worried at being "that guy". I didn't have to be with so much English available for everything.
I think it was like 240 yen (like a little over 2 bucks) to Tokyo Station and about 15-20 minutes roughly, other stops and/or transfers were available for wherever you're going. My recommendation to you, their entire transit system, metro and train is on google. The times are even accurate within a minute. Use it, love it. Google spoils you in Tokyo and explains best routes to take for time or money to get WHEREVER you want to go for a destination.
My only tip is trains and metro shut down near midnight so keep an eye on time. Uber/cabs does exist there but it's expensive. Like a 15 minute ride might cost you 40 bucks.
In the end, every night we came home to a safe and luxurious hotel, someone saying hi from the staff with a smile and a clean room. Staff were busy at ALL hours as it's a popular international hotel and walking distance to Disney. You can tell that market is raided as folks come back from Disney, can be long lines at night =) would recommend buying something in the morning and storing it in your fridge!

We used for dinner in Mediterranean cuisine "Achend". The appetizers and desserts were buffet and the main menu was a course where you could order your favorite dish. I think that the buffet had about 20 dishes for starters and about 7 dishes for desserts. The appetizers are a perfect selection of wine snacks. There was dessert using sweet potato and chestnut which feels the season. I want to use it again.
Stay in a celebrity room (no use of lounge as it was a free upgrade from Hilton room booking).
There were four adults in a twin room and two infants under the age of three, but no problem. Even if my child went to bed, my bed rested nicely. Breakfast which was attached to plan was delicious

I do not feel a sense of luxury, it is completely disappointing.
The room being guided is like a sick room. Producing useless whiteness, I'm a little upset.
The furniture also felt cheap. The column-shaped white chair, which is inclined diagonally, has unstable castors on it, and when it stands up, the chair moves and gets stuck in the buttocks.
Anyway, there are many people, and the buffet restaurant seems to have too small personal space.
I think that one with a leg is hard.
We think that it is good as hotel to use to enjoy leisure, but there is place, and thinks that it is unsuitable for person wanting to relax slowly.
After all, children and the elderly, in particular, should never sit in that chair! !
