I used only the garden pool. It was a night pool on weekdays, but I was able to relax. The water temperature was good too and I was happy to be able to use Pukapuka with floats.
I can buy drinks and food with a credit card at the poolside, but I thought it would be more convenient if I could make a smartphone payment. The locker room is quite narrow, so it's hard to change clothes when there are multiple people, so I made a minus of one .
Nice enough rooms, great gym, nice lounge but sometimes very busy and not peaceful. Great staff. Enormous and impersonal. Sold Disney tickets but would only take cash (Hilton is obviously a US based hotel chain).

Excellent location if you are visiting Tokyo Disney. The Disney line train station is about a 2 minute walk. Excellent amenities and kids will like the theme rooms. Staff were very helpful.

We arrived earlier before check-in time, and they took our luggage and gave me a number tag, then told me that I could pick up our luggage when check-in. In the evening, after check-in, we found there was some stain on the table (tea or coffee or sth weird). First I though it was old stain which could not be wiped out. But I just cleaned it up with tissue paper without any detergent....
There was also some stain on the towel and sheet and the white sheet looked a little......hum yellowish.
Tell me it was not Hilton, not even close.

Very beautiful hotel, rooms are large and spacious. I got the ocean room view. The view gives you a breath taking view of tokyo and the sea. Staff were friendly. You can actually stuff more people in each room as its rather large. Located across the street from disney bay station. Easy to get to disney back and fourth. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice stay after a long day at disney. They have a convenience store inside the hotel to buy stuff at reasonable prices.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms. The hotel serves as a place to stay when visiting Disney Land, which is right next to it and thus the rooms are designed accordingly.
I stayed overnight on the weekend. Garden pool was the first use, but was fun. I can not help it all year round, but I thought it would be nice if the reception desk and locker were a bit wider and more beautiful. The Hilton's dessert buffet is a favorite and comes a couple of times, but I can enjoy the look and have some snacks, so I would like to have lunch and snacks together. I realized that the straw was a paper straw this time. I wonder if plastic has stopped considering environmental pollution.
Finally my son forgot about Disney's souvenirs and smartphones in the lobby and was scared, but I found it right away and it was really appreciated to send it to us.

Awesome hotel in Tokyo Bay that is an official Tokyo Disney Resort hotel. Next to bayside station that takes you straight to Disneyland resort. You can also buy Disneyland tickets at the hotel. It s well renovated and looks new. Very big rooms that can accommodate families comfortably. Many amenities inside the hotel including a 24 hour convenience store which is really well stocked with drinks and food that you can have it microwaved when paying. Free and frequent shuttle bus service to and back from Maihama train station. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel for visiting Disneyland and nearby attractions.
Excellent Hotel Close to the Tokyo Disney Parks. Both check-in and check-out out process was a breeze. Was given a free upgrade to the top floor and ocean view room. Cleaning staff was polite and would always greet you as you walked through the halls in the morning. Bell staff was helpful with luggage delivery to and from room as well as storage. Also these rooms are probably some of the biggest in Japan.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. The room was on the 3rd floor and was one of their "happy magic" rooms on the park side. The room was serviceable but nothing spectacular. Decor is aimed at preschoolers in my opinion and our son, he's 6, was kind of "meh" about it. The view was underwhelming, I'd expected a view of Disneyland or Disneysea, but the 3rd floor is just too low. Having said all this, the room was clean, reasonably roomy and served its purpose. As a place to hang your hat, have a shower and get a good night's sleep I'd certainly recommend it and the fact it's a short walk to the Disney monorail makes it a good option for anyone visiting the park. Would stay here again but would try for a higher floor and/or an ocean side room.

Good service, spacious rooms, Mt. Fuji can be seen in the ocean view room, but unfortunately there is no humidifier. There is no supermarket nearby, so you can call room service if you are hungry.

My family stayed here and the kids absolutely love the room. Everything is well thought out. Sharp corners are rounded. There s space for 2 adults and 3 children in this room. Breakfast was good. Staff were professional and extremely warm. We will be coming back to stay here the next time !

For such a busy place they have it very well organized. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is SUPER BUSY all day and night. The morning buffet has everything you could imagine for everyone, especially picky kids. The gym is really good. The message people are very good. The convenience store is well stocked. You can watch Disney's fire works from your room. They have shuttle busses to Disney, the train station (which has an amazing mall connected to it) and the airport. There is a pool, but we never got to it. Check in and out was a breeze. They also have the luggage moving service desk in the lobby. Oh yeah, there's a small Disney store in the lobby in case you forgot to get something at the actual place. I should also mention that it's well maintained and clean.
Stay 2 nights in Celebrity Rio with 2 adults and 2 elementary school students. A short walk from Disneyline Bayside Station. The room facilities and amenities are reasonably equipped, and the breakfast buffet is satisfactory for both children and adults.
Because Disney Resort is near and there are many guests for Disney purpose, it is crowded and, of course, naturally wait a little. Still, I was relaxed. I will use it again.

Among the hotel gyms in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the degree of fulfillment is top class. The fitness smith machine bench mat was too hard. My shoulders hurt and I can't perform well. I thought it would be nice to have a new bench, but it wouldn't cost much. I think there is a security issue, but I thought it would be even safer to open the doors of the pool and get more ventilation.
