Stunning service and ocean view from the room. The gym, equipped with the latest equipments, is a must try. They have 2 lounges to relax at. If they don't have enough food, try out their convinient store! It is loaded with delicious meals.

The lobby, restaurant and rooms were spacious and very lively. It's so crowded that the breakfast room will wait a little at the entrance, so it might be better to have some time.

Really nice rooms with themes. Staff is very accommodating and checked me in promptly. Checkout process is very quick and easy. The best part is the ocean view from the top floor. Will visit again!

I used to go to Disney Sea.
I was able to buy a day ticket in the morning, so it was a very nice service for me who suddenly decided to travel!
Since this day's ticket was cash only, it is recommended to bring cash.
But there was also an ATM at a convenience store inside the hotel.

The children slept in a wooden bunk bed in a family-type room. Just go to bed at TDL and sleep? So it feels wasteful, but it is helpful because it is reasonable and easy to use during the off season. While the staff members were busy, they responded in various ways and got a good feeling.

The room is large and clean and comfortable, the bed is very sleepy~! The bathtub is also very big!

We stay on 7/22.
Room was clean with great view and access easy to Disneyland. Me, my wife and my father after very very hot day in Disneyland go to hotel around 22:30 and really need to take shower with cold water but shower had only hot water. We told to reseption counter and they wanted to check but it was late around 23:30. Cooler of room was very low, we selected highest level with 18 digress but room steel very hot. Another ointingthere is no Power outlet to charge next to bed. The day of checkout manager gave us free taxi to Tokyo station because of problem of shower.

Room is very clean and spacious. Breakfirst buffet is the same everyday no variations during our 3 day stay. However, ther are plenty of choices if you are tired of something. Definity will come again. Free Disney resort cruiser takes you to nearby Monorail station, where you can go to either Disney land or Disney Sea park. Cost of monorail is a flat 260 japanese yuen each ride.

Room originally smelt of smoke but we moved after 10mins and all was good. Breakfast was good. Staff were great.

Spacious rooms, with tasty breakfast buffet selection for kids. Do note that it may be preferred to budget for a one day/multi-day pass for Disney Resort Line to avoid waiting for the free shuttle to the JR Maihaima station.

Good gym and pool, convenience store is similar to 7-11 prices not that bad for hotel, many places to eat, rooms decent

I went to buy a Christmas cake. The hotel was for families and there was no sense of luxury like before.
There were cafe shops, tables and chairs like a food court everywhere, and parents and children and overseas people also used it.
The deli shop was a casual feeling like a depa basement, but the cake is truly Hilton! We had delicious.
On the way back, the doorman closed the car door. That was Hilton quality.

Close to disney land&sea, the hotel has a free bus to Maihama Station and the Loop Metro. There is also a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel (you can also swipe your card when you have no Japanese currency), and the breakfast is also very good (^ ^)

Booked through trivago. Which amoma had the best price. However in Japan rooms have twin beds and children over 6 are considered adults. Which amoma did not say. It said it had roll in beds available. After arriving at Hilton we were told the 2 beds would cost about $320 extra for 2 nights. (Boo Amoma) but the very helpful staff upgraded us to the family magic room with a beautiful Ocean view for only $120 more for the 2 nights. Our kids loved the room. There is a Disney store and a convenience store on the first floor. The convenience store is not super over priced like in United States. Ready made food sold there was very tasty too. Hotel is right across from Bayview station so you can easily walk to and from the monorail. Disney also provides shuttles if you prefer. Would definitely stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay again

Great alternative Hotel besides Tokyo Disney Resort Hotel!

There was only Disney Resort Official Hotel, it was very easy to use Disney Resort, and when I stayed the room as a family, I was satisfied enough and was very good. The bathroom should be a bit careful. It is good if it goes cheap, but after all I recommend separate types for bathroom and toilet. Because the public bath is not set up.

I usually stay here for outings to Tokyo disney resort. There is an outdoor pool, fitness center, Disney ticket office, and a convenience store inside the premisise. After a long day at Disney, you can grab relatively inexpensive food in the lobby kiosks, the bakery, or the convenience store. Rooms and facilities are nice which overlook either the ocean or the park.

The staff here is exceptional. They helped us arrange a ride to Narita after our Disney trip and were exceedingly nice from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out. I used it at the beginning of this year. I stayed for the first time because I wanted to make it a bit richer for my child's birthday.
Both the front desk and the restaurant are kind to both men and women, and they kindly answered inquiries from the room. Many of the dishes were easy for children to eat, so I was able to spend fun.
However, maybe it was the cheapest room, but I felt that the cleaning was not done well.
There was hair falling in the bathtub and there was a null, and the dry batteries that someone had put on the indirect lighting in the room were covered with dust... (Isn't the lighting cleaned?) However, it wasn't, so when I brought the bed to the wall myself, the garbage in the herbal medicine bag came out from under the bed... I felt that cleaning was not good.
The staff were all good, so I was disappointed in hygiene.

Loved this hotel. Close to the park, clean, great AC/bathrooms and the pool area was cool.

I made a reservation in the twin, but I was asked to change the Family Happy Magic Room on the other floor because there were students of school trip on the same floor.
The room is a large room for a family with five beds, but since I was only a wife and two, I was able to heal the tiredness of visiting the land slowly.
I think this room is a space where you can have a big key toy and have fun.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Disney AND Tokyo. Hotel has free shuttle all day that takes you to Maihama station (5 minutes), from there you can take JR trains wherever you want to go in Tokyo. Also has the Disney monorail in front of the hotel.

We stayed overnight with 4 adults and 3 children. The day we arrived, we played in the pool and went to Disney Sea the next day. I stayed in a room on the sea side.

However, the number of outlets in the guest room is too small. There are only two outlets in the twin room.
I had a hard time charging my smartphone, mobile battery, wireless earphones, etc.

I am really impressed with the Service and Honesty of all of the staff. When I was there in December 2018, I accidentally left a plastic bag with $1000USD emergency money in the safe. They contacted me and advise that I have left my cash in the safe and they said that they can transfer the money back to me or pass it my Brother In Law who was still in Japan. Long story short, I did manage to get back my $1000USD. I would definitely would stay there again!

We were very satisfied with the staff, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the room was large and the view was good! Souvenirs that you forgot to buy at TDL are reassuring because there is a Disney shop on the 1st floor! I definitely want to go again.

About 25 years ago, I wanted to stay on the stage of the drama HOTEL, but I gave up because it was expensive, but my wish came true using goto.

Stayed in one of the magic rooms and the kids loved the way the room was decorated. Room was spacious. The buffet dinner and breakfast had limited choices, but all the dishes were well prepared and of high quality. There is a Disney store, 24hr convenient store, a coffee, and a sandwich shop in the building that satisfy all your needs. We closed off our stay with some play time at the beautiful garden pool. Great experience

Occasionally used for a walk. There are shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries that you can use even if you are not staying.

I stayed once. It is used in the Goto campaign.
There was no crowd in the hall because it was a corona period, so I was able to spend a calm time.
The room was prepared on the sea side. It was the lowest grade room, but it was spacious, beautiful, and had a great view, and I was impressed from the moment I entered the room.

Guests can use the fitness gym free of charge. There are few people in the gym, so you can use the facilities with confidence. I used the pool, but it was nice to be able to relax.

Still my favourite hotel at Disneyland Tokyo area. This is my third time visiting. Tourist and family friendly, all your Disneyland visit needs are taken care of, from gauranteed tickets, shuttle bus, airport shuttle bus. There are family rooms with bunk beds and can sleep 6 easily. Opt for either the park view or bay view with Mount Fuji I'm the distance on a clear day. Breakfast buffet, which opens from 0630, has a wide spread of Japanese and Western dishes, including a kids section.

Only stayed 1 night. But we had a great stay. Service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

The good thing about staying here is your right next door to Disneyland & Disney Sea. It's a bit pricey, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay..
