We stayed on Friday, but it is Hilton of the world. There were a lot of foreigners and I felt like Japan. A large hotel in Hawaii? I thought. The amenities were great. I want to stay again because it was cheap.
Magic 6 person room, children are happy to have fun
clean, convenient, and close to the Disney resort line.
The breakfast is incredibly delicious. The beds were firm. The rooms had a couple fun little gimmicks that were fun. Shower was dope.
Incredibly nice & affordable. Great for a family vacation to Disney Land Tokyo
The front desk was also widely supported.
There is a fun place for kids in front of the reception.
Although it used with breakfast, it lined up, but it advanced to guidance relatively smoothly.
It was a buffet, but there are many types. There were many kinds of cereals, such as omelettes, rice balls, and soba noodles that were finished very well.
We think that each room is different, but we made room different from washroom, but bed is narrow.
It wasn't very convenient for children ...
I thought other officials were good.
One of Disney's recognized restaurants, you can buy Disney tickets at the hotel, connect to the bus, try once is enough.
The buildings and rooms are old but they are well maintained and do not feel old. This is a good impression. On the other hand, the staff around the front desk is fluttering by the impression that the staff can not cope with the large number of guests, and there is no feeling of saying that it is a luxury hotel. I thought that it was necessary to act with enough time, because check-in and check-out are both delayed.
Nice rooms, very big for Tokyo standards. Great breakfast with lots of fresh food, walking distance to Disneyland.
Great service. Very clean rooms. Stayed on the kids floor with extended family. Delicious breakfast offerings. Location was very convenient because we went to Disney. There are also shuttle services to the nearby train station.
Loved the large rooms and comfortable beds. That's the most important to me. Near enough to bayside station. Take the shuttle bus since it's every 5 mins.
Breakfast had a wide variety with some nice food. Not the best but pretty good. It can get crowded at times.
No free bottled water in rooms. Which I thought was rather strange for a 5-star.
Near the hotel in Tokyo Disneyland, there is a 24h convenience store and a Disney shopping store. It is very convenient. The only part of the breakfast and dining room, when the holiday Disney crowds, the queue is at least half an hour to dine. The way to soothe the crowd is not ideal, the breakfast part is very rich. Overall, it is one of the hotels that can be referenced.
Extremely kind staff, clean facilities and easy access to Disneyland!!!
Magical princess room, very brilliant night
Outside the window except the Disney Ferris wheel
You can also overlook Mount Fuji
awesome
It is a very rich hotel. There is a convenience store. There is also an official Disney shop, so I could shop without getting mixed up. I think the room was clean and spacious.
Arrived at 8.30, checked in, they gave us our key for the afternoon and took our luggage to our room.
Walk 3 minutes to the monorail station. 4 day pass for 1400 yen. Monorail 3 mins to DisneySea, 10 mins to Disneyland. Close to everything.
Excellent convenience store downstairs to grab breakfast on the way to the parks. Disney store next to the convenience store. Beautiful and clean room. Very happy.
The room was clean and quiet with a great view of the bay and the Tokyo skyline. The bed was very firm but other than that the room was great. The staff was friendly and spoke english so we didn't have to embarrass ourselves with our pitiful Japanese. The free shuttle to the train and Disney was a great service. We would stay again.
Stayed 2 nights. Takes about 15 minutes to get to Disneyland. Free shuttle service from the hotel to Disneyland and depending on the frequency and the timing plus walking, it can take 25 min. If you take the shuttle from hotel to the train station and from there, you take the train to Disneyland, its faster and the dropoff is closer to Disneyland(15 min), however u will have to pay for the train which is not much. Amenities is limited in small bottles, but you can call them to get replenishments. For SGD400 a night, room is decent, clean, but no wow factor. Checkin is at 3pm, and you will have to carry your luggage yourself to the room.
We stayed for 2 nights with a family of 3 people. The main purpose was going to Disneyland. It was great - the hotel rooms were themed. The location was easy to get to and from Maihama station. And from Maihama station, it's approx. 10 mins walk to the Disneyland gates. We were lucky enough to get a view of the bay.
Feedback for improvement - we noticed twice during our stay, the elevators smelled of cigarettes. We are non smokers, and given that a lot of families come to the hotel, it's worth reviewing and improving this area.
Another feedback is during events at the hotel (when there's a high peak of people), it's worth adding more shuttle buses, as there's a lot of people hopping to and from the hotel.
Well priced compared to other hotels in the area. Beautiful, clean rooms with lovely views and great staff.
Amazing experience. Deepak and his team provided absolutely exceptional service. The view from the ocean view rooms is incredible and we were even lucky enough to spot Mt Fuji.
Available at night pool and accommodation.
Horny, waiting too late at the pool reception.
Even though there were not many people, it was a long line, and it took 20 minutes to enter when it came at 17:30.
It is a shame that correspondence of plan and receptionist.
The poolside bar is also made by a newcomer looking at the paper, and the taste of the cocktail is different (laughs)
Is it really a hotel?
What a service level
It was good to choose a select room with a private lounge
Wonderful place great reception grew a bit tired of Mickey Mouse.
I like Hilton Tokyo Bay.
The staff are really kind. The layout of the facilities is easy to use, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, so it is convenient to buy various things and go up to the room while having breakfast.
The indoor pool that guests can use is also good. The locker room was very clean and the dryer was Dyson.
However, one disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet.
I stayed in the second half of August and was told to wear a mask and gloves.
I still know the mask, but it's a big question to wear gloves. It's annoying to put on each one, and the feeling of the hotel breakfast is ruined. I don't know the effect or meaning of wearing gloves even though there is a tongue.
It made me sad to see the disposable gloves being consumed and piled up, which seemed like a waste of resources.
It will be difficult to deal with infectious diseases, but I would like to ask you not to overdo it.
Had a lovely stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay.
Very convenient with an array of shuttle buses to get you to your destinations. Very helpful staff, equipped with a convenience store within the hotel for late night eats and snacks.
The room is perfect for families, equipped with double decker beds for kids. Definitely a good choice for travellers who are going to both Disney parks.
Stay in bad condition and stay at Celebrio Select. First check in at the Executive Lounge. It was 1450 minutes, but the room is not ready yet.
The atmosphere is very good. There is no afternoon tea presentation. However, I apologize that there were tuna and potato sand, cheese, snacks and cookies.
1730-1930 Cocktail Time.
As price setting is different, it should not be compared with same series Conrad, but raw ham and smoked salmon, meat is pear. There was shumamai and chopsticks but the meat is not compatible with the constitution and can not be eaten (T-T)
Drinks were abundant from alcohol to soft drinks. I received a glass of sparkling wine and 2 glasses of red wine.
The room is the 11th floor on the top floor. Park side because it was just for fireworks. The room is ok. The design sense of the bathroom and washroom is good.
What a great fireworks display was off.
When I asked the front desk to see if the cooling was not working and it was out of order, the output of the entire building was down. Somehow I got Baumkuchen. I am sorry to make me use my mind.
I want you to improve it. It would be unfair to share the end of the fitness area with the dinner time. Final check in 1930. Close 20 o'clock is too early. The customers who came to stay at 22 o'clock at the same time as they learned at Conrad are sorry.
Not only visitors to the country of rats, but also because they like hotels (^ o ^;)
Thank you very much for the room clerks and the lounge staff for the wonderful response.
This hotel is amazing it is very close to Disney parks and the staff were incredible
I got married here in January 2018 and I cannot recommend this stuff more!!
It was a beautiful and memorable experience!!
Great location, fantastic rooms for family and kids, excellent customer service, great food service, great view, very close to parks and transportation.
Classy place, super friendly and certainly perfect for Disney. Don't even know why there's a shuttle to the monorail when the station is across the street. Kids from 0 to 100 running around the lobby area at all hours. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen even for the (exceptioally) diet restricted members of our party. Room was comfortable and clean. Amenities good including in-room. Price was very fair for Tokyo. 24 hour convenience store was awesome and there were several good options for dining ranging from fair to overpriced. Definitely a great option for families visiting Disney. One thing bothered me. There were two pianos and I went to play but both were locked. If you are going to have them they should be available to play.
Great hotel, large rooms and close to Disneyland parks
The hotel has nothing to say!! This stay is superb, the children are super happy, there are three large single beds + children's bunks!! The keys on the wall and the mirror have organs, super cool!!! The bed is big enough to roll a few laps It is. Breakfast is also good, as well as a children's area.
As expected you are greeted and treated respectfully in Hilton Tokyo bay. I had a mishap with iron in the room when it left a stain on my shirt but they apologised and dry cleaned it rather quickly with respect.
There is a shuttle bus to and from the main train station where you could also easily walk or take a monorail to Disney theme parks.
Nice location of taking shuttle bus either to JR station or disney & sea. Clean room with a smiling service remarkable.
The hotel staff service is really kind and good. But the room condition is really disappointed. I can see the bust and some kinds of rubbish on the floor, when I entered the room after check in. I have been 2nights and 3days but the room cleaning service is really bad. The room floor condition is seems like they didn't do that and they didn't not change the bad sheet. I can not believe how they do not change the bad sheet. I think that is the basic services. It is Hilton...how no changing the bad sheet. Um..they need think about their room service.
I was upgraded to a kids room! There was a bunk bed and the two-year-old kid was also excited!
The breakfast buffet was good, as the children's section had a small rice ball, and the adult section was disappointing. . .
As for this hotel, each room is large, but aging is conspicuous generally.
If anything, I prefer the Sheraton.
Great rooms (lovely view from the 11th floor), friendly staff and some really handy facilities like shops and atm on-site. The only disappointing part was the outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool was more of a therapeutic pool (30 degrees with lap ropes).
There is no water bottles provided but everything else just works fine except two facilities under renovation at the time of visit.
We walked here from the okura looking for some quick food. We found a number of express food shops where we bought some sandwiches for dinner. Quick and pretty cheap. We enjoyed the food.
When I told her it was a birthday, I had a special feeling that I was given a hall cake service.
The staff is kind and friendly
Last week I stayed for 6 nights at Hilton Tokyo Bay with my family. I have travelled extensively but so far this was the best hotel I have stayed. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Deepak who was so caring and friendly. Unfortunately we met him when we were checking out. If we had met him earlier our stay would have been even more enjoyble as we spoke the same Indian language.
Thanks alot Deepak for your kindness and hospitality.
Cheers

The family was able to stay in a room with a nice view on the sea side.
It was convenient near the resort line.
While selling Disney's paintings, it was impressive that Pooh's paintings showed me how the appearance changes with the addition of light.
Breakfast was bright and delicious in two places, near the front.
I had good memories of my family.
Very convenient to Tokyo Disney. Rooms are big and service is great. Food selections on the buffet could be better
Good views, large rooms, good location for Disneyland and good facilities including 24hr minimart on the ground floor
The facility was massive and also the king room within it. The convenience store had normal low prices and was 24 hrs. It came in clutch for our snack needs while visiting Disney
Attentive staffs, big family rooms and inside the hotel facilities: supermaket, cafe/ deli and disney store are very convenient. Great hotel for families to visit Tokyo Disney with reasonable price.
When I was a university student 30 years ago, I stayed at the first time I went to Tokyo Disneyland before marrying my daughter-in-law.
Since then I have used it many times, but after 30 years, customer service for customers has not changed and is the highest rank among me.
Our stay at the Hilton Tokyo bay has been magical. The staff is skilled at dealing with language barriers and making everything awesome. I dropped a recipt accidentaly in the lobby for a red bull I bought down the street. It only had my name on it and was not missed, about 20mn later an envelope slid under my door with the recipt in it. They took the time to look up what room my wife and I were in and returned the recipt to me. Care and attention to detail like that simply doesn't exist elsewhere.
Really nice hotel located close to the Disney rail station. Great shops inside the hotel that are appropriate when you are visiting Disney Resort.
I had a seaside toom. The room had a view over the bay, and there was plenty to keep kids entertained
It was a space where you could relax in the hall. Recommended for those who can use the gym and move.
Lunch buffet available Wide variety of drinks Extra charge
The inside was beautiful, the buffet was good, but the receptionist was mistaken for a foreigner ...
A bit far from heart of tokyo but if you only visit for disneyland then would totally recommend this place
Such a spacious room which was a very welcome change from the typical Tokyo hotel rooms. Professional, courteous staff and beautiful hotel. Easy access to shuttles to DisneySea. Highly recommend when visiting.
Great hotel on the monorail loop for tokyo Disneyland. Excellent facilities.
Perfect for going to Disney, great rooms, excellent staff, good food options
The scenery is beautiful, the shuttle bus is fast, and the restaurant ingredients are more general.
The front desk clerk was very polite and had no expression or eye contact at all. Maybe we are not golden hair, or because we are Chinese?
We booked a triple room with a wide room and a dining table, but only two beds. I feel that the room is empty.
The toilet is relatively old, and there is no hook for a hanging towel.
Other things are also very old, such as leeches, carpets...
There is no water supply in the room, and there is no air freshener that is usually attached to Japanese hotels.
Other packages are very good, there is a free shuttle bus to the monorail station near Disney (forgot the station name). The restaurant in the hotel is also very good, the buffet breakfast is very rich and varied!
Serious racial discrimination and failure of privacy protecting practice
Extremely awful experience with Hilton Tokyo Bay and Hilton Grand Vacations. Hotel staffs deliberately insulted foreigners (non Japanese) right in front of them and read out customers personal information loudly in public space. Unorganized global customer support with little effort to resolve customer s issue.
The night view of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower is wonderful!
In addition, the view from the outdoor Jacuzzi is the best day and night, regardless of the season!
Suitable for couples, families.
Saturday breakfast buffet is quite crowded! (Dense) disinfection was thorough.
I wonder if it's busy on weekdays?
The omelet that the chef makes right in front of you is delicious
There were a lot of cereals, so I wish I had plain as well as the yogurt that yogurt drinks.
Very near Disney resort. It also has a bus service that takes you in and out of the parks.
I was confused because I was not Japanese at the time of check-in, and the elevator was over there, but I was confused, but I thought that it was a map, so please take a look at the map. When I visited a few years ago I thought it was a bit more helpful.
The meal was delicious. I ate it early in the morning, so I was able to eat so much, but the omelet and rice ball grilled in front of me was also delicious.
Great hotel, my kids happy, near to tokyo disneyland
I went to the Halloween buffet at Lounge O. Also in the past a strawberry buffet. This is my favorite buffet
The service is perfect. Hospitality is good. We used lounge comfortably.
Cleaning is 5 stars if the toilet area is a little more secure.
Considering cost performance, it is 4.5 stars.
Because of the location of Maihama and many early family check-ins, it was lively. A little disappointing.
The quality of service is clearly lower than a few years ago.
Because there is a hot dog shop in the lobby,
A lot of Chinese people ate while checking in while licking their fingers while eating
Stay and booking for 4 peoples but only 2 towel, 2 toothbrush set I given.
Great place to stay in Tokyo if you're going to Disneyland. It is evident that the hotel is slightly old but it is well maintained. Breakfast was very good many choices available. Staff were very friendly and offered to help. Free station link bus is available to get from the monorail to the hotel. One downside is that you need to pay for WiFi which is a bit odd I would say in the 21st century and it's Hilton a global brand. Other than that, overall satisfied with my stay. The room had an awkward space I would suggest putting two chairs and a small round tea table.
In the GoTo campaign
I used the Family Happy Magic Room.
The children in elementary school were overjoyed and couldn't sleep at night.
With the regional coupon, the couple had dinner that they wouldn't normally be able to eat.
The breakfast buffet is also reasonably large.
I was able to make good memories with my family.
fine enough. Not up to typical Hilton Standards. Room service food is not worth the money time or even just picking up the phone.
convenient location and transport to the park was great. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent view.
It is a really good hotel to stay with my family. Morning is good and there is garden pool and indoors pool, too and can enjoy swimming.
