We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel manager, Irish guy (forgot his name), went above and beyond to help with our stay. He impressed us so much we have since switched our corporate travel over to Hilton and the hhonours program.
The service standard one can expect from Hilton's. Room is clean. The convenience store and bakery there give you a choice not eating at the hotel's restaurants. Though the two may be operated by Hilton's as well, at a much lower price. There is a free shuttle bus to the Maihama station where there is a huge shopping centre with a large number of restaurants.
We are very enjoying our time in there, magic room for kids is excellent, out of our expensive.
Due to the measures against corona and the corresponding measures, most restaurants are closed, so you can not expect a gourmet & relaxed hotel life at all. The surroundings of the lobby were dark and the atmosphere was very lonely.
A non-contact type body temperature type is also installed, and the mask is an excellent item that can be recognized.
Although it may be due to a reduction in the number of people entering Disneyland, I was surprised at the situation where it was unlikely to be a hotel service in the summer. No pool, no barbecue. Afternoon tea is limited to 20 groups a day, and it seems that reservations cannot be made until January.
I was surprised at the deserted situation where I was so disappointed that I couldn't take my breath away at the hotel stay..... I want Makuhari Hilton to be casual and gorgeous at all times.
Excellent Hotel with options for bay view or courtyard. We did the bay view and it was worth it. We say Fuji, Rainbow Bridge, etc. The specialty restaurants were also 5 star. Loved loved the Chinese restaurant. Amazing staff with excellent service!!
Hilton diamond member. Stay was average. Had to pay breakfast for a child nine years old. I don't mind paying for good quality breakfast but Hilton Tokyo Bay breakfast was at best average to poor.

It has become an old hotel, but the view is good and the sweet room is cheap.
It was winter, so I thought it was cold and it was warm even without heating. There are also things for children to enjoy in the room and I am satisfied
Beware!!!! The pool is NOT included and it will cost you to use it. They do not make this clear and it will be a HUGE expense on your bill!
My wife and I spent our 10 years anniversary here. We got special room with ocean view. Nice for kids too

Okay stayed 1 night. Setup for families visiting Tokyo Disney theme parks - I was just in transit. Room was really nice, and clean. Hotel itself was very busy - verging on chaos. View of Tokyo Bay with Mount Fuji was magnificent.

I used it when I went to DisneySea.
At check-in, I was impatient when I was told to submit all ID cards. I'm glad I brought it, but I wanted you to say it in advance.
Also, when I entered the room and saw the washroom, I noticed ... There was no hand soap. .. .. It was a problem that I didn't have hand soap even though I had to wash my hands in Corona.
The room was uncomfortable and it was kind enough to make you feel comfortable. Although it was a plan with breakfast, I told you that I couldn't eat it due to sudden circumstances.

This location is one of the Disney Resorts, so how can this place be bad? It just can't! We had an amazing stay here during our visit to Disney.
We booked a "Happy Magic" floor which I would recommend if you have kids. Our room had some secret hidden treasures like a magic mirror, secret books & a key in the wall. It was fun exploring the room with my little one. The room was also decorated for young ones. The tree over my head made me feel like I was camping.
The staff here was really nice. Nomoto, who works at the Bell Desk was really kind to my daughter right before we departed. He gave her some Disney stickers and a Wall Street Journal for me to read as we waited for our taxi.
The room was very comfy. We had 3 single beds which was kind of funny. I felt like I was on a trip with my buddies. There was a an iron, hair dryer, fridge and tea pot in the room. We also had a view of the Disney parks. I kind of wished we had asked for a water view.
We also got a late check out at 3pm thanks to Hilton Rewards. It is a nice perk when you can use it. The Rewards card also let's you bypass the wait at the breakfast line, which can get quite long the closer it gets to 9am. I think I might have been the only guy here with a card.
Breakfast was really good with lots of varieties to choose from. We were all able to find things we loved to eat. The only bad part was after 3 days and the food never changed, so it got kind of boring. I found myself pulling out my inner chef and making new combinations. The cook behind the counter started looking at my like I was either crazy or a genius.
The gym was really nice. I was bored one morning and the staff unlocked it for me at 4:00am. I was so happy to get a run in before hitting Disney all day. The only thing I recommend is to not wear your gym shoes down. They make you put on slippers in the gym, which was funny when my size 12 foot tried to squeeze into them. You can put your gym shoes back on when you arrive at the workout mat.
There's an outdoor pool but it was too cold to use. In fact, there was ice forming on it. The hotel also has an indoor pool too during the winter months.
There's a free bus to the Disney Monorail and another to the Mall/train station. The buses run really frequently. If you're feeling like a little activity it's a 2 minute walk to the Monorail. You can probably beat the bus there.
So if you're planning a Tokyo Disney trip then this is the place to stay. It is very convenient to all of the magical happiness Disney has to offer.

Room service is just snacks from a cafe brought to your room, my husband's teriyaki chicken wrap had no teriyaki. The breakfast buffet is a rip off and is not worth the money. The rooms are decent, though, and it's convenient to the Disney parks.
Very pleased with the overall experience. Was just a bit sad our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Been on a train all day and told to wait five minutes not great. But still overall a pleasant and enjoyable time with a great view.
The hotel staff are attentive and friendly, but the room facilities are a bit worn and worn out. The small supermarket in the hotel is very good. You can buy a lot of Japanese whiskeys that are not easy to buy in the market.

We stayed when we went to Tokyo Disneyland. It is very close from Bay Station so you can walk. From the room, I could see Cinderella Castle, Space Mountain, and the volcano of the Center of the Earth. Bus to Ariake Station goes out at a pace of around one in 20 minutes.
I am very fortunate to live in a parent-child room, the room is very large, many details have been used, it is suitable for bringing children!
Hilton Hotel Tokyo Bay: Beautiful seaside views, great accommodating service and a big apartment space for the room. They take luggage early and have online checking where you can pick your rooms (go near an elevator just for convenience). The in room service is okay, it's 30% of the cost for delivery to your room so unless you really don't care - give it a miss. Pick up is available for free so eh. The lobby smells good, odd clubs and bars are spread out inside the building and a convenience store is next to the cute little Disney store inside.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I was satisfied with the service I received and the lounge.

The staff are great, as you'd expect in Japan. Convenient to the Maihama and Disney stations with free bus service to both. Severely overpriced food options, so plan to eat near the stationa or in the park unless you're loaded. I'm a diamond member so we got two free breakfast buffets (and it was very good), but paid like $26 for our 10 year old daughter). Celebrio room was fine and as expected. Free drinks in the fridge were AWESOME touch! Internet was disappointing - only 3 devices for free I believe. Seriously, Hilton?

Very pleasant staff and welcoming environment. Rooms are unique and large. Ammenities are very good. The fitness room and pool area is great. On site restraunts have fresh locally sourced food that is very well prepared and abundant. You can get anything you need in the hotel shops for an average price. Great place to stay for a Disneyland visit with really easy transportation. Hilton Tokyo Bay is a great choice when staying near Tokyo Disneyland
Loved the room. Perfect for a gamily of 6, with the yoinest between ages 2 to 7 years. A bunk bed for them both, and single comfortable beds for the rest. Breakfast has good spread, and as Muslims we had quite a fair options of fruits, vegetables, breads and salmon. Check in was a breeze. The complimentary feeder buses to Bayside station and also the Maihama station are plus points.
Super close to Disneyland and connected by the monorail. There is a large pool and a smaller pool.... lots of shops and restaurants. The kids theme rooms are awesome! Loved the bunk beds and the wall themes... the view was beautiful of the ocean and the pool we got to wake up to everyday. All the kids loved it! Would definitely stay here again.
Stay with two small children. There was no need for children's beds, but I booked and settled it, but thanks to having you guide me to the room where I connected the four beds and made the bed making, I was able to sleep well until the morning and evening together (^-^)

The environment is OK, but the equipment is not enough User friendly. If you ask for a Disney theme or decoration in the room, you will be very disappointed! But there are some surprises. There is a waiter who buys hot dog food in the evening. The smile is sweet and 100 points! People feel very cordial and happy!
Beds are HARD. Extremely uncomfortable & our room never cooled down even though we had the AC turned down as low as it would go. Transferred here from the Disneyland Hotel & it would have been worth the money to have stayed there. Would not recommend.

Good service and friendly staff, but the rooms are in need of an update, the restaurants are unexciting, and the location is only any good for Disneyland. Would recommend if you're on a Disney trip, otherwise go for something more central.
The rooms look amazing. Unfortunately, toward the end of my stay there, the air conditioning was broken for two days and they did not move us to another room or compensate us. They gave us a FAN. Yikes! Worst thing to come home to (after a full day at Disney) is a HOT & muggy room! Also, the free wi-fi was iffy throughout the entire 5-day stay. All I got for my troubles was a box of cookies.
It was a little underwhelming to be honest. We booked a room for my husband and myself, and the room had 2 single beds. We popped down to have a chat to the desk and asked if we could be in a room with just one bed, queen or something like that. They said they would get it sorted and we ended up with the 2 singles pushed together, so still completely separate beds, sheets set the same as it was 2 singles.... bit odd that was the outcome.

Celebrio rooms are spacious and have amazing views of the harbour, including Rainbow Bridge. The hotel is a short walk from the train station to take you to either Disneyland or Disney Sea
If I could give more stars I would. This is the second time we have stayed here and it gets better each time. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make you feel like you are home. The celebrio lounge was just great for breakfast and just chilling out. The staff in the lounge went out of there way to help.
Recently there are many groups in Asia.
Run in the hallway or make a loud voice. .
Do something that will degrade the quality of the hotel, please stop the behavior. .
Sorry for only my favorite hotel, but I look forward to it in the future.

Not far from Disney monorail station, after visiting Disneyland or Disneysea can go back hotel quicker. The room is spacious and the sea view is great. Got a convenient store in the hotel so no need to go out further.
Close to the station, it's convenient to walk or get on the bus.
I'd rather they mention up front that the pool costs extra...but either way worth it, amazing pool at night after a long day at disney. Staff was excellent. Rooms great. Everything was wonderful.

We stayed at the celebrity Rio, and the wallpaper was damaged. It is saved because there is a convenience store on the first floor. You can walk on foot from the station.

Awesome stay. Kids enjoyed Disneyland and the hotel had a bus to both train station and the Disney monorail. There is also in resort kiosks for Disney tickets and for an airport shuttle. (Saving alot of the hassle. )
The place is great, and is very suitable for family holiday, especially young ones. The decoration is very creative and will definitely amuse young children. Also, being a part of the Disney Resort hotels is definitely a plus if planning to visit Disney Land or Disney Sea.

Because it is located at the Disneyland Official Hotel, it is located in front of the Disney Resort Line and Bayside Station Station.
