my 1st Hotel, the first time I was in Miami in 2014. Located practically on the sea. It is located 2 steps from the splendid setting of South Point, one of the most beautiful points of Miami Beach of which it represents the southernmost area. Convenient public parking (for a fee) outside. The room with a view is spectacular. Swimming pool little more than a puddle compared to those of the other hotels of the same category in the area. Cuisine offering excellent dishes.

I enjoyed my recent stay here. Check in was smooth, the room was as nice as expected, if not nicer, and the location right on the beach can't be beat.

What a great hotel! Location location at Miami South Beach. We had a top floor, spacious Junior Suite with a partial ocean view as well as a view of the luxury residences and the cruise ship inlet to the sea. The attached Santorini Greek restaurant is worth a visit in it's own right. Food and drink is served all day at the outside pool area as well as on the beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We just got back from our visit to the Hilton Bentley. The service at this hotel was some of the best service we have ever experienced. The staff was very attentive and genuinely nice. We had a bartender named Nash that took care of us each day at the pool and when we ate dinner at the Santorini restaurant at night. Nash was fun and an excellent server. We felt like he worked the entire weekend that we were there and always had upbeat energy. One thing after another, they kept delivering. My wife forgot her phone at the beach and the beach club found the phone and brought it to the restaurant. I had a question about our bill after we traveled back home and the accounting department called me back in about 5 minutes. Our friends asked for soap and towels and they said it was brought up in minutes. It is crazy time with COVID going on and Miami wasn't the same, but the Hilton Bentley gave us a great time. The last time we had visited was 10 years ago, hopefully we can make it back before another 10 years goes by.

Terrible value for the cost. The only good things about this hotel are the restaurant and the view

This hotel is perfect, its location, apartments, pool, beach, customer service ... everything is amazing
Also on the ground floor is one of the best restaurants in South Beach, the santorini, an incredible family restaurant run by a couple of Greek origin who are extremely kind and generous ...
Dogs are accepted throughout the property and children are pampered by all the staff as well. I recommend without hesitation
We will definitely come back as soon as possible

The problem with this hotel is that they have the Hilton name. This is a big trouble.
The Hilton hotels I know, such as Hilton Tokyo @ Hilton Manhattan @ Hilton Toronto, are very nice and I am these hotels are real Hilton.
But the Hilton staff at South Beach is fake.
I am very desperate and hate this.
I will never visit this Hilton Bentley South Beach.

Was unable to enjoy the pool
Pool was small with a thousand kids in it. Skyline was never clean wasn't able to enjoy the Skyline. Food awesome!!

Honestly, the resort was nice. Stayed over 4th of July weekend. Pool was small and nothing great. The only thing i had issue with was the $50 daily resort fee being charged when the beach was closed during our stay, no daily housekeeping either. That s just not ethical for a resort to expect the guest to pay. It s a resort , so the food was pretty expensive at the hotel, but to be honest, the food everywhere was. We ve stayed in Miami Beach within the last year and i swear everything is much more expensive during covid here. Not one firework anywhere, the police however were EVERYWHERE, pretty uncomfortable for a tourist. Pretty disappointed with the experience overall. Really wished we had gone to maybe another state to vacation. Lesson learned i guess. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous, the hotel clean. Save your money, avoid Miami during these times. There are other more affordable options in other states for tourists to go to to enjoy the beach and less rigid police presence to make your vacation enjoyable.

Would go back, very good service, clean hotel, well located.

40 a night to park your car here as a guest is ridiculous! Great staff though

Great hotel and the staff was incredibly nice from the valet Ernest bringing me ice to my room, to the front desk and room service. By the way...the Salmon Club was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I thought it was a bit pricey initially but the cost was justified. Amazing stay and looking forward to returning next time I am in Miami!
