Hilton Suites Lexington Green Review

So good things were that the front desk staff was wonderful, the beds we're very nice, and I enjoyed the look of the interior on the hotel. Bad things were...dirty towels, broken refrigerator, crack in the sink, and area around the refrigerator was dirty...

I like this place. I have stayed here a few times. It is safe, cozy and clean. The bar is pretty great too if you are looking for that. My only issue is the parking. It is always hard to find parking if you arrive in the evening and it feels slightly creepy as you walk from the adjoining parking areas. Although that is not awesome, I will keep staying here whenever I am in town.

I thought the hotel was pricey when I booked it but understood once I got there. Lots of free extras beautiful place I can't wait to go back when I can use the pool. Staff was great and the breakfast bar was awesome.

Had a corporate meeting, went well. No issues at all.

We made an anniversary request, but couldn't be provided a room with a king bed. Instead we were placed on the top floor with free snacks as an alternative. Not exactly the same. Reception and breakfast weren't special, but they are more than other chains are currently providing. I would give it 3 stars, but for what we paid there was still a lot of value to have a suite with separate living area. Beware it's NOT convenient to downtown unless you want to have to drive 15 minutes each way and pay for parking. While the distance isn't too bad, the traffic lights are. Next time I'll pay a little more and stay downtown to avoid being behind a shopping mall area on the outskirts.

I absolutely love this place. Every night they have a social in the lobby. The rooms are nice, clean and roomy. The pool area is so beautiful with swans on warmer days. My favorite place ever.

Lobby, bar and breakfast area nice. Rooms need some renovation. Bathroom was renovated but shower door rolls open. TV access- sound does not match the mouth movements on the person speaking.

Suites are very nice with a comfortable bed. Great location, next to a target and whole foods. Their in house restaurant is a bit lacking.

Perfect ambiance to relax and enjoy drinks during the social hour.

Wonderful hotel. They hosted our holiday party and everyone had a great time. We definitely will be back next year

The person I spoke to about getting a room block, Ryan, was so incredibly helpful! They offered a very competitive rate for the rooms, plus a lot of really nice additions. I've stayed at this Embassy Suites before and thought the room quality was excellent, as was the free breakfast!

Air conditioning couldn't get the room cool. Wasn't hot, but not able to get the room temperature down. Had to drop it to 59 degrees to be comfortable.

The room was nice but a little old. I used the electronic key so I didn't need to go to the desk. The management had left a note in my room welcoming me because they knew I would go straight to my room.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. One elevator was out when we were there so a lot of waiting around. I understand things happen but at least offer a small discount for the inconvenience as there are only 2 elevators to begin with.

The staff is very nice the hotel is very clean but I'm very disappointed that I was not able to use the pool even though there's an advertised lift for the disabled. I dressed in my swimsuit and went down and they said I will call somebody to do that lift for you and then they came out and said oh it's broken so I wasn't able to use the pool without the lift because there's a center hold and the steps are just too high for disabled people to get up was just that one Center thing and to hold on to. This happened to me at two other hotels that also advertised lifts for the swimming. I want to caution other disabled people do not depend on any of these lists I think they're just there for sure I've not yet found one in any hotel that has actually worked. I think somebody should talk to the state or National handicap code people. I don't think you should be able to advertise that you have a lift if it's not working. If it was one hotel I might think it was a coincidence but I've had three hotels now three different chains. I thought this hotel was more expensive and the lift looked really good but it was also broken. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed because it's a beautiful pool and a beautiful outdoor setting. Not the staffs fault but it just ruined my day

Great hotel. Clean. Complimentary evening drinks and snacks! John was the bartender and he was patient and efficient with everyone from hyperactive children to seniors and even with the chatty ones!!! The made to order fresh breakfast was delicious and Arlene was friendly and very efficient!! She stayed calm and made you feel welcome. Trupte (sorry if I misspelled) checked us in and made us feel welcome and gave us a beautiful room upon request since it was our first time. Great location. It is by everything or anything you could possibly need!!!

Great stay, great service, Brooke is a great bartender. She was closing up for the night and got a bottle of bourbon back out that I wanted to taste. Very nice and friendly. Will stay there every time I'm in Lexington

I always stay at the Hilton during my trip for work. It has an excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant service that makes you not to leave. The amenities available are commendable.

I love this hotel and stay here every time I'm in Lexington. They really go out of their way to make you feel like you are an A list guest. Even through the covid disaster, they maintained Hilton's high level of quality and hospitality and it has not gone unnoticed. If you don't "have" to be downtown, this is the place to be.

I am a huge fan of Embassy Suites. This one needed a little work though. After traveling a long way and it being really really cold the coffee machine in the lobby was broke. Had to make coffee in the room. The room was really cold when we got to it and had to turn up the heat. Then we it was time for breakfast the positioning was weird and caused lines to be longer than they would have been had they just made a few changes. Oh and they didn't start serving till 7:30 on Saturday. I get it not as many people down there but some of us are early risers.

Below average Hilton. Shower was cold. Wi-Fi was very weak. Breakfast was Hampton quality.

Attended Embassy for the Kentucky Costom Knife show. Amazing staff. Room was good. I do feel like the room prices, for what you get, are a bit inflated. I've paid much less for a suite in other hotels.

I don't want to trash this location, but it doesn't seem quite up to Embassy Suites standards. The room seemed a bit smaller and more crowded than usual. The beds were small and one if them had a pronounced dip in the mattress. When we first checked in, only one of two elevators was working; today at checkout, both elevators are out of service.

We had an excellent stay at this property! Our four year-old has a fascination with elevators and we were staying at this particular Embassy Suites because of their beautiful glass elevators in the lobby and to celebrate his birthday. Upon making our reservation, we quickly noted the reason for our stay. I'm so glad we did because the staff were amazing! They dedicated the elevator to our son for the day and went above and beyond spoiling him with treats throughout our stay. Having a preschooler riding elevators for hours at a time could have a been a burden, but the staff were so sweet and excelled in providing the best experience! Thank you for providing excellent service. We look forward to staying again!

This hotel recently renovated their rooms, and lobby, and it is beautiful! The hotel staff was accommodating. Their shuttle drove us to a nearby restaurant so we didn't have to call a cab. Convenient location.

Very chic hotel with great amenities. Family was staying due to home repairs underway. Spacious rooms / suites with excellent bathroom and kitchen ette facilities. Courteous staff, extensive parking, and close proximity to to restaurants and shopping.

Impeccable service from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Very impressed. Currently under construction but they let you know and are cute about it. Would stay here again.

This was by far one of our best stays with Hilton. Brooke at the evening reception was absolutely wonderful and topped off our stay! We will be back!

My husband and I are staying here for Mothers Day weekend. We absolutely love this place. The location is amazing! Our room overlooks the water and has an excellent view of Palmers, Lakeside live, and Comedy off Broadway. Love watching the ducks swim and how everything lights up in the water at night so colorfully. We ate at Palmers and went to the show at Comedy off Broadway. Strolled the Lexington Green shops and of course Mothers Day is my shopping fun day at Fayette Mall thanks to my hubby. Hotel is so nice. Suites are super spacious and breakfast and room service is all amazing. This place has it all! We love staying here for our weekend getaways just to relax all the time. We love it!

I could have given you the five but I have three things to say: yesterday during breakfast there was a gentleman, one of the cleaning crew, in a rush to get us out of the dining area; he even picked up our coffees and threw them away while we were picking something else in the breakfast bar. Second, no Wi-Fi connection unless I have Hilton Honors and third there wasn't any paper and pen for note taking in the room. The room was clean and cozy as the entire stay as well as the rest of the personnel was pleasant, specially Rayvaughn, very nice very expedite. Thank you, Alejandro Unda
P.S: the ceiling lamp by the sink in room 320 is about to fall an the closet doors don't shut well.

This Hilton offers comfortable rooms in a "getaway and relax" atmosphere. It is simply a pleasant place to stay and unwind if Lexington is your destination. It is priced higher, location is great for Fayetteville Mall but not interstate, and WiFi is extra, so the value for an overnight business / travel stop is not as high.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Lexington. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Only minutes away from Keenland and Rupp Arena.Oh did I mention that they love pets and have a wonderful excerise area very close to the property. Great complimentry breakfast and evening reception. Upgrade to a luxury king suite which overlooks the lovely fountain and pond. I have never been disappointed, and neither will you be.

Very disconcerting....will speak with front desk but for a paid upgrade to discover the room dirty, trash in, on and around couch, it calls in to question the standards. This is not what we are used to with Embassy Suites. Now waiting with water running for it to get luke warm?!? Tired from a day of travel, will give them a shot tomorrow to see if improves...

Great staff, clean rooms and an outstanding location for dining and entertainment

We have been afraid to travel, but after a lot of study, learned about SafeStay and the Hilton working to combat COVID-19, we gave it a try. What a pleasant experience! Thank you Embassy Suites, for offering us a way to safely see our kids, who remain at home as we do.

This was the best stay I ve had with an embassy suites in years. First they allow pets with a pet fee... that was a pleasant surprise and a big reason we booked this. The room was a typical embassy suites room as was the breakfast. Staff was friendly. Location is great.

Great location, works were nice and helpful all but one of the breakfast cooks he was loud and unprofessional. But overall a great visit good, rooms were clean and tidy.

Stay was okay. Bed slept good. Got in Saturday trying to go to sleep in was woke up by loud noise opened my door and it is packed with people down stairs watching the game.

Probably the best hotel experience I've had. Free breakfast includes custom omelets and fresh pancakes. Great location near restaurants and shops. Beautiful place and the first we've stayed in where the suite was actually a suite -- that is, there was a physical door which could be closed to separate the bedroom and living room.

The rooms are great, the staff is extremely friendly, the bar and lounge is fantastic. The breakfast and atmosphere in the morning was a pleasure to wake up too. The location makes it convenient for business and evening entertainment .

Very nice place. Me and my wife stayed on our wedding night and the service was great, rooms were clean, and the complementary breakfast buffet was very good.

Gabriel and Brooke were extremely helpful and beyond accommodating. We had travelled for several hours with 2 large dogs and they did everything they could to ensure we were able to settle in quickly, even going so far as to offer to unload our bags. Beautiful facility, amazing staff, can't wait to stay again!
