Imposing hotel within walking distance of the center. Fabulous restaurant. Polite staff. Good but not abundant breakfast. Super comfortable beds. Dated bathrooms and furnishings. Impressive poolside reception room.

The room was a good size, recently updated and comfortable. The hotel was a 7-10 min walk from the main street of Sorrento and honestly not a problem. You could drive straight up to the hotel and there was plenty of parking. There were 5 connected pools that was a huge hit with the family. The breakfast was good and gets pretty busy, so earlier the better. The staff were very good and the service was always good. Plenty of lemon trees in the hotels premises.

Exquisite design, inside and out. Some staff spoke minimal English while others were fluent, making tasks either easy or challenging. The views are spectacular of the town below, including across the sea to other cities. Amenities are costly (soda, etc), so it is best to purchase from the nearby shops and markets in walking distance.

I am at the hotel on the 5th floor. They are having a party. The music is so shockingly loud it sounds like a jet plane in my room. The purpose of a hotel is to sleep. Unacceptable! Would never stay here again!

Remarkable service, probably the best I've experienced and I've been to a few hotels over the years. My collegues and I spent a couple of tipsy evenings in the lounge/bar area and the staff followed us up closely (but not too much). They always kept us happy and even remembered some of our names.

Especially the gentleman who knew more about Norwegian soccer than any of us; which was unbeliable considering he was a local (I think) - Ive never seen anyone as professional and service oriented as him. I wish I was a better person and noticed his name and e-mailed the hotel just to tell them of our experience. I hope this review reaches him.

Great food/breakfast also with a spectacular view to Vesuvia/Naples and the surroundings. I loved the out-door door pool. The in-door pool was ok but not great. Really nice and lush garden area. The elevated location of the entire hotel was splendid with a short walk to the city center.

To sum it up it is a great hotel. But there are many great hotels -- it was the service staff which made this stand out and frankly blew my mind. I wanna hug them all.

We were recently in Italy about a month ago and stayed at the Hilton Sorrento for about 4 days. This hotel was gorgeous with its view and location as a whole. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with any issue that you may have. Food was amazing as well. I would like to mention a certain Giuseppe who was an absolutely delightful man and made our dining experience enjoyable and overall stay that much more special. If you ever find yourself planning a trip to Sorrento (as you should) you should definitely consider Hilton Sorrento Palace.

By far the best hotel I ve stayed at. The rooms are nice with a gorgeous view of mount Vesuvius and the pools are beautiful, especially on a hot day. The staff are friendly and great service, also, not to mention the wonderful buffet breakfast that is served from 7-10am. The Hilton IS on the pricey side of hotels, but it s worth it!!

We had an incredible stay here for two weeks. The hotel does not have a single double bed in the whole building. We were there on our honeymoon and we're a little disappointed to have two beds pushed together. We spoke to the manager who apologised profusely and that our travel agent should have known but they went above and beyond what was needed. They shipped a double bed over from a sister hotel, moved us to a larger room, removed our 2 single beds only to find that the double wouldn't fit through the door. We understood that this couldn't happen so they put the two single beds back with a duvet under the bed sheets and we couldn't feel the bed join. They later brought us up complimentary champagne and heart cakes. We appreciated that they had tried.
The staff throughout the hotel could not he faulted. The only negative thing was that the infinity pool in the executive area was tiny and the pictures on the website are deceiving to make it look better but overall an incredible experience!

My mom and I had a wonderful time! We were able to do day trips to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, Capri, Pompeii, Herculeum, Vesuvius. If you stay here, the Capri Island boat tour is a must!!! When you walk through the entrance, it looks very grand and clean! I especially loved the city views from each restaurant! There is one restaurant that is a hidden gem. There is a Japanese restaurant on the 7th floor. You have to try the tiramisu ROLLS. Yes I said rolls! Great food and drinks!

Exceeding expectations. Beautiful hotel, very attentive and very professional staff, clean and large rooms, super breakfast and swimming pool at the height of the structure. Too bad not being able to use the simply fantastic indoor pool for Covid safety reasons. The staff are always attentive to cleanliness and safety. I will certainly return and recommend it if you want to spend a holiday or a weekend in total relaxation

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and excellent services. During a corporate meeting, I had the opportunity to visit the city, within walking distance, and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the gulf.

Typical American-style hotel with a touch of Italian style in the finishings and taste of the furnishings, all modern and Kartell accessories. Spacious and functional common areas, beautiful the executive lounge on the 7th floor that gives access to the swimming pool on the rooftop which is not very deep but long while not very well cared for, not to mention essential and minimalist, the catering in the lounge which should be significantly improved so as to justify the difference of price that is paid with respect to the rooms without access. The outdoor pools and the fitness area are beautiful. Overall, it is a good level structure, perhaps it was not to be seen in the post Covid period because with few customers, that is, half-empty it is a bit depressing.

Our room was luxurious! Huge balcony overlooking the pool and Sorrento with a beautiful view of Vesuvius and Bay Of Naples. The restaurants pretty spendy and just ok but the breakfasts were wonderful. Very comfy bed. I have to say those tubs are HUGE! Too big for me. Couldn t lay back and relax whatsoever and the shower water was too hot and couldn t make it comfortable. I would have given it five stars but for the restaurant and got hot water in the shower that was uncontrollable. Beautiful property!
