Liked: warm pool, wide gorgeous beach, second line but a few minutes walk to the beach, good reef, courtesy of staff
Disliked: there is no normal bar on the beach, the beach is 700 meters away - 1 dressing room, both playgrounds are not suitable for use at all, a large area and 9 pools are a water park - but due to the lack of tourists, this is all "not alive" and does not work.

Had a rest with my mother from 2 to 8 January at this hotel.
The location is beautiful, a 10-minute walk is the Naama bay walking street, where there are clubs, shops and many cafes.

A hotel with a huge territory, a large number of swimming pools (a couple of them did not work), an excellent sandy beach (though across the road, it takes about 5 minutes to walk) and good animation. The guys spend a lot of activities on the beach and there is always a show in the evening.

The downside of the hotel is food.
You will not stay hungry, but there is almost no food.

There is also a huge water park.

The hotel left conflicting emotions.
1. We met all we needed in the room and even more (we didn't expect a tea-kettle and an iron for example). But from the other side one of the electric sockets didn't work, both faucets were cracked and the curtain laces had some holes
2. The main restaurant every time had meat and fish, vegetables and fruits, pastry, soda and so on. We never were hungry. But many dishes were cooked badly and 90% of the menu were never changed (for example, we always had omelet, flakes, thin pancakes for lunch).
3. The same thing was with the service. From one side some guys were really nice and mindful and did their job well. From the other side in the restaurant those people who cleaned up the place (after guests finished their lunch) even didn't wipe out the table and we should do this ourselves.

The food is very tasty and varied. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Sweet tooth here is also a paradise, because there are a lot of sweets, it is impossible to try everything at a time. The beach is across the road a 5-minute walk. Towels are provided on the beach. Many sun loungers and no place to stay. There is also a bar on the beach where you can get refreshments for free, but alcohol on the beach is paid. The beach is very large and clean, there are places with corrals, there are no. Be sure to take a diving mask, because there are a lot of fish swimming near the shore where the coral reefs are. Here you can see jellyfish, sea urchins, and about 15 species of fish. We rested from 05/30/19 - 06/06/19. 3 adults and 1 child (8 years old).
1. 1. Arrived at 6 am at the hotel. They didn't wear bracelets, but told us to wait until 13 o'clock !!! Breakfast began, the child began to ask for food. The shops were still closed, and they were not allowed into the dining room without bracelets. It's good that we had sandwiches left: ((Two hours later we decided to speed up the settlement for money, since it got very hot. To be honest, we counted on 10 well, a maximum of $ 20, but they pushed us $ 30. We tried bargain, but they stood their ground (and this despite the fact that there were plenty of free rooms). We went to the public toilet to change, and went to the beach. The heat was terrible and by 12.30 we arrived at the reception., but we were glad that the check-in will be at 15.00. The child, and we are so tired. That agreed for $ 30. To speed up the check-in (Interestingly, despite the fact that the time before the (official) check-in was 2 hours, and not, as in the morning, 9 a.m., the price was not changed.)
2. 2. FOOD! We have rested in Egypt 4 times already, but we have not seen this anywhere else !!! The food is awful! We were there for 7 days and every day the same thing. The assortment is not small, but it simply does not exist. The child went hungry for 7 days. Everything that was not eaten for breakfast was served for lunch, and that that was not eaten at lunch was cut and given for dinner. They did not even wash the bowls of beans, the drips that had frozen in the evening were in the morning. In recent days, they saved themselves with buns and butter, which was also not always available.
3. 3. Placement of the 2nd line. We must cross a double road. And given the local mentality it is (dumb), even on green, they slipped right in front of the nose. Therefore, it is quite dangerous with small children.
4. 4. Eviction! Our departure was at 20.00, and then postponed to 23.00, and check-out at 12.00.
At 11.00 we approached and asked to extend for extra. fee. Remembering the check-in, we already understood that it would be $ 30. BUT!!! With clear eyes, they announced $ 50.
We were shocked by their impudence. Of course, we refused to extend it. The bracelets were cut off from us at 12.00. Not us, not a child, could no longer eat not for lunch, not for dinner. And no one offered us any dry rations! In the end, we went to a cafe on the first line and $ 30. We ate and had a great time.
Summary: I do not recommend it! Do not spoil your long-awaited vacation.

I went there many times but the last time i went was 3 years ago and they treated me badly to be honest especially a boy bar but i didn't say any thing and i am going to visit it the next week and i hope they treat me well

We are resting with family here. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, settled closer to 11, for which special thanks. The room is spacious, a little old furniture, but this does not affect the rest. We are resting with the child, there were no questions about the request to deliver the baby to the bed, everything was quickly brought to us. The food is normal, there are both meat and fish. At the moment, you cannot collect food for yourself, the waiters do everything for you. Of course, the menu was cut a little, but this does not affect the quality.
The sea is very warm and clean. Lots of fish. Two coral reefs. There is also animation. From 10 am water aerobics, in the evening there is entertainment for both children and adults. The area is well appointed, large. Pools are not bad, there are for children and adults.
