A FANTASTIC holiday. Super nice hotel, clean and luxurious. The cutest staff they did EVERYTHING for us NOTHING and ALWAYS with a smile. A special dinner with chef and 4 servants was arranged and cost only 500kr for 4 people and there was NOTHING !!! The stand was beautiful, you could snorkel and experience the beautiful corals and beautiful fish, the water was so clean that you just went out to the navel, so you could see it all, just by kighe down .. Several big markets nearby, where who could be shopping for no money. We look so much so that we have to go back again, it can ONLY go too slowly

We are now in Sharm Dreams with my family. The hotel is super. The beach is probably the best in Naama Bay. There are a lot of places. Always free sunbeds. Animation works for everyone - water aerobics, exercise, volleyball. In terms of accommodation and food, everything is fine too. Recommend

Beautiful place, located in the center of Sharm El Sheikh, calm and clean. Big pool area plus pool bar which is good, also there is a diving pool there and you can ask pool guy for diving training. Reservation fees is good not expensive. There was Cleo park there and, you need to ask front desk about free tickets, which is so awesome. you can enjoying Fayroz Hotel beach also. Food was good, rice options were poor and not delicious at all, other food options were okay. Deserts are fine.

Room service was not good, also early chick in not guarantee, beach is far away from the hotel itself, and no transportation to transport you from hotel to beach which is so bad, staff were insufficient to handle residents request. Bad thing the hotel not part of Hilton anymore, so services will not guarantee 100%.

Conclusion: you have to visit this place, and enjoying Cleo Park, Beach, open buffet, green area.

Dear, Receptioner! Please, change room for mr. Romovs. He has broken legs. You gave him room in 8'th corpus. It is diffucult for him to walk even to restorant so long distance. I am very politelly ask you to move Romov's family close to receptions!

The alcohol here is purely Egyptian, which is not worth drinking, but the cocktails are not bad
The food is very tasty, but 2 times we were very poisoned and just before the flight it was a terrible state
The rooms are clean, but the bathrooms are battered and there are problems with the plumbing (the toilet bowl did not drain, the water did not come out of the washbasin) they spoke repeatedly about this problem and they tried to fix them, but it was enough for 1 day and then everything fell back on their dreams (hands from one place)
The advantages of this hotel:

Cons of this hotel:
1. The food, although tasty, but 2 times to get poisoned in one trip is tin (alcohol was drunk only the first day and in small quantities, so believe me, this is not because of him)

This is not 5 stars hotel. For sure the quality of the room is below 3 stats. Yet the staff are friendly and professional.
The hotel facilities are good possibly 4 or even 5 stars. The swimming pools are good and there is one heated useful pool for the winter weather. The food is average 3 stars. The activities of the hotel is good and a lot of varieties. Also the hotel can organize good excursions, trips and activities outside Sharm such as Dahab trip and blue hole, safari with beach buggies in the desert and St. Catherine day trip.
Overall it is 3 stars hotel mainly because of the room quality. If they fix this room furniture quality issue, it could be easily be 5 star hotel.

Really big with 9 pools. A walking distance from Naama bay even with kids. Short walk from the beach. Staff very friendly. Rooms and food are not of a 5 stars hotel, maybe 3stars at most. Feeding lounge definitely needs more staff. Rooms are worn out and very old, you can see from the bathrooms specifically. Needs room and amenities renewal. Otherwise great location and you can plan activities with 'sun and fun' near the pool. Take the submersible ride. It is worth it.

What I liked about the right security handling of the hotel

The great hotel is located in the city center, close to the popular promenade and shops, bars, cafes with cheep hookahs for 1$ and free wifi. The sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away, it's considered one of the best in the Bay of Naama Bay. This hotel has huge and green territory with many pools. And the hotel focuses on a family rest with kids.
