I have been to many hotels around the world but Hilton Sharm is still the best.

The hotel its perfect we enjoyed everything here the food was great and the rooms was amazing thanks for everyone and for sure we will come here every year

Not deserve 4 or 5 stars, old hotel with less facilities, staff are not professional in dealing with customers, renoving is recommended and comunication skills are needed to staff and reception

Our lovely vacation at dreams & fayrouz resort , the hotel is fantastic we like it so much , food is nice , tasty cocktails at bar caribi bar , beach view very nice rooms always clean , Animation they are nice very always smile , show every day is different, very active , thanks for all management we will back soon..

Very tasty food. Great service. There is a heated pool. Great animation. Everyone is trying very hard. Well done! Magnificent sandy beach at the hotel across the road (7min walk)

The situation is bad, this was a Hilton hotel, but now it has an unknown company and the situation is bad, I would not recommend anyone to come to it. Bad hotel, bad service, bad conditions, I do not advice to come to this hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the entertainment, even if international, knows how to involve all people, they are very sociable and smiling. All the staff are helpful and efficient, as far as catering is concerned if you are not fussy and adapt to new aromas and spices and acceptable and also varied. I recommend it

I liked the hotel, the staff is very polite, always smiling, good-natured, helping in any situation. The cuisine is good and the pastries are delicious. The beach is large, spacious, there is a bar and a playground. The animation is very good, children and adults do not get bored. I highly recommend it!

Very good hotel, with palm gardens and nice kitchen.

Regarding the resort as rooms and suites, it is average and used but not too bad
Regarding the restaurant, it is not varied and the food is mostly refined
Regarding the cliopark it is nice but unfortunately not up-to-date
As for the resort's management, it is very bad, exploitative and exploitative as well

Honestly, a trip beyond excellent. We were all very happy, and all the place and staff were cheerful, respectful, and at a high level of professionalism, the food was varied, the place was clean, and I would advise everyone to come to relax

After the crisis, the hotel really wants to win back its 5 stars. Nice staff, delicious food, lots of fruits, a variety of vipettes. I recommend.

Liked: warm pool, wide gorgeous beach, second line but a few minutes walk to the beach, good reef, courtesy of staff
Disliked: there is no normal bar on the beach, the beach is 700 meters away - 1 dressing room, both playgrounds are not suitable for use at all, a large area and 9 pools are a water park - but due to the lack of tourists, this is all "not alive" and does not work.

A very beautiful hotel very close to Naama Bay. A very beautiful sea. Clean rooms. Filled with surprises.

Water park - slides work in turn (1-3 per day)
Pools -not heated yet!

The treatment is never sweet in the dishwasher, but it is not acceptable

In Sharm I left my heart a wonderful sea, scents, colors, lots of sun, friendly people, music, fish of all kinds, really a thousand things to do and a climate that for lovers of sun and sea never betrays. ..I'm in love and I went back over and over ... !!

C is very in the treatment of some workers and there are only four excellent people in the treatment of them, Mr. Ashraf, the restaurant administrator and Mister Hassan, there is no Snacks outside the restaurant and one hour a day

Hotel is so clean , stuff is wonderful no matter some of the stuff was not in well command , animation team r doing there best . Beach is so nice . COVID-19 is affecting some of the services with all excuses to the hotel .

I've already been seven times ... It's really good ... You can smoke everywhere ... You eat well ... But the structure is a bit in decline

The standard of food is not as sweet as it looks and feels, and the hotel needs adjustments

Not the Hilton I was expecting, rooms are not five star as advertised bathroom is not very clean, shower curtain is very smelly, shower just about worked. Bar staffs are very miserable were not willing to serve us until we complained. We overlooked all of that because we were mostly out and about and only came to the hotel to sleep and eat at the buffet restaurant.
What really disappointed us was that, at the time of booking we were given a complimentary voucher to the two of the a la carte restaurant so we thought we will give them a try on our last day in Sharm when we went eat in the restaurants the waiters from both of the restaurant said "we have no table" even though the restaurants were virtually empty. So we told them how can they have no table when the restaurant only has 4 customers. I don't know if it was race related or not the strange thing is they asked us when are we leaving, as it was our last day we told them "flowing day", on our response they further confirmed they have no table so we had to make some noise to get a table. Later on we found out we needed to book the table. Would have been nice to tell us at time offering the voucher or even have a sign at the entrance of the restaurant saying pre booking only.

One of the best hotels I ve ever stayed in. The staff is friendly, hospitable and active. All the staff work together to make sure that we get the best stay and enjoy our time to the max. The beach and the rooms are very good and clean.

This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. With the amazing food in the main restaurant, and the high quality luxurious suit I had booked, it was a true 5 star experience!
