Rooms: if you bought the minimum Standard category (it is no different in size from Deluxe) - only by location - these rooms are a little further from the restaurant (this is not a problem at all - everything is nearby). Deluxe rooms - next to the main restaurant and the central pool + there is a minibar, but for an additional fee. Each room has a kettle and coffee / tea set. Daily replenished coffee / tea +1 large bottle of water. Water is not a problem - everywhere there is access to water coolers 24 hours a day. Accommodation in the room: 2 + 1 (reb.) Or 2 + 2 (reb.) - (ideal), but accommodate 3 + 1: 1 large bed (good mattress) +1 extra bed (it) is delivered + sofa, which folds out. Every day room cleaning + sanitization.
Food and restaurant:
Trying hard - a good cook. The food is varied, there is always fish, meat (beef) and chicken. Every day a thematic dinner (either Mexican or fish ...) - in general, delicious food - this is Here. The restaurant is clean. Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned - the tables are wiped. Replenishment of dishes is under constant control. Coffee is brewed (already prepared in the fuser), milk and hot water + 2 coffee machines - in which you yourself choose a drink. Therefore, there is never a queue - all is enough for everyone. I want to say separately for the diet menu - it also exists (you can safely go with the children) and if you need extra - ask Ekaterina (touring) - she will always help you and ask the cook to do it.
Beach: He is Divine. Very good entry into the sea (gentle sand). Reaching the beach is not at all problematic - crossing the road (2 regulated traffic lights) and you are on the beach of the Sharm Fayrouz Resort (Ex. Hilton Fayrouz). Use its entire beach - so places and sun loungers are always plentiful. Sun loungers are good, there are umbrellas and the coastline itself is quite wide. Towels (Ahmed, who gives out towels will always wish you a good day with a smile and care - and right at his place people leave books that they already read during the rest - you can safely take them to read if you forgot yours), a dressing room and shower right on the beach .

At the same time, if you want to retire - you will not be disturbed either - there are a lot of places.
Pools and a water park: there are many pools in the territory, there are children's and heated (it is important in winter). A huge water park, but it s not working at full capacity - in the renovation stage, the slides are working.
In general, we are happy that we chose this hotel by paying a little money - we received the service as a VIP person!

There are not so many Arabs in the hotel, as well as Europeans, most of all Ukrainians, Kazakhstanis and a few Belarusians and Russians. The furniture in the room is a bit old and broken in places, sometimes cockroaches drop in, but do not bother much. From time to time there were questions with the bathroom, then the toilet broke, or the sink, in principle, did everything, BUT the guys do not understand Russian very well, and it was just English that was needed on the phone. We saw new towels 1-2 times, then were dirty with stains (I hope at least ours ..)). Cleaning in two. But they didn t leave a tip, maybe that s why it was so sad, so go ahead. And so, the location of the hotel is good, the center is close. If you do not pay attention to the numbers, then everything is ok. Oh yes ... the animation there is really rich and boring.)
