The place has deteriorated terribly. The restaurant is bad and dinner time is like a market or a birthday.

Beach is very nice and clean and staff is very good

It s a huge resort with beautiful swimming pools and nice beach ( beach is 10 min walk across the road through Fayrouz resort) .. the only problem is I had bed bugs from an extra bed the brought to us, and I complained about it.. then I moved out of the hotel, few days later I found an email from the manger trying to say that there s no bugs and I just made the story up.. !!!!

Rooms are great, food is great, everything is just wonderful

It was bad vaccation ever .. the manger stuff were carless , food was v. V. Bad long distance under burning sun to get aqua park ..no golf car drive u there .. room service and those in main resturant were good and polite ..but generally it wasn't worth the mony it coasted

A respectable hotel and the staff are all wonderful, the water park is more than wonderful but the bad hotel is the only one eating badly shui more attention

The food is terrible, there is no meat, the service is bad, there is no animation. The bartender can easily tell the client: "You don't say anything at all." At lunch you can wait an hour for a glass of wine.
The only good thing is the sea, but you have to go to it through another hotel.

We start tomorrow from this squalid place where hygiene is optional, the restaurant is crap and the beach is in the resort opposite. Eden offers a former Hilton but, comparable to one of our resorts with at most two stars ..... shame!

Greetings to everyone who organizes the rest. We rested in August from 14 to 20 from Kiev. I liked everything very much. The food is very tasty, the beach is excellent, the service is tolerable. Great stay, I recommend !!!

Super negative experience .... structure poorly maintained without any kind of organization without animation .... poor food and always the same (rice and chicken) ... an Italian in this resort nn e'tutelato x nothing ... even in the reception nobody speaks Italian even bye ... I was sold the holiday as a hotel 5stars with EDEN .... total disgust ..EDEN non-existent never seen never supported even in need ... total indifference ... I do not recommend totally x holiday to sharmee

This is very good pretty hotel. Nice area Naama Bay,nice animation, great rooms and furniture. Great kitchen, food varieties, snakes,general all hotel atmosphere is amazing, love to be here with my family and kids. Will come back again. This is my second visit here. Everything I like it here. The hotel is wonderful. The largest and most beautiful beach. Active animation: exercises, yoga, dancing, volleyball, darts, contests. The chef is god! So many delicious sweets! Definitely recommend it!

Establishment that deserves the 5 star rating with its friendly staff just needs a little upgrading of the buffet each day.

Frankly the exteriors are top, the maintenance of the green spaces is just excellent, the aquatic spaces are very well organized but require maintenance.
We were in a villa, which was very good, it smells like a 5 * in the quality of the materials but the cleanliness needs to be reviewed, especially in terms of the shower and kitchenette.

Absolutely not suitable for Italian tourists and the food for the pulizia..residence badly neglected and no type of entertainment and the all inclusive included only exclusively sprite warm cola and beer coke. And anyway Sharm is no longer the same and the Egyptians have become very clever !! Eye!
