Excellent report, beautiful location, good food and engaging animation

In fact, we have to say that before our rather spontaneous trip, we were a bit unsure as to whether Egypt - especially Sharm el Sheikh and to be exact - would appeal to the Hotel Sharm Dreams Resort - so contradictory were the reviews about the hotel on the internet and something We were also uncertain about the political situation in the country.
But you can summarize it in a nutshell: We were thrilled. The hotel is from the first impression compared to other hotels extremely clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and all requests are met as soon as possible by the staff in the hotel - be it extra wishes when eating extra towels or service in the child care. You can tell the satisfaction of the other guests immediately - not only Wilderswil the hotel was very well booked, but also because there was never bad mood among the guests.
The food was very varied and always fresh. Also accompanying programs such as entertainment, disco and hotel-own beach were highlights in the daily program. Particularly noteworthy is that the hotel staff were never pushy and always courteous - whether it was Ahmed in the restaurant, Ali at the bar, Mahmoud at the front desk or Mohammed from the maid service - not forgetting the guest relation. Even the retailers in the store area were never demanding but always helpful and polite.

Massive place, all amenities provided, decent food when you go with the all included offer - breakfast lunch and dinner all provided. Location is good and not far from most places.

Too bad to eat there ... which is like selling, the services are very substandard

The hotel is very nice too whether the rooms or the restaurant are all excellent, the food is very delicious, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool and the beach are very clean and the animation team is very helpful and beautiful because it offers a lot of different shows and activities and spread joy everywhere and all Staff are helpful.

Were here at the end of February 2019. Long settled. We had to check in at 2, in the end we waited until 4. The food is not bad BUT very monotonous, every day the same thing, only in the evening the main dish changes. The territory is clean, beautiful. Bath towels are trying to shove the boo. In the evening, there is a frenzied line at the bar, just like in the dining room. At the reception desk, the administration is not very friendly, they are trying to beg for money, the bartenders are also mouflons, beer and whiskey are poured diluted every time. In general, a hotel for 3+ or 4- something like that, but definitely not 5 *. And one more thing, as an inveterate smoker, it was very convenient for me, you can smoke everywhere absolutely, at the bar, in the hotel lobby, on the ritsepshin, by the pool, throughout the territory, in the room, just everywhere except the dining room.
And further. Some write that it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach, and in 20 minutes you can crawl there on all fours in a drunken stupor. A leisurely stroll to the beach can be reached in 5 minutes.

A pleasant stay and a beautiful hotel in a beautiful way

Great hotel with good service. We come here every year. I like the beach very much: clean sand, a lot of sun loungers, convenient entry into the sea, a gorgeous reef. The territory is clean and well-groomed, a lot of greenery. Many locations for cool photos. The food was good, there was enough of everything, a lot of fruits and vegetables, very tasty pastries. The rooms are cozy and conveniently located. Cool animation: morning and afternoon activities on the beach, evening shows on stage.

This is the 5th visit of me and my wife to Sharm but first time to this hotel. We were on an all inclusive deal. This included breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. We took some early morning tours and the hotel had ready to go breakfast packs ready for us to take with us. The hotel manager Mostafa Alassal has been brilliant and I must commend him on his excellent customer service.

Nice hotel, liked it. Gorgeous beach. Delicious food, good service. Spacious rooms. I did not like the dishes, often put cups, glasses and plates with chips. It is not very pleasant to drink and eat from such utensils. Everything else is super

the hotel is almost 4 stars maximum
the pools are not well maintained and not renewable water.the rooms are poor furniture. the services as well are poor in general.the food is not good tasted not a lot of varieties as the five stars !! also the all inclusive is not as standard not good drinks no water sufficient for hot days.general not recommended if still as it is mow with no restoration and renovation in all services and buildings and pools.

There are many things to say about qs resort, it deserves a three-star rating, the staff is fantastic, organization and food leave something to be desired.

Good resort (although not Hilton anymore for years) really nice staff, food is okay, clean rooms, great location near a beautiful beach with lots of coral and sea life. A 10 minute walk to Naama Bay. Nice entertainment in the evenings. Exceptional good massage in the beauty center (thanks Fayrouz!) I really don't get what everybody is whining about. I have been in this resort 5 times now, I can highly recommend it. Only the main pool needs some maintenance, some tiles are getting loose. Water is clean though, and good temperature. Only con is that there are often a lot of Russian/Ukrainian people who treat the staff like rubbish (really embarrassing) they drink a lot and expect to be treated like kings. Just ignore them and enjoy your holiday at this beautiful place.

The rooms are very dirty. At the reception, some louts do not want to work until they give you money. Rested in January, only 1 heated pool in which all guests swim. The swedish table is not bad. Guides do not believe, wind the price of excursions 5 times, it is better to go to the market and go to the local guys in the tour company, one of the guys name is Sheriff. In the water park, only 2 slides with spruce water, icy everywhere.

It's a great place but we had some communication issues with salesperson there.

Worst hotel ever. The lobby stinks of cigarettes 24 hours a day, the bar has the same story. There is a constant queue to the dining room (it's hard to call it a restaurant). Despite not all inclusive, wine for dinner is not interrogated. Several times they brought something diluted. Strong alcohol is a substitute from plastic bottles. The glasses are dirty, all with fingerprints and lipstick.

Nice hotel, lovely service and very respectful treatment

It was my first visit to Egypt. Hope, I'll be back there. Location of the hotel is perfect as it was not far from market and other entertainment centres. I liked the food, especially sweets.
Comfortable rooms have cable TV, safe, fridge, direct inter-city connection, air conditioner, shower and iron with ironing board. The beach is only five minutes away from the hotel. There are a lot of swimming pools with bars, and a big aquapark.The staff were very friendly and always seemed happy to help, it has a nice atmosphere to it.

This is not the first time in Sharm, we have always been in 5 *. In general, the hotel is not bad, a large well-groomed green area, 2 warm pools, enough space for everyone. The beach is gorgeous, wide, there have always been free sun loungers, clean sand.
Rooms. We had a standard, spacious enough, shallow cleaning, tea and coffee every day.
Not a bad animation, the guys are trying, every day there are performances, there were tricks, belly dancing, they will also take the children.

There is no beach bar with snacks, this is a big minus, there is no toilet on the beach. The drinks bar is far enough away.
I would like to eat separately from the local population.
The staff are all big smart, they solve all the issues at the first contact.
