Everything is very cool! The rooms are large. A very large selection of food (for both children and adults). The staff is very friendly, if there are any problems, then everything is solved very quickly. The animators are great! Constantly events!

Was in December 2015. The most wonderful experience! There are all conditions for rest. True, WiFi is very expensive. But in the bay there is a very high-quality HSDPA - so you can buy a card and do not soar about it. The hotel has everything! On the beach - there are corals. If it is interesting to swim with fish - you can not even order a diving. All fish swims 5 meters from the shore! The water is so clear that there are buoys in the mask from the shore under the water. Everywhere there are bars. Allinclusive - in time in the main dining room and several bars. Local alcohol - very poor quality. It is better to buy in dutyfree in Batkivschina - the choice, prices and quality are much better than in Egypt as a whole. Rest pleased. in 2016 I am going to go again, but only in the end of March - the beginning of February. All good!

Very nice place, cheerful staff and delicious cuisine

I was really worried when I read the reviews of this hotel, but we had a good stay. The hotel is very large and the rooms are quite tired, but our room was always clean. The pool guy looked after us really well, and we were brought drinks continually while sitting around the pool. The restaurant is a nightmare, you had to fight for a table, and the queues for food were horrendous. They definitely need more staff here. We encountered lots of very rude people who would not wait, and such greed and waste of food. We complained and were able to take breakfast and lunch in the Tex Mex. The food was adequate, there was always something to eat. It could have been a bit hotter, but it was okay. Generally, the staff were lovely. We didn't really watch any of the entertainment, as it was too hot to sit outside. I wouldn't rush back to this hotel, it's not a typical Hilton, but we enjoyed our stay.

Sharm dreams one of the best resort in sharm el shiekh. The hotel is going through a transition smoothly. The new management is doing an excellent job to keep it as the best family oriented facility. it is an excellent choice for couple and honeymooners as rooms are spreading in a lovely way that gives you privacy. resturaunt is one of the best in town, chefs are professionals, decent and friendly which is the norm for Jaz hotels managemebt. Rooms are updated and CLEAN. the resort is located in a lovely area where is Neama bay. Aqua park is magnificient and really fun for both kids and adults.

They cheat, first they say one price, and then they end up bringing something completely different.

The hotel is very good, especially the food (never hungry). The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaned every day. There is a lot of space on the beach, but beer is paid. If you want free, then only on site.

My friend Raisa Vasilieva and I stayed at the Sharm Dreams vacation club from 15 to 27 April 2021. We were placed in a room located very far from the reception. I must say that Raisa has health problems after a car accident, disability group 2. We were placed in the farthest room available in the hotel. We asked to change. But alas. Such brutal management, we have never seen before. From the word at all. At first they said no numbers. Then for an additional fee of $ 10 per person per day. The hotel is empty. Pandemic. A FANTASTIC holiday. Super nice hotel, clean and luxurious. The cutest staff they did EVERYTHING for us NOTHING and ALWAYS with a smile. A special dinner with chef and 4 servants was arranged and cost only 500kr for 4 people and there was NOTHING !!! The stand was beautiful, you could snorkel and experience the beautiful corals and beautiful fish, the water was so clean that you just went out to the navel, so you could see it all, just by kighe down .. Several big markets nearby, where who could be shopping for no money. We look so much so that we have to go back again, it can ONLY go too slowly

A nice budget hotel. It is on the second line. But not far from the sea. From the exit from the hotel to the sea, walk three minutes. Comfortable rooms. Guestrooms have electric kettle and irons with ironing boards. Beautiful area and beautiful beach, where there is always a place. Not very diverse food is a small disadvantage. However, in my opinion, the hotel is fully responsible for the lost money!

Good location near Naama Bay center with one of the best beaches of Naama, in fact Dreams Resort share the same beach with Fayruz. Excellent rooms, excellent International restaurant. Heated swimming pool is a bit small compared to similar Hotels, international animation is minimal.

Rested at the hotel from 25.12 to 1.01.2020. Arrived at 8-00. We were greeted as the dearest guests. They immediately gave everyone wet towels - wiped their faces and hands, fed. Despite the promised 14-00, we were settled at 12-00 o'clock. Room is spacious, clean, near - "Tropical Pool". The staff is polite, friendly, always ready to help. Bed linen and towels were changed daily.
Kitchen. Clean, tasty, varied. New Year's table - it was something incredible !!! So many dishes do not even list!
The beach is sandy, the children liked it. You can swim and look at the corals.
I prefer to rest in different places, but Sharm Dreams really wants to come again.

The third day in this hotel, I'm not happy, I like everything, great rooms, good territory, super location (near Naama Bay), there is plenty of room to go for a walk in the evening, food is good, natural coffee is served in the lobby and at the pool bar, packed juice, 4- 5 types, for alcohol I will not say anything, I am not interested in it ...
Everything works in the room, there is always hot water, there is a kettle, refrigerator, safe ...

i went to hilton dreams 2 weeks ago i was shocked from the following
the service was really poor
food wasn't good at all
room service was really furstrating, we was in a room with no pillows and no towels and we have to call the room service every single day to ask for the towels
the animation team show was really poor and no entratiment at all.
I dont really recommend this hotel to any one

The Resort is perfect especially it's location on Naama Bay, but you will meet a very aggressive staff very impolite staff and treat all the local gusts of course the Egyptian very bad and the foreigners also. Most of them treat the kids if their parents away very aggressive also especially the waiter staff and the pool staff.
It was very bad trip to Sharm because of the bad way of the staff that we meet their.

To the sea 5 minutes walk across the road, the beach is sandy and rocky, there are many small fish, the water is completely clear. This is not the first line, the service is less, the rooms are cleaned every day.
