They gave 2 beds for three. A small room, very dirty. From the soul the water barely flows. Service suffers. But the food is delicious, the sea is warm.
The accommodation is comfortable and the staff will do their best if they go to the resort and they will be free of charge

That was my best vacation ever! All my expectations were exceeded a lot. The best thing is beautiful sandy beach with corals and different fishes just near shore. Animation team deserves to be called as the best team;) They won t let you feeling bored anytime and take you to all activities day-night. Don t miss the chance to visit outside clubs if you want to get real fun. All of them are secure with guys from animation. Especially clubs in the desert. General Manager is so attentive, he always asks guests regarding their stay and can advise you smth about places nearby. Massage is also very good in the hotel spa, so you don t need to go outside. Food in the restaurant was so delicious and each day hotel offers something new for guests. All stuff are very very nice and always smiling and offer their assistance for guests. We will definitely come back hear again and recommend this hotel to all our friends as it will fit to anyone - families, couples, friends.
The hotel is located in the most windless bay of Naama Bay. To the Old Market about 10-15 minutes by taxi, Naama Bay Square within walking distance. We rented a villa for 4 people.
While there are remnants of the former luxury of the Hilton, the trip is definitely worth it.
A huge well-groomed area, 9 swimming pools with working bars, friendly staff. All requests were fulfilled at the first request: for example, at about 23.00 in the living room the air conditioner broke down, we called the reception and within 5 minutes we already had a master).

Rested from 02 to 09/04/2021. I chose this hotel for good reviews and was very pleased. The hotel is really cozy, beautiful territory, there is a water park, good rooms, everything works in the rooms, they are cleaned every day. A separate BIG plus is a beautiful sandy beach, which became a plus for me when choosing a hotel. Of the non-modifications, this is: Pool bar near Bosein and by the sea, there is no variety of cocktails, they only give sprite, phantom and instant coffee, well, more music, which would be more fun)))) The restaurant looks simple like a dining room, but I'm definitely hungry was not, although there was not much variety of food and few fruits.
The hotel is 5 stars, but it corresponds to a solid 4 stars. It is located on the second line, walk to the beach across the road and the Fauruz hotel lies on average 5-7 minutes in normal steps. We were in Sharm Dream a week, the structure very nice and clean, welcoming staff, great beach
1st of all stuff is amazing they are way too friendly , rooms are very clean and well organized , just the paid wifi is a problem to foriegns , i didn't need it personally since i got my data with me , food are good varieties and quantity but not amazing for a 5 star hotel, pool is nice also but not perfectly cleaned, an overall i loved staying there for my vacation.
Cute friendly and efficient staff. Too bad for Italians the kitchen is unsatisfactory for plenty of local foods so forget pizza dough etc. . You can work around it with a few restaurants nearby. All in all good.

it's an insult to the world class service known about Hilton resorts.
1 - we requested early check in which happened & we had our rooms at 11 am but we were put in rooms that are a bit far from the reception so we requested to be re-located to closer rooms , so they relocated us but at 5 pm !!!! so our first day was totally ruined.
2 - the concierge service nearly doesn't exists !!!! for the first time in my life that i had to carry my own luggage walking to my room....YES !!!! that actually happened , no luggage cart !!! just an employee who took only one bag & he told us to follow him !!!
3 - the buffet really sucks !!! i stayed there for 5 days & the buffet was the same in every single day except for some minor differences !!! & the buffet is 2 or 3 types of rice , 4 types of vegetables , salads , one type of fish , one type of meat OR chicken , the past corner has 1 type of pasta ( forget about spaghetti) & you only get choose between white sauce & red sauce.....try & ask for some cheese or any extra dressing & they will tell you "Sorry we don't have it"
the bread is not fresh , the desserts are not fresh...it's hardly eatable.
we actually skipped many meals & went to eat outside the hotel.
the management just want the occupancy rate to be 100% so they decreased their prices & with it the quality of service.
bottom line , if you want to spend a good vacation then definitely do not go there !!!
if you want to go to sharm el sheikh then i will recommend you go to Hilton Fayrouz or Hilton Water falls , or Sonesta Resorts....hopefully they are still giving the same world class service since the last time i have been there.
This is a worest hotel I see in sharm,service is soooo bad (no towels at bathroom and so late to get ur asking), food is v.bad.....no golf car to reach u to beach or aqua park

We stayed in this hotel and I have to say that as a strategic location three minutes from Naama bay but after all it leaves much to be desired in the room, the food, the cleanings, few things are saved like animation and very involved good guys. If I have to recommend it, there is something better around

Rested at the hotel in October, we liked everything, the food is very wonderful and varied, rooms with new renovations and equipped with everything you need. There is a lot of entertainment for children, slides, the evening program is all at the highest level! I will recommend this hotel to everyone! We will definitely be back again :)
