The hotel is beautiful .. it provides services but the reception staff is very bad in dealing .. They lack the polite and tact .. And the net has a calculation ..

We are delighted with the hotel))) a warm pool is what you need if you are with young children) the sea is very clean, tours at the hotel are very expensive.

The hotel itself is a bit worn out but most in Egypt are nice big rooms and nice surroundings in the hotel and within walking distance to the center but service in the restaurant is a big carousel and spouse hectic and very noisy and the staff expect tips before they give a decent service aside from the towel man alaa running around and reserving sun loungers for you he is a big plus

Sucks full. Almost zero animation makes your rest sooo boring! Ug! Wi Fi in the hotel is paid and very expensive. The kitchen is decent, but the range of dishes is very small. Next to the buildings of the hotel repair the road and sleep in the afternoon is impossible !!! In general, worse than many fours.

It's good hotel, lovely place to enjoy. Sea water is amazing, beach is sand, rooms are clean, food is tasty and varied. Hope come back here again. I recommend this beautiful hotel

I was a seventh at the Hilton Sharm Resort many painful notes the bad food from the stomach once the non-existent internet line are a few years old that is no longer a Hilton but a private one the resort is kept fairly well but I don't recommend it

It s very beautiful hotel with all inclusive system. There is nice sea view rooms, with gardens and Sharm el maya panorama. Beach is clean and big. Restaurant is great. Chief kitchen is fantastic. Food is always fresh and tasty.satisfied

I stayed in the resort the first week of March ....... I must say a wonderful holiday. I had a great time as cleaning the room both as food and as kindness and courtesy of the staff. During meals, they often came to ask us for our opinion. The excellent location near the center of Naama Bay avoids taking the taxi to get there. Excellent also the beach at a short distance and above all well supervised by a guard ...... a gentleman always courteous and friendly. In fact, for all this we are thinking of going back to October

Worst experience ever, the expectations doesn t fit the price. Hotel is old and neglected. Reception was horrible I wish them all the worst, we arrived in hotel about at 8am and we waited for our room until 3-4 pm. And at the end we didn t get the room that we booked, we got the room that was 1,5 km from the beach. Food was really bad and this is not my first time in arabic country. Hotel is dirty and I really doesn t recommend it. We changed and get out of this hotel after one day.

The structure at first glance is very beautiful and equipped. Then during the stay all the big problems that this resort suffers emerge. The first of all is that it is a very old structure. I imagine that 20 years ago it was a hotel at the Top, but today it would need a profound and radical restructuring. It can be noticed from different details: the swimming pool tiles are patched at best, the same goes for the bathroom tiles and the taps, the furniture doors are uprooted, the avenues that cross the structure are like streets of Rome, that is, a colander. As evidence of this, in the week of our stay in our room they broke into series: the handle of the entrance door, the bidet was clogged, the water drain was broken and no hot water came into the shower.
Another big problem is the lack of cleaning.
Finally the food is really bad. Little variety and low quality of food. At lunch you will find the same things as the dinner from the previous evening, but "revisited". They take, for example, grilled fish in the evening and put them in soups or pastries with creams and various sauces. The Mexican in-house restaurant is good and has Mexican dishes. The Italian one, on the other hand, is truly pity. First of all it has brought with Italy nothing to do, like spiced meat with turmeric, pepper, etc. The food is of very poor quality and is poorly cooked. The chef is very grumpy and arrogant: an incompetent who has worked in Milan for 3 years, who knows where in jail, and Carlo Cracco feels. TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY!
The staff do what they can, many are novice kids who don't know English and don't know how to move.
Finally a comment on the "All Inclusive" formula of the Resort. The only alcohol included is beer, and it is good in a country with an Islamic religion, but it is often poured hot and you have to protest to get it cold. In the fridge of the room you will find only a 1.5 liter bottle. I'm not saying to find fruit juices, beers, cokes or anything else .... but in a place where the average temperature is 35 degrees I would expect the fridge to be stocked with at least 2 or 3 bottles of water a day.
In conclusion: with a few euros more you will find far better facilities!

Stayed for two weeks. Very polite, helpful and professional staff. Very clean and safe resort. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Decent hotel for the price, good, clean and neat food. The location is the greatest asset of this hotel. Close to the city and to the sea, where you can boldly snorkel on the reef. Very nice and overwhelmed barman Ali Rafik, whom I admire for his angelic patience and a smile on his lips in the moments when Ukrainian cattle were drinking 12 free drinks at once.

Unfortunately, the Hilton management left the place, since late 2018, the quality of service and the level of the general guests decreased, but the place is clean and a great building and location especially in the heart of Naama Bay, close to all public services for tourists.

Meanwhile it is no longer Hilton .. the 5 stars are worth 2 only for the kindness of the staff but bad food .. animation almost non-existent in fact the only luck is the location near Naama bay so it is worth going out also because our all inclusive also included alcohol that instead are non-existent .. only hot drinks including beer .. look for hotels or resorts with Italian staff and for excursions we would need another review since everyone tries to rip you off .. Amazing staff always helpful, good food nice pools,love that they have a diving pool that has good depth. Close to Naama Bay can litarlly go walking. Animation is always fun takes your to the best parties around.

Praise be to Allaah, whose blessings are righteous I was last week at Sharm Dream Resort, one of the most important things that caught my attention and follow-up guests (guests) and overcome all the obstacles that faced the guest frankly found smile and high morals of almost everyone. Cleanliness in the rooms, whether you request or not to request speed of response to your request knowing that the room is far and you need a golf car to reach them, however, the request was not delayed for more than 15 minutes. Honestly it was my first time and it won't be the last time.
I would recommend the experience you will not regret.
