Super duper hotels, a lot of fun, the best animators, back again

We liked everything)) Beach nearby, Naama Bay and the embankment near! The food is tasty and varied, responsive staff, juices packaged, not diluted yupi !!! Generally good +

They want to tip up to tell you where the restaurant is .. I felt uncomfortable with people all the time asking for money for everything and if you do not give them a bad time

If I could give 0 stars I would.
so, where do I start ... I stayed here 2 weeks, I will evaluate every single service.
RECEPTION: we arrived at 12 a.m. as per booking, flight etc etc ..
we handed over the documents, the reservation and all the rest and they made us wait 3 hours before giving us the room for 2 adults and 1 child. she told us that when it was ready they would come to call us (we were sitting in the hall in front of the reception) at 3pm a bit annoyed I went to ask and the room had been ready for a while .... well ...
Besides, no one at the reception spoke Italian, only English.
CONSIERGE: what was there during the day was also discreet but what attacked at night, claimed to check the shopping bags that we carried inside the hotel.
ENTERTAINMENT: fortunately the entertainment was non-existent, the 2 boys and the girl you saw them only for lunch at the restaurant to tell you good appetite and that's it.
ROOM CLEANING: then I would just like to say that if one goes on vacation he goes there to relax and not to be constantly bothered by the guy who cleans the rooms because he expects a tip or I don't know what; the towels have never been changed in 15 days they were always the same, folded and placed in the bathroom above the shower (I noticed because as soon as I arrived I cut myself with the crallo and I dirty a towel with blood and I had it anyway x 15 days) in addition as soon as we returned to the room the cleaning guy would chase us down the corridor to ask us if everything was ok, all the time. one afternoon I didn't feel well and I went up to my room, the cleaning guy came knocking me 3 times to find out if I was okay but wow I wanted to rest and I didn't succeed !!! one morning my partner sat on the toilet to cut his toenails and the toilet lid broke, at which point it also fell on the ground hitting the kidneys against the toilet, as soon as we opened the door to go to reception the cleaning guy hunted us to ask us what it was happened and demanded 10 euros for the replacement of the toilet lid, okay he said he had communicated it to him at the reception so it could never occur to me to go and ask for confirmation of this. I never knew that at check out I was charged 29 euros for a toilet seat after which, moreover, I had paid for the type of rooms that had replaced it. you are not serious, be ashamed.
POOL: the types of staff who manage the pool are of a more unique rudeness than rare, there was the ball available to play basketball in the pool and more than once the lifeguard took the ball away from my son for no reason seen that there was no one. what to say .... you are the worst and ruin the holidays for the people who pay to come there.
STRUCTURE: certainly 20 years ago it was a respectable structure, now it is left to total abandonment: broken tiles, yellow bathtub, yellow bathtub curtain, wooden ceiling of the dilapidated room with dangling wires, mah ...
the sliding door at the hotel entrance never worked as well as the metal detector.

RESTAURANT:
FOOD: There was a theme every night, e.g. mexican night, seafood, bbq night etc etc. the food itself was not bad even though for 15 days I only ate rice and chicken or fish.
DRINKS: in the restaurant there are vending machines for apple juice, magician juice and guava juice. I don't know about you, but I don't drink fruit juice for breakfast, let alone for lunch or dinner. there is also a drinking bottle of water too bad that often the water was out and when there was it was hot and undrinkable. i ordered coke which they never brought me.
SERVICE: often the tables were not set well, the placemats were dirty, the cutlery was missing and there was food residue on the table as they were not cleaned well.
NEVER AGAIN!

Nice place, great for a vacation, near the center for some shopping!

First place is clean but Moo for 5 stars Tannin eating Zaki but a variety means a few varieties and drinks paid by them and in the occupations of entertainment is a lot of stars stars Mnih

This is very good pretty hotel. Nice area Naama Bay,nice animation, great rooms and furniture. Great kitchen, food varieties, snakes,general all hotel atmosphere is amazing, love to be here with my family and kids. Will come back again. This is my second visit here. Everything I like it here. This is the third time at this hotel. Great location. Beach 5+. You can swim with children. There is also a chic reef. Volleyball and soccer fields. The food is excellent, that you can t take it, everything is delicious. The animators are just super. Remained a pleasant experience. Recommend.

Very beautiful! You eat well and there are many swimming pools, 2 of which are heated. Access to the beach very close. Recommended

Great hotel and restaurant is good really nice food and fun entertainment. Staff is very polite friendly and helpful. We recommend this place for everyone. Really perfect place to enjoy and relax.

The hotel is large and lovely but the furniture is in need and the chef who has the lunch meal changes

My experience at this time it was different I like the service and the room and everything and also animation team was very helpful and music was amazing and I hope we come back here again

The food is not particularly good. Got no stars from here unfortunately.
Water park which belongs to 5 min walk from Sharm Dreams does not live up to our expectations. It was worn out, it was also not possible to buy drinks on site, despite being advertised with this. Really nice location, surroundings as well as sweet staff (despite discrimination, which is not ok).

Do not be fooled by the photos .... Avoid this hotel

Nice hotel and luckily for us clean rooms, also the good location close to the beach and the nightlife of Sharm. Negative food, always the same and spicy, drinks always to be requested and Internet with a fee valid then only inside the Resort ; at 12 o'clock on time to leave the room, the porter also entered to close the bags, we felt a little chased away!

Multi pools the main are 120cm depth other rates from 90 cm to 180cm and there is a diving pool 3m .
All pools are from 9 am to 6 pm
Food is not bad just repeating everyday . And there is bars in the pools .
The place is huge and it give u free access to qlio park for water games .
Also it give u free access to the beach at Hilton fayrouz across the road .
Room service is not good .
There is a party every day including a singer or a dancer .

Discreet ... there are 9 swimming pools, 1 water park, the rooms are spacious and clean, for breakfast, lunch and dinner it is a mess ... tables are not set and waiters zigzag without bringing drinks (poorly managed) repetitive dishes ... but that's ok anyway

The hotel is very beautiful and has everything we want and the Aqua Park is beautiful and amazing and there is a very beautiful animation team and they have beautiful times when hearts meet and not appearances I thank all the employees for the good work they do with us and the food is beautiful and clean and the rooms are cleaned every day

Attention: it is no longer Hilton! !
It's called Sharm Dream only.
For those who attended it, like us, when it was part of the Hilton chain, the comparison is tremendous.
The remains of a luxury village remain ...
as in an archaeological site.
The staff is very kind, and there they put it all.
But the food is really terrible!
Drinks are included in the All-inclusive, but having them brought to the table (you can't take them on your own) is a real challenge and they are served by the glass !!!
Room maintenance and cleaning: in decency.
Since the hotel, the gardens, the pools and the rooms are really beautiful, it is all in all always pleasant and restful.
But the standard has dropped.
We will come back again in the hope that it will improve the quality of the kitchen.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff of the hotel have a good style and the sink is clean. We enjoyed a lot in this hotel and we advise everyone to try it it's so good

The resort is clean and staff very polite and helpful, but food needs improvement

Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. The food is delicious, but monotonous. The range of fruit is small, as for the southern country. Seafood only fish. In the evening discos music is no different variety, but if you're in the company, then fun. The beach is large, common with the Fairuz hotel, sandy with an abundance of reefs and colorful fish. Swim better with a snorkeling set. Many have a rest with children. The territory of the hotel is huge. Redecorating would not hurt, but it does not spoil the experience. Rest was pleased!

It is a really nice and cozy hotel with a good atmosphere. The staff are super helpful and friendly. There is really good service. It is clearly recommended! We have been super happy with the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Good service, friendly staff. Dietary food was prepared separately for a small child. Delicious food and a good choice, natural coffee is not soluble. Various good drinks beer wine cocktails. Good animation every night children's disco and performances by artists. The sea is gorgeous, the sandy beach has a bit of reefs with fish. We would gladly come to this hotel again)
