very good hotel with great assortment of delicious food with comfortable beach and next door shopping area.

the room cleaning is good , but all other things are Awful( staff , food , service.., ) needs a lot of modification!

Very busy restaurants, waiting fir 1/2 hour in que to find seat. Food is repeated everyday.
Service is average not up to hilton standards.

Great place and the rooms are top in cleanliness and the cleaning staff passes twice a day for cleaning and gives you water, tea and nescafe. The restaurant is very good and the food is varied but not great. There are no insects, despite the large size of the gardens because they spray pesticides every two days Valhadeq. The beach is not sandy so you will find it difficult to go down to the sea with children. Hot and cold drinks are available at the pool bars until 6pm. The reception time for the room is one full hour. Away from Soho 10 minutes on foot. greetings to you all

Place is really small, and beach isn't the best.. view is great though.. generally, quality is less than Hilton usual.

It seems to be not bad, the weak point is animation, therefore it is boring in the evening. Opposite of Hilton 2, there is volleyball and a bigger territory, you can go there. In 5 minutes of walking there is SOHO, such promenade street with models and cafes.

Plus - The living conditions are great, there is plenty to see where to take a walk, the attendants are trying to please the vacationers. The main restaurant is buffet style. There is a choice of main courses and side dishes. In the winter there are rains - though it is rare. You can choose a beautiful landscape for a photo shoot.
Minus - all you need to remind several times: the light is gone, there is no hot water, there are no bathrobes. From the drink they tasted beer.
I recommend for family vacation and romantic pastime.

Hotel for quiet relaxation. Pleasantly surprised by the lack of animation on the beach (all are handy by the pool) no one bothered and did not interfere with a rest. In the rooms are cleaning every day, friendly staff. A little stuffy it was in the restaurant (first line). The range of dishes in the restaurant is not very extensive, BUT there have never been hungry people, even in some cases they had to limit themselves. All dishes are delicious and cooked with high quality. The territory of the hotel is not big, but green and cozy. If we go to Egypt, then only here !!!

Hilton one of the best hotels in Egypt and I think the world

Myself, my husband and our three children aged 19, 17 and 10 years stayed at the Hilton for 10 days (17th Aug - 27th Aug). We have had problems on previous holidays due to the age gap of our children and finding somewhere that appeals to all three of them. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday as this resort is perfect for varied ages of children. We had two beautiful family garden apartments on the deluxe side of the resort. The pool was enormous and we particularly liked the fact that it is 1m deep right across which was deep enough to swim in but also great for just relaxing in. The other side of the pool also had a sand area with a graduated entry to the pool which is great for small children.

We did a couple of trips (there are so many to choose from) and visited the on site spa for a massage. The speedboat trip was excellent. The two guys who took us were so friendly and really made it fun. My husband and the kids went quad biking and had the time of their lives. They did a private trip and said the people running it were amazing. Our older son went and did it again with some friends as he had enjoyed it so much.

The staff at the Hilton were outstanding. They couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. They manage to remember all the guests names and greet you by name constantly. Mohammed, the lifeguard was not only great at his job but was so friendly and kind to the children. The bar staff at the pool bar were incredibly hard-working although there was a feeling among most of the British people we spoke to agreed that the bar was a bit understaffed at times. Ramadan, Amir and the bar managerat the Waves pool bar never stopped and were always smiling and remembered people's orders, often bringing the drinks over before you had the chance to order them!

We thought the food was lovely and the choice was very varied. Again the staff worked tirelessly to keep up with demand and the waiters kept the drinks coming endlessly. The themed nights were a great idea. I mainly eat vegetarian and really loved the veggie options. The BBQ food was delicious and we all enjoyed it.

The Animation Team who are in charge of the entertainment were lovely. They organised nights out to local clubs which our older son went on.This helped him to get to know other people his age. Although our youngest is too old to join in, the mini disco session every night was great for small children.

Cleanliness at the resort is a top priority. Our rooms were not only cleaned top to bottom every day but they even made the effort to make beautiful towel sculptures for our youngest's bed! The free bottles of water in the room and constant stock of shampoos were very welcome. The whole resort was constantly being cleaned, weeded, mowed all the time. Outstanding.

We are definately going to book again for next year and we don't normally go back to the same place twice but we loved the Hilton so much that we all can't wait to go back. We have never felt so welcome and looked after anywhere.

Overall hotel was not up to our expectations. Rooms were not as expected looking over the pool compared to our booking garden rooms away from the pool. Rooms 1065 and 1066 on top of restaurant so rooms were smelly all day.
Abdullah in housekeeping was excellent and Mostafa life guard on the beach was the best.
Mahfouz from concierge and Mohamed Elshimy and Mohamed Elsayed front office were good.
Moataz restaurant receptionist, waitresses and waiters in Mahfouz restaurant were very good.

Staff worked really hard to make all guests happy. Spacious rooms and huge pools. The wine was good considering that I'm quite fussy. Wonderful resort and we are coming back for sure.

The hotel is 4. A bit dirty on the territory, mostly the locals spoil it. The food is relatively normal, there are better days, I'm worse on the menu. Rooms are tired, cleaned so-so.
The beach is cramped and small. REEF AMAZING !!!! This is probably one of the main advantages of the hotel. Bars for C grade. Close to Soho, which is also a plus. Overall, not bad. Quiet hotel.

The receptionists are respectful either for eating, there is nothing wrong with being clean, with no variety of eating, so bad, but for the snipers who are on the swimming pool, they are not qualified to deal with the inmates. They talk in an inappropriate and dishonest manner, unlike dealing with foreigners, putting every need in their hands. Those who take it from foreigners in the rooms are very clean and they need to take money when they answer towels for bathing

The people are polite and helpful and the room is very comfortable and I advise you to live in the deluxe. The rooms are larger. I especially thank Mahmoud Rusbashn for his taste, cooperation and solving any problem

One of Amazing & Captivating Hilton Hotels:
Very quite and large Hotel that have Villa area located in the extended hotel buildings, another deluxe and guest rooms in the front line hotel buildings, that already renovation, including many pools for kids and adults for enjoying. They have shuttle bus everyday to bring you from lobby to beach. Also the location is nearby Soho square and airport as well.

Friendly Stuff, beginning from front desk ending with pool guys, all of them are always friendly and cooperative, immediate room service response.

Restaurant is good, food is eatable without being great, all restaurant stuff helpful and cooperative.

You can access bar and get snacks for free if you booked as all inclusive.

Only frustrated thing there is no WiFi on rooms, only located on lobby.

I had a wonderful weekend vacation, and I have recommended this Hotel to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

The hotel area is beautiful and interesting. A good reputation violates the fact that some small shackles circulate on a bedside deck in bed.

Apart from the food which for an Italian unfortunately is a real barrel in the front, I stayed really well. The staff is welcoming, courteous and always does everything to make your holiday enjoyable. The structure is very well built, there is the sea side and another structure instead consisting of long km swimming pools. The animators try to make you participate for every activity, on the beach instead they offer services to you to make excursions (obviously to payment) that I advise not to give up. The room was always tidy and clean and we also had a small balcony overlooking the sea. Great experience.

Now I am in Hilton. The food is bad. The hotel itself is very old. There is no coffee except black tea. To enter the restaurant (on the 1st line) there is an eternal line, there are also separate lines inside: for meat, fish, soup, etc. A huge selection of inedible sausages, cheeses and salads. A plus can be considered fish and corals + animation.

Despite the crisis, the hotel is trying not to lower the level. Food is probably the best in Sharm today.
