Myself, my husband and our three children aged 19, 17 and 10 years stayed at the Hilton for 10 days (17th Aug - 27th Aug). We have had problems on previous holidays due to the age gap of our children and finding somewhere that appeals to all three of them. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday as this resort is perfect for varied ages of children. We had two beautiful family garden apartments on the deluxe side of the resort. The pool was enormous and we particularly liked the fact that it is 1m deep right across which was deep enough to swim in but also great for just relaxing in. The other side of the pool also had a sand area with a graduated entry to the pool which is great for small children.

We did a couple of trips (there are so many to choose from) and visited the on site spa for a massage. The speedboat trip was excellent. The two guys who took us were so friendly and really made it fun. My husband and the kids went quad biking and had the time of their lives. They did a private trip and said the people running it were amazing. Our older son went and did it again with some friends as he had enjoyed it so much.

The staff at the Hilton were outstanding. They couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. They manage to remember all the guests names and greet you by name constantly. Mohammed, the lifeguard was not only great at his job but was so friendly and kind to the children. The bar staff at the pool bar were incredibly hard-working although there was a feeling among most of the British people we spoke to agreed that the bar was a bit understaffed at times. Ramadan, Amir and the bar managerat the Waves pool bar never stopped and were always smiling and remembered people's orders, often bringing the drinks over before you had the chance to order them!

We thought the food was lovely and the choice was very varied. Again the staff worked tirelessly to keep up with demand and the waiters kept the drinks coming endlessly. The themed nights were a great idea. I mainly eat vegetarian and really loved the veggie options. The BBQ food was delicious and we all enjoyed it.

The Animation Team who are in charge of the entertainment were lovely. They organised nights out to local clubs which our older son went on.This helped him to get to know other people his age. Although our youngest is too old to join in, the mini disco session every night was great for small children.

Cleanliness at the resort is a top priority. Our rooms were not only cleaned top to bottom every day but they even made the effort to make beautiful towel sculptures for our youngest's bed! The free bottles of water in the room and constant stock of shampoos were very welcome. The whole resort was constantly being cleaned, weeded, mowed all the time. Outstanding.

We are definately going to book again for next year and we don't normally go back to the same place twice but we loved the Hilton so much that we all can't wait to go back. We have never felt so welcome and looked after anywhere.
